In the embodiment of the invention, when the battery is detected to be not connected to the network and is located in the battery changing station for the first time, the network access request signal is sent to the charging controller, the network access information is received to carry out network access operation, and then the charging process is started, namely when the battery is detected to be not connected to the network, the network access operation is carried out on the battery, so that the situation that each battery is connected to the network is favorably ensured, and the charging frequency of the battery outside the battery changing station is not limited due to the fact that the battery is not connected to the network is avoided, and the safety and the service life of the battery are influenced. the third processing module 603 is configured to send a charging signal to the vehicle controller and enter a charging process when the current chargeable number is greater than or equal to a first preset number, where the first preset number is greater than zero.
Preferably, the battery management system as described above, further comprising:
the fourth processing module is used for subtracting 1 from the current chargeable times when the charging of the battery replacement battery is determined to be finished, and obtaining the updated chargeable times;
the fifth processing module is used for sending a first indication signal for prompting that the chargeable times are insufficient to the vehicle control unit when the updated chargeable times are less than or equal to a second preset times, wherein the second preset times are less than or equal to the first preset times;
and the sixth processing module is used for sending a second indication signal for prompting the updated chargeable times to the vehicle control unit when the updated chargeable times are larger than a second preset time.

and the seventh processing module is used for sending a third indication signal for prompting that the vehicle control unit cannot be charged currently when the current chargeable times are smaller than the first preset times.

the tenth processing module is used for receiving a reset signal sent by the charging controller according to the reset request signal;
and the eleventh processing module is used for resetting the charging times to a third preset time according to the reset signal, sending the charging signal to the charging controller, and entering a charging process, wherein the third preset time is the total charging times of the preset battery replacement battery outside the battery replacement station.
Further, the battery management system as described above further includes:
the twelfth processing module is used for acquiring the network access state of the battery replacement battery again when the battery replacement battery is determined to be charged;
the thirteenth processing module is used for adding 1 to the network access failure times when the network access state is not network access;
the fourteenth processing module is configured to send a network access request signal to the charge controller when the network access failure times are smaller than a fourth preset time;
and the fifteenth processing module is used for receiving the network access information sent by the charging controller and acquiring the network access state of the battery replacement battery again.

when the battery replacement is mounted on the battery replacement vehicle, the battery management system 703 is connected with the vehicle control unit 701;
when the battery replacement is placed inside the battery replacement station, the battery management system 703 is connected to the charge controller 702.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the charging control system 703 of the battery swapping battery is different according to different geographic locations, and the connected charging devices are different, so that the control flow is also changed accordingly, so that the battery swapping battery has a limitation on the number of charging times when being charged outside the battery swapping station, and further the battery swapping battery is charged as much as possible in a stable environment, thereby reducing the loss caused by the battery swapping battery when being charged in an unstable environment, and further being beneficial to ensuring the safety and the service life of the battery swapping battery.

Claims (10)

1. A charging control method for battery replacement is applied to a battery management system and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when receiving charging instruction information for charging a battery replacement battery, detecting a network access state of the battery replacement battery and acquiring current geographical position information of the battery replacement battery;
when the network access state is network access and the battery replacement battery is determined to be outside the battery replacement station according to the current geographical position information, acquiring the current chargeable times of charging the battery replacement battery outside the battery replacement station;
and when the current chargeable times are larger than or equal to a first preset time, sending a charging signal to the whole vehicle controller, and entering a charging process, wherein the first preset time is larger than zero.
2. The charge control method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of entering the charge flow, the charge control method further comprises:
when the battery replacement battery is determined to be charged, subtracting 1 from the current chargeable times to obtain updated chargeable times;
when the updated chargeable times are less than or equal to a second preset times, sending a first indication signal for prompting that the chargeable times are insufficient to the vehicle control unit, wherein the second preset times are less than or equal to the first preset times;
and when the updated chargeable times are larger than the second preset times, sending a second indicating signal for prompting the updated chargeable times to the vehicle control unit.
3. The charge control method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of obtaining a current chargeable number of times that the charging battery is charged outside the charging station, the charge control method further comprises:
and when the current chargeable times are smaller than the first preset times, sending a third indication signal for prompting that the vehicle control unit cannot be charged currently.
4. The charge control method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of detecting the network access state of the battery swap battery and acquiring the current geographical location information of the battery swap battery, the charge control method further comprises:
and when the network access state is not network access and the battery replacement battery is determined to be outside the battery replacement station according to the current geographic position information, directly sending a charging signal to the vehicle control unit and entering a charging process.
5. The charge control method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of detecting the network access state of the battery swap battery and acquiring the current geographical location information of the battery swap battery, the charge control method further comprises:
when the network access state is network access and the battery replacement battery is determined to be in the battery replacement station according to the current geographical position information, sending a reset request signal for resetting the chargeable times to a charging controller of the battery replacement station;
receiving a reset signal sent by the charging controller according to the reset request signal;
resetting the charging times to a third preset time according to the reset signal, sending the charging signal to the charging controller, and entering the charging process, wherein the third preset time is the preset total charging times of the battery replacement station.
6. The charge control method according to claim 5, characterized in that after the step of entering the charge flow, the charge control method further comprises:
when the charging of the battery replacement battery is determined to be completed, the network access state of the battery replacement battery is obtained again;
when the network access state is not network access, adding 1 to the network access failure times;
when the network access failure times are smaller than a fourth preset time, sending a network access request signal to the charging controller;
and receiving the network access information sent by the charging controller, and acquiring the network access state of the battery replacement battery again.
7. The charge control method according to claim 6, wherein after the step of adding 1 to the number of network access failures when the network access status is not network access, the charge control method further comprises:
and when the network access failure times are equal to the fourth preset times, sending a fourth indication signal for prompting network access failure to the charging controller.
8. The charge control method according to claim 5, wherein after the step of detecting the network access state of the battery swap battery and acquiring the current geographical location information of the battery swap battery, the charge control method further comprises:
when the network access state is that the network is not accessed and the battery replacement battery is determined to be in the battery replacement station according to the current geographic position information, sending a network access request signal to the charging controller;
and receiving network access information sent by the charging controller, entering a step of sending the charging signal to the charging controller, and entering the charging process.
9. A battery management system, comprising:
the charging system comprises a first processing module, a second processing module and a charging module, wherein the first processing module is used for detecting the network access state of a battery replacement battery and acquiring the current geographical position information of the battery replacement battery when receiving charging instruction information for charging the battery replacement battery;
the second processing module is used for acquiring the current chargeable times of charging of the battery replacement battery outside the battery replacement station when the network access state is the network access state and the battery replacement battery is determined to be outside the battery replacement station according to the current geographical position information;
and the third processing module is used for sending a charging signal to the vehicle control unit and entering a charging process when the current chargeable times are greater than or equal to a first preset time, wherein the first preset time is greater than zero.
10. A charge control system for replacing a battery, comprising: a vehicle control unit on a battery replacement vehicle, a charge controller of a battery replacement station, and the battery management system of claim 9;
when the battery replacement vehicle is mounted on the battery replacement vehicle, the battery management system is connected with the vehicle control unit;
when the battery replacement battery is placed in the battery replacement station, the battery management system is connected with the charging controller.
