With reference to fig. 11 and 12, in the embodiment of the present invention, two vertical shock absorbers 63 are also provided, the vertical shock absorbers 63 and the shock absorber mounting seats 55 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, the lower ends of the vertical shock absorbers 63 are connected to the corresponding shock absorber mounting seats 55, and the upper ends of the two vertical shock absorbers 63 are connected to the two lateral ends of the frame.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the vibration damping performance of the vehicle during operation can be improved by arranging the swing shock absorber 62 and the vertical shock absorber 63, wherein the central shaft of the swing shock absorber 62 is inclined, the swing shock absorber and the vertical vibration damping are provided at the same time, and the vertical shock absorber 63 can be eliminated if the vehicle runs at a lower speed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the lower end of the center pin 61 penetrates the frame, and it is engaged with the coupling pin 66 so that the lower end of the center pin 61 is rotatably coupled in the coupling hole of the bolster 5.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, a plurality of elastic members 64 are provided according to the embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of elastic members 64 are spaced around the center axis of the center pin 61, and both ends of the elastic members 64 are connected between the bolster and the frame, respectively.
Specifically, the lower end of the elastic element 64 of the present embodiment is assembled in the first elastic support navel 582 on the first elastic support base 58, and the upper end of the elastic element 64 is connected to the bottom of the frame, so that the aim of the vehicle during operation can be buffered, the center pin and the frame can be not directly connected, and the center pin and the frame can form a flexible connection through the arrangement of the elastic element, thereby avoiding the rigid impact influence caused by the direct connection between the center pin and the frame in the prior art, improving the stress level of the frame, and improving the fatigue life of the frame.
In addition, the elastic part and the swing bolster are arranged below the frame, so that the overall height of the vehicle is not increased, the transverse swing rigidity of the vehicle is small, the frame has very small swing rigidity, transverse movement rigidity and side rolling rigidity, the dynamic performance is excellent, the stress of the frame and the swing bolster can be pressure, and the fatigue performance of a welding seam and the suspension safety are good.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, in the embodiment of the present invention, the transverse stoppers 65 and the longitudinal stoppers 69 constitute a stopper assembly, the stopper assembly is mounted on the frame, two transverse stoppers 65 are disposed opposite to each other, two transverse stoppers 65 are disposed on two transverse sides of the center pin 61, two longitudinal stoppers 69 are disposed opposite to each other, and two longitudinal stoppers 69 are disposed on two longitudinal sides of the center pin 61 to limit the rotation angle of the center pin.
Preferably, the two lateral stops 65 of the stop assembly in the present embodiment are vertically disposed to enhance the ability to limit the lateral displacement swing of the vehicle frame.
Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the center pin 61 is provided with spigots at both sides of the lower end thereof in the longitudinal direction, each of the spigots is provided with a backing plate 67, the connecting pin 66 passes through the two backing plates 67, and the backing plates 16 can prevent friction between the second web and the center pin 61, thereby reducing the strength and the service life of the center pin 61.
Because the center pin 61 of the embodiment of the invention is suspended in the middle of the underslung beam 43, that is, the center pin 61 is installed at the bottom of the framework 4, compared with the technical scheme that the center pin 61 is installed at the top of the framework 4 in the prior art, the length of the center pin 61 can be reduced, and the length is shortened from the original 2m to less than 600mm, so that the manufacturing cost can be greatly reduced, the additional bending moment applied to the center pin during the vehicle running can be greatly reduced, and the safety is improved.
In addition, the framework in the embodiment of the invention runs on the track beam through the driving mechanism, the swing bolster is positioned below the frame, and the swing amplitude of the swing bolster and the frame can be limited by limiting the two ends of the center pin, so that the opening size of the track beam can be reduced, the structural size of the pier column can be reduced, the weight of the pier column and the track beam can be reduced, the steel can be saved, and the cost can be reduced.
Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of the vehicle frame shown in fig. 1, and with reference to fig. 13, the vehicle frame 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a base frame 10, the base frame 10 includes a main longitudinal beam 17, the main longitudinal beam 17 may adopt a fish-belly beam structure with a high middle and low ends, a plurality of center pin holes 18 are arranged at intervals on the main longitudinal beam, the center pin holes 18 and the center pins 61 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the lower ends of the center pins 61 movably penetrate through the corresponding center pin holes 18, the lower ends of the center pins 18 are connected with the bolster 5, the bolster 5 is located below the base frame, and a plurality of the above-mentioned elastic members 55 are arranged between the bolster 5.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, two corresponding center pin holes 18 and two corresponding center pins 61 are provided, and the elastic members 55 may be springs, which are provided with four elastic members 5, which are spaced around the center axis of the center pin hole 18.
Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the main longitudinal beam 17 has supporting box girders 19 corresponding to the center pin holes 18, one center pin hole 18 is provided in the middle of each supporting box girder 19, and a plurality of elastic members 55 are provided between the bolster 5 and the supporting box girder 19.
In the embodiment of the invention, the center pin is used for connecting the frame of the bogie and the swing bolster, the elastic part is used for vertical supporting force between the swing bolster and the frame and connecting the swing bolster and the frame, the elastic part can be a rubber spring and provides a vertical vibration damping function, the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the elastic part can be twisted relatively within a certain angle range, and when the bogie drives the swing bolster to steer, the elastic part can be twisted, the frame can steer along with the elastic part to adapt to the steering of the bogie, and the elastic part can form dispersed support on the frame to improve the stress level of the frame and prolong the fatigue life of the frame.
As described above, in the present embodiment, four elastic members 64 are provided, and four elastic members 64 are provided at intervals around the central axis of the center pin hole 18.
Fig. 14 is a structural view of the supporting box girder of fig. 13 with the top plate removed, fig. 15 is a structural view of the supporting box girder of fig. 13 with the gusset removed, and in conjunction with fig. 12-14, the supporting box girder 19 of the present embodiment includes a top plate 191, a gusset 192 and a connecting plate 193, the top plate 191 and the gusset 192 are disposed opposite to each other, the periphery of the top plate 191 and the periphery of the gusset 192 are connected by the connecting plate 193 to form a box-shaped structure, the top plate 191 and the gusset 192 are each provided with a center pin hole 18 through which a center pin passes, and the main longitudinal girder 17 is fixed through the connecting plate 193 to realize the assembly of the supporting box girder 19 on the main longitudinal girder 17, wherein the main longitudinal girder 17 divides the box.
With reference to fig. 14 to 15, the supporting box girder 19 of the present embodiment further includes a first reinforcing plate 194, a second reinforcing plate 195 and a third reinforcing plate 196, the first reinforcing plate 194 is disposed in each cavity, the first reinforcing plate 194 is disposed along the transverse direction, the cavity where the first reinforcing plate 194 is disposed is divided into two chambers, the second reinforcing plate 195 and the third reinforcing plate 196 are disposed in each chamber, the second reinforcing plate 195 and the third reinforcing plate 196 are in a cross structure, and the first reinforcing plate 194, the second reinforcing plate 195 and the third reinforcing plate 196 can reinforce the structure of the supporting box girder.
In this embodiment, the second reinforcing plate 195 and the third reinforcing plate 196 have notches at the bottom thereof, the supporting plate 192 has avoiding holes corresponding to the notches, and the upper end of each elastic member 64 is correspondingly connected to one notch through the second elastic member seat 20, so as to mount the elastic member 64 on the supporting box girder.
The structure of the second elastic element seat 20 and the first elastic element seat 58 of this embodiment is the same, and all include bottom plate and elastic support navel, the fixed middle part that sets up in the bottom surface of bottom plate of elastic support navel, the fixed setting of bottom plate of second elastic element seat 20 is on the breach that corresponds, and the elastic support navel of second elastic element seat passes the hole of dodging that fagging 192 set up, and the upper end of elastic element 64 is connected on the elastic support navel.
Similarly, in this embodiment, the two sides of the second reinforcing plate 195 and the third reinforcing plate 196 at the notch are both inclined surfaces, and the elastic part umbilicus is in a frustum shape, so as to avoid the rubber bulge caused by the elastic part 64 mounted on the second elastic support seat 20 under the heavy vehicle working condition, and further prevent the rubber and the metal part from being damaged due to friction.
Further, in conjunction with fig. 13-15, the stop assembly of the present embodiment is disposed within the support box rail 19 of the vehicle frame to limit the longitudinal and lateral rotation angles of the vehicle frame.
With reference to fig. 13-15, in this embodiment, two longitudinal sides of the bottom of the supporting box beam 19 are bent downward to form bent portions 21, and each bent portion is provided with a rotation stop 22 to enhance the rotation limiting function of the base frame, so as to limit the rotation angle of the frame, prevent adverse effects caused by direct collision between the frame and the bolster when the frame swings, and improve the reliability of vehicle operation.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, in the present embodiment, the support box beam 19 is provided with the connection seats 28 at both lateral ends thereof, and the lower ends of the two rocking dampers 62 are connected to the connection seats 28 provided at both lateral ends of the support box beam 19, respectively.
With reference to fig. 12, the base frame of the present embodiment further includes first cross members 23, two first cross members 23 are disposed on two longitudinal sides of each supporting box beam 19, and the middle portions of the two first cross members 23 are connected by the main longitudinal beam 17, so that the load-bearing capacity of the vehicle frame can be improved.
Further, in this embodiment, a groove is provided in the middle of each first cross beam 23, and the main longitudinal beam 17 may be fixedly embedded in the grooves in the middle of the plurality of first cross beams 23 in a welding manner.
With reference to fig. 12, in this embodiment, the base frame further includes side vertical bars 24 and connecting rods 25, the ends of the first cross beams 23 located on the same side are connected by the side vertical bars 24, and the side vertical bars 24 and the main longitudinal beam 17 are connected by a plurality of connecting rods 25 arranged at intervals, so as to further improve the bearing capacity of the vehicle frame.
Referring to fig. 12, in this embodiment, the base frame further includes a plurality of second cross members 26, inner ends of the plurality of second cross members 26 are vertically connected to the sides of the main longitudinal member 17, and outer ends of the plurality of second cross members 26 are connected to the side longitudinal members 24, so as to further improve the carrying capacity of the frame.
Further, the electric traction device 300 of this embodiment may be disposed on the second beam 26, and both ends of the first beam 23 may be disposed with locks 27 for connecting train cars or containers with goods, and the locks 27 may be the container transfer anti-falling device in chinese patent No. 2018222496756, which is not described in detail herein.
In summary, in the suspension type rail transit system according to the embodiment of the present invention, the member of the bogie is set to a vertically extending structure, the upper end of the center pin is suspended in the middle of the lower chord beam of the frame of the bogie, and the lower end of the center pin passes through the frame and is rotatably connected to the bolster, so that the length of the center pin can be reduced, the swing of the vehicle during traveling can be reduced, the structural size of the rail beam and the pier supporting the rail beam can be improved, the steel consumption can be reduced, the line construction cost can be reduced, and the suspension type rail transit system has a good practical value.

Claims (10)

1. A central suspension device is characterized by comprising a center pin and a swing bolster, wherein the upper end of the center pin is suspended on a framework of a bogie, the swing bolster is positioned below the framework, and the lower end of the center pin is rotatably connected with the swing bolster.
2. A central suspension arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the upper end of the kingpin is provided with a stop cap.

The center suspension device according to claim 2, further comprising two swing dampers, wherein the upper ends of the two swing dampers are connected to the two lateral ends of the restraining cap, the lower ends of the two swing dampers are connected to the vehicle frame, and the swing bolster is disposed below the vehicle frame.
4. A centre suspension according to claim 3 wherein both of said roll dampers are splayed and the angle between the central axis of said roll damper and the top surface of said frame is 60 °.
5. The center suspension device according to claim 3, wherein both lateral ends of the bolster are provided with damper mounts;
the device further comprises two vertical shock absorbers, the vertical shock absorbers and the shock absorber mounting seats are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the lower ends of the vertical shock absorbers are connected to the corresponding shock absorber mounting seats, and the upper ends of the two vertical shock absorbers are connected to the two transverse ends of the frame.
6. The center suspension device according to claim 5, wherein a connecting hole is vertically provided in a middle portion of the bolster, a lower end of the center pin penetrates the frame, and a lower end of the center pin is disposed in the connecting hole;
the device further comprises a connecting pin, the middle of the connecting pin penetrates through the lower end of the center pin along the longitudinal movement direction, two ends of the connecting pin penetrate through the swing bolster movably, and locking screws are arranged at two ends of the connecting pin.
7. The center suspension apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising a plurality of elastic members provided at intervals around a center axis of the center pin, both ends of the elastic members being connected between the bolster and the frame, respectively.

The center suspension apparatus according to claim 7, further comprising a stopper assembly mounted on the vehicle frame, said stopper assembly including two lateral stoppers and two longitudinal stoppers, said two lateral stoppers being disposed oppositely on both lateral sides of said center pin, said two longitudinal stoppers being disposed oppositely on both longitudinal sides of said center pin.
9. The center hitch of claim 8, wherein there are two of the stop assemblies arranged vertically.
10. The center suspension apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the center pin is provided at both longitudinal sides of its lower end with spigots, each of which is provided with a pad plate, and the connecting pin passes through both of the pad plates.
