As described above, the cleaning brush 500 may be installed at a side of the supporting surface of the carrying portion 310 facing away from the transporter to be cleaned, and in case that the carrying portion 310 is provided with the dust collection chamber 311, the cleaning brush 500 may be accommodated in the dust collection chamber 311. In order to further improve the cleaning effect of the transport vehicle 700 to be cleaned, optionally, in the axial direction of the opening, the size of the coverage area of the carrying part 310 and the plurality of cleaning brushes 500 may be made larger than the size of the transport vehicle 700 to be cleaned, so that the transport vehicle 700 to be cleaned can move on the carrying part 310, and during the movement of the transport vehicle 700 to be cleaned, different parts of the wheels of the transport vehicle 700 to be cleaned may respectively contact with the cleaning brushes 500, so that all parts of the transport vehicle 700 to be cleaned can be cleaned more thoroughly.
In the case that the plurality of cleaning brushes 500 make a linear reciprocating motion, alternatively, the driving mechanism includes a rotating motor 411 and an eccentric portion 430, the rotating motor 411 may be mounted on the carrying portion 310 through a motor base 412, the rotating motor 411 is connected with the plurality of cleaning brushes 500 through the eccentric portion 430 to convert a rotational motion of the rotating motor 411 into a linear reciprocating motion by means of the eccentric portion 430 and is transmitted to the plurality of cleaning brushes 500 so that the plurality of cleaning brushes 500 can make a linear reciprocating motion under the action of the rotating motor 411, as described above, the plurality of cleaning brushes 500 may be connected as one body through the connecting rod 330, and in this case, the eccentric portion 430 may be connected with the connecting rod 330. When the rotating motor 411 is used for providing driving force, the driving acting force is gentle, and the pause are basically avoided in the driving process.
In order to further promote the action stability of cleaning brush 500, optionally, the transport vechicle cleaning device that this application embodiment disclosed still includes hold-in range 450 and synchronizing wheel, and the both ends of carrying on the back of the body of cleaning brush 500 all install eccentric portion 430, and each eccentric portion 430 all is connected with the synchronizing wheel, and rotating electrical machines 411 passes through hold-in range 450 and is connected with each synchronizing wheel transmission. With the above technical solution, in the case that the rotating motor 411 rotates, the rotational motion may be converted into the linear reciprocating motion by the eccentric portion 430.
As described above, the through holes may have a rectangular elongated structure, and in order to improve the carrying capacity of the carrying part 310, a plurality of through holes are optionally arranged in a row, in which case, the size of a single through hole is relatively small, so that the structural strength and the deformation resistance of the entire carrying part 310 are improved, thereby further preventing the gravity of the transport vehicle 700 to be cleaned from acting on the cleaning brush 500, and ensuring that the cleaning brush 500 can flexibly move to provide a better cleaning effect for the transport vehicle 700 to be cleaned.
Based on the above embodiment, optionally, each cleaning brush 500 includes the bracket 530 and the plurality of brush heads 510 disposed on the bracket 530 at intervals along the first direction, and the plurality of cleaning brushes 500 are disposed at intervals along the second direction, which makes the difficulty of processing and the difficulty of assembling the plurality of cleaning brushes 500 relatively low, and the bracket 530 is the brush body described above. Wherein, first direction and second direction are perpendicular, and then, all brush heads 510 also can be the determinant and arrange, and then, all correspond with a through-hole through making every brush head 510, guarantee that every brush head 510 all can stretch into to the accommodation space within from the through-hole.

As described above, a part of the cleaning brush 500 extends into the accommodating space through the through hole, that is, at least a part of the bristles 513 in the cleaning brush 500 is located in the accommodating space, and optionally, a part of the bristles 513 is located in the through hole, in this case, the hole wall of the through hole can provide a certain limiting effect for the bristles 513, and in the process of the linear reciprocating motion of the cleaning brush 500, the deformation amount of the bristles 513 is relatively small, so that the interaction force between the bristles 513 and the transport vehicle 700 to be cleaned is larger, the purpose of further improving the cleaning effect is achieved, and the condition that the service life of the bristles 513 is seriously shortened due to the deformation can be prevented. Specifically, the length of the portion of the bristle 513 located in the through hole and the length of the portion located in the accommodating space may be determined according to the actual conditions such as the degree of flexibility of the bristle 513, and are not limited herein. Alternatively, the length of the portion of the bristles 513 located in the receiving space may be one fourth to one eighth of the total length of the bristles 513, in which case the life span and the cleaning effect of the cleaning brush 500 are relatively high.
Further, in the direction in which the cleaning brush 500 makes a linear reciprocating motion, the size of the through hole may need to be larger than the size of the cleaning brush 500 in the corresponding direction, so that on one hand, a moving space may be provided for the movement of the cleaning brush 500, and on the other hand, a dust falling gap may be formed between the cleaning brush 500 and the hole opening of the through hole. Furthermore, as mentioned above, a part of the brush bristles 513 of the cleaning brush 500 may be disposed in the through hole, in this case, there may be a case that the cleaning brush 500 and the carrying portion 310 move relatively along a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the cleaning brush 500 makes a linear reciprocating motion, further, in the cleaning device of the transportation cart disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, the cleaning brush 500 further includes a limiting portion 570, the limiting portion 570 is fixed to the brush body, the limiting portion 570 extends into the through hole, and in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the cleaning brush 500 makes a linear reciprocating motion, the limiting portion 570 is in limiting fit with a hole wall of the through hole, so that the cleaning brush 500 can only make a linear reciprocating motion along one direction, and does not make a motion relative to the carrying portion 310 along another direction, which can further enhance the cleaning effect of the cleaning brush 500, and can prevent the cleaning brush 500 from moving along other directions, and the connection relationship between the cleaning brush 500 and the driving mechanism is broken.
Specifically, as described above, the cleaning brush 500 may include the holder 530 and the brush shaft 511, the brush shaft 511 and the position-limiting portion 570 may be fixed to the same side of the holder 530, and the size of the position-limiting portion 570 may be determined according to the size of the through-hole in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the linear movement of the cleaning brush 500, so as to ensure that the position-limiting portion 570 and the hole wall of the through-hole form a position-limiting fit relationship in the aforementioned direction. Accordingly, in order to prevent the limit portion 570 from blocking the linear reciprocating motion of the cleaning brush 500, the size of the limit portion 570 in the direction of the linear reciprocating motion of the cleaning brush 500 may be equal to the size of the cleaning brush 500 in the corresponding direction, and further, the size of the limit portion 570 in the direction of the linear reciprocating motion of the cleaning brush 500 may be smaller than the size of the cleaning brush 500 in the corresponding direction, and further, when the bristles 513 are deformed, the distance between the linear reciprocating motions of the cleaning brush 500 may be increased, thereby further improving the cleaning effect.
As described above, the plurality of cleaning brushes 500 are all connected to the driving mechanism, the cleaning brushes 500 are movably mounted on the bearing portion 310, optionally, the bearing portion 310 is provided with the supporting portion 320, the supporting portions 320 are fixed on two opposite sides of the bearing portion 310, and two opposite ends of the cleaning brushes 500 are respectively supported on the two supporting portions 320, so that the gravity of the cleaning brushes 500 can basically act on the supporting portions 320, that is, the bearing portion 310, so that the weight of the cleaning brushes 500 acts on the driving mechanism in the form of a shearing force, and the service life of the driving mechanism is prolonged. Specifically, the supporting portion 320 may be made of a material having strong structural strength and deformation resistance, such as metal, and the supporting portion 320 may be fixedly connected to the carrying portion 310, or the supporting portion 320 may be fixedly connected to the casing 100, or the supporting portion 320 and the carrying portion 310 may be supported on the working surface. In the case that the supporting portion 310 and the supporting portion 320 are made of metal materials, the supporting portion 320 may be fixed to the supporting portion 310 by welding, the supporting portion 320 may be a flat plate-shaped structure, and the plurality of cleaning brushes 500 may be supported on the two supporting portions 320 at the same time. As described above, each cleaning brush 500 includes the bracket 530, the entire cleaning brush 500 can be supported on the supporting portion 320 by the bracket 530, and the smoothness of the surface of the bracket 530 facing the supporting portion 320 and the smoothness of the surface of the supporting portion 320 facing the bracket 530 can be relatively high, so that the friction between the bracket 530 and the supporting portion 320 is reduced, and the difficulty of the cleaning brush 500 in the linear reciprocating motion is reduced.
In order to further reduce the friction force between the cleaning brush 500 and the supporting portion 320, optionally, rolling portions 550 are mounted at two opposite ends of the cleaning brush 500 disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, and the cleaning brush 500 is supported on the supporting portion 320 by the rolling portions 550 in a rolling manner, which can greatly reduce the friction force between the cleaning brush 500 and the supporting portion 320, and further reduce the difficulty of the cleaning brush 500 in performing the linear reciprocating motion, and the rolling portions 550 can be regarded as the transmission connecting member described above. Specifically, the rolling part 550 may be a roller, or the rolling part 550 may also be a bearing, and the rolling part 550 may be installed at both opposite ends of each cleaning brush 500, and more specifically, the rolling part 550 may be installed at both opposite ends of the bracket 530 of the cleaning brush 500.
In another embodiment of the present application, the driving mechanism may also drive the plurality of cleaning brushes 500 to rotate, which may also cause the cleaning brushes 500 to move relative to the transport vehicle 700 to be cleaned, so as to remove impurities such as dust on the transport vehicle 700 to be cleaned. Specifically, the driving mechanism may include the rotary motor 411, and in the case where the number of the cleaning brushes 500 is plural, the plural cleaning brushes 500 may be provided with the plural rotary motors 411, or the plural cleaning brushes 500 may be integrated by a transmission connection, so that the plural cleaning brushes 500 are driven simultaneously by one rotary motor 411.
As described above, the plurality of cleaning brushes 500 may be connected to each other by a transmission connector, for example, a sprocket may be provided at one end of the plurality of cleaning brushes 500, and the plurality of sprockets may be connected to each other by a chain, so that the plurality of cleaning brushes 500 may be driven by one rotating motor 411. Alternatively, a plurality of cleaning brushes 500 may be connected together by a belt drive or the like, which is not illustrated herein for brevity.
Optionally, the driving mechanism includes a transmission gear 490, the same end of each cleaning brush 500 is provided with the transmission gear 490, and a plurality of transmission gears 490 are engaged with each other, and the rotating electrical machine 411 is in transmission connection with the transmission gear 490, with this technical solution, a plurality of cleaning brushes 500 can also be connected together, and a plurality of cleaning brushes 500 are driven to rotate simultaneously by means of one rotating electrical machine 411, and the precision and stability of gear transmission are relatively high, compact structure and long service life.
In addition, under the condition that the technical scheme is adopted, the rotating directions of any two adjacent cleaning brushes 500 are different, and in the condition, the cleaning effect can be provided for the transport vehicle 700 to be cleaned through the cleaning brushes 500 with different rotating directions, so that the cleaning effect is further improved.
As described above, in the case where the opening is provided at one side of the receiving space, the size of the carrying portion 310 in the axial direction of the opening may be made larger than the size of the carriage 700 to be cleaned in the corresponding direction, so that the carriage 700 to be cleaned may be moved on the carrying portion 310 in the process of cleaning the carriage 700 to be cleaned, and the cleaning effect provided to the carriage 700 to be cleaned may be further improved by changing the relative positions between the carriage 700 to be cleaned and the plurality of cleaning brushes 500.
Optionally, the transporter cleaning device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application includes a bearing and a bearing seat 470, the opposite ends of each cleaning brush 500 are both provided with a bearing, each bearing is mounted on the bearing seat 470, and the bearing seat 470 is fixed with the bearing portion 310, so that the weight of the cleaning brush 500 can substantially and completely act on the bearing portion 310 or the working surface, the weight of the cleaning brush 500 is prevented from acting on the driving mechanism in the form of a shearing force, and the service life of the driving mechanism is prolonged. Specifically, the bearing housing 470 may be fixedly attached to the bearing portion 310, or the bearing housing 470 may be fixedly attached to the housing 100, or the bearing housing 470 may be directly supported on the working surface. In addition, in the case that the structures and the sizes of the plurality of cleaning brushes 500 are correspondingly the same, the structures and the sizes of the plurality of bearings and the plurality of bearing seats 470 may also be correspondingly the same, thereby reducing the spare parts and the assembly difficulty of the whole transporter cleaning device. In this case, the combined structure of the bearing and the bearing block 470 may be considered as the drive connection member mentioned above.
As described above, the cleaning brush 500 includes the brush body and the brush bristles 513, in the case that the cleaning brush 500 performs a rotational motion, the cleaning brush 500 may be a rolling brush, the brush body may be the brush roller 515, and the brush bristles 513 are disposed around the outer circumference of the brush roller 515, so that no matter what state the brush roller 515 rotates, the brush bristles 513 at different positions on the cleaning brush 500 may contact the transporter 700 to be cleaned, thereby providing a cleaning effect for the transporter 700 to be cleaned and improving the cleaning efficiency of the transporter cleaning device.
With the above technical solution, the size of the aperture of the through-hole can be determined according to the diameter of the roll brush, and the size of the aperture of the through-hole needs to be larger than the diameter of the brush roller 515 to ensure that the roll brush can normally rotate. As described above, the dust falling gap may be formed between the opening of the through-hole and the cleaning brush 500, and in this case, the diameter of the cleaning brush 500 and the diameter of the through-hole may be adjusted according to actual conditions such that the maximum size of the portion of the cleaning brush extending into the accommodating space through the through-hole is smaller than the size of the through-hole in the corresponding direction, so that the dust falling gap is formed between the cleaning brush 500 and the opening of the through-hole.

The cleaning device for the transportation vehicle as claimed in claim 5, wherein the cleaning brush (500) comprises a brush body and bristles (513) connected to the brush body, the brush body is accommodated in the dust collection cavity (311), the brush body is spaced from the cavity bottom of the dust collection cavity (311), and the bristles (513) extend into the accommodating space through the through holes.
7. A transporter cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning brush (500) is movably mounted at opposite ends to the carrier (310) by a drive connection.
