Description

Waterproof ventilative component and waterproof shell
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to the technical field of membranes, in particular to a waterproof breathable component and a waterproof shell.
[ background of the invention ]
The waterproof breathable film is mainly used for electronic components of outdoor communication base stations, and mainly comprises an RRU, a filter, a tower amplifier, a combiner, a power amplifier, a duplexer, an antenna, a sensor and the like. Compare in waterproof ventilation valve, waterproof ventilative pad pasting more can satisfy the miniaturized trend of outdoor electronic equipment cavity such as communication basic station. However, the existing waterproof breathable adhesive film cannot reach the waterproof grade of IPX5 or IPX6 required by main communication equipment manufacturers.
For example: the prior art discloses a waterproof breathable film, which comprises a first soft adhesive layer, a single film layer, a second soft adhesive layer and a supporting layer, wherein the first soft adhesive layer is laminated on the front surface of the single film layer, the second soft adhesive layer is laminated on the back surface of the single film layer, and the supporting layer is laminated on the second soft adhesive layer. During this waterproof ventilative pad pasting test, water direct injection behind the rete, the rete can warp in the unimorph, causes the fenestra increase, and on partial water can permeate the rete at this moment and permeate the supporting layer, and because the supporting layer adopts the non-woven fabrics that waterproof performance is poor, consequently water can lead to the test failure in getting into the cavity through the supporting layer, can not reach required IPX5 or IPX6 waterproof grade. In addition, another waterproof and breathable film is disclosed in the prior art, which includes a first double-sided adhesive tape, a plastic sheet with an opening, a second double-sided adhesive tape and a film, wherein the first double-sided adhesive tape is covered on the front side of the plastic sheet with the opening, the second double-sided adhesive tape is covered on the back side of the plastic sheet with the opening, and the film is covered on the second double-sided adhesive tape. Although the plastic sheet can effectively reduce the water pressure to avoid the layering phenomenon of the composite membrane when water directly irradiates the composite membrane, the plastic sheet still has more water flowing to the membrane through the opening due to poor waterproof performance, and further leaks into the cavity to cause test failure, and the required waterproof grade of IPX5 or IPX6 cannot be achieved.
[ summary of the invention ]
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a waterproof and breathable member capable of achieving the waterproof grade of IPX5 or IPX 6.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the utility model provides a waterproof ventilative component, includes the PTFE complex film of the first PTFE membrane of the side of coming water of orientation and the side of coming water dorsad, first PTFE membrane includes ventilative portion and encircles the portion of bonding that ventilative portion set up, the PTFE complex film includes the substrate and locates the second PTFE membrane on the substrate, the side of coming water of substrate dorsad sets up, the second PTFE membrane with be equipped with between the one side of first PTFE membrane bond in the first glue film in the portion, the another side of first PTFE membrane be equipped with bond in the second glue film in the portion, the water pressure resistance of first PTFE membrane is 50kPa ~400kPa, the water pressure resistance of second PTFE membrane is 30kPa ~200kPa, just the water pressure resistance of first PTFE membrane is greater than the water pressure resistance of second PTFE membrane.
Further, the first PTFE membrane has a pore diameter of 0.2-3 μm, an air permeability Gurley of 0.5-3 seconds and a thickness of 30-150 μm, and the second PTFE membrane has a pore diameter of 1-10 μm, an air permeability Gurley of 0.3-2 seconds and a thickness of 50-400 μm.
Further, a buffer gap is arranged between the first PTFE membrane and the PTFE composite membrane, and the buffer gap is 0.05 mm-0.4 mm.
Furthermore, the diameter of the air permeable part is D, the outer diameter of the bonding part is D1, and 1/4 < D/D1 < 2/3.
Furthermore, the unilateral width of first glue film and second glue film is 1mm ~10 mm.
Furthermore, the thickness of the base material is 130-155 mu m.
Furthermore, the thickness of the base material is t1, the thickness of the second PTFE film is t2, and 1 is not less than t1/t2 is not less than 10.
Furthermore, the air-permeable part of the base material is subjected to pressure on the incoming water side and then is subjected to inward concave deformation, and the elastic stress corresponding to the air-permeable part generating the concave depth of unit millimeter is not less than 20 kpa.
Further, the base material is a PET film, a PE film, a PP film or a nylon film.
In addition, the invention also provides a waterproof shell, wherein the waterproof shell is provided with a through hole for communicating the inner cavity of the shell with the outside, the waterproof breathable component in any technical scheme is installed in the waterproof shell, and the waterproof breathable component is bonded on the inner wall of the waterproof shell through the second adhesive layer so as to cover the through hole.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
when the waterproof breathable component is subjected to an IPX5 or IPX6 waterproof grade test, water acts on the first PTFE membrane firstly, so that the first PTFE membrane is subjected to dynamic water pressure and generates concave deformation towards the PTFE composite membrane, and the deformed first PTFE membrane is equivalently stretched, so that the pore diameter of the first PTFE membrane is enlarged, and the waterproof failure is caused; the base material of the PTFE composite membrane can support the first PTFE membrane, so that the deformation of the first PTFE membrane under the action of water pressure can be effectively reduced, the deformation of the first PTFE membrane is weakened, the pore diameter is not excessively increased, and the waterproof performance of the first PTFE membrane is improved; in addition, under extreme environments, after water penetrates through the first PTFE membrane, the flow rate and impact force of the water in a gap between the PTFE composite membrane and the first PTFE membrane can be remarkably reduced, dynamic water pressure in the IPX5/IPX6 test process is converted into static water pressure, even if seeped water drops exist, the PTFE composite membrane cannot be delaminated, and the deformation of the second PTFE membrane is extremely small, so that a second waterproof protection is provided, and the waterproof and breathable component is ensured to pass the IPX5 or IPX6 test; secondly, because the volume of a gap between the PTFE composite membrane and the first PTFE membrane is small, residual water in the gap is gradually vaporized and evaporated under the action of positive and negative pressures on the two sides of the first PTFE membrane and the second PTFE membrane; finally, the PTFE composite membrane is fixedly bonded with the first adhesive layer through the second PTFE membrane, compared with the situation that the base material is arranged outwards and fixedly bonded with the first adhesive layer, the second PTFE membrane has better bonding property with the first adhesive layer and is not easy to separate, and on the other hand, water is not easy to penetrate between the first adhesive layer and the corresponding area of the PTFE composite membrane to cause leakage. Meanwhile, the water pressure resistance of the first PTFE film is 50 kPa-400 kPa, the water pressure resistance of the second PTFE film is 30 kPa-200 kPa, the water pressure resistance of the first PTFE film is greater than that of the second PTFE film, the first PTFE film positioned on the outer side has a main waterproof function and a pressure bearing function, and a water column jetted out by a nozzle in an IPX6 waterproof grade test is needed.
The first PTFE film has a pore diameter of 0.2 to 3 μm, an air permeability Gurley of 0.5 to 3 seconds and a thickness of 30 to 150 μm, and the second PTFE film has a pore diameter of 1 to 10 μm, an air permeability Gurley of 0.3 to 2 seconds and a thickness of 50 to 400 μm. So design, because first PTFE membrane can play the effect that prevents a large amount of water infiltration, consequently only a small amount of water infiltration to second PTFE membrane department, design into the aperture that is greater than first PTFE membrane with the aperture of second PTFE membrane, also can guarantee its waterproof performance, also increased waterproof ventilation member's air permeability simultaneously.
A buffer gap is arranged between the first PTFE film and the PTFE composite film, and the buffer gap is 0.05 mm-0.4 mm. By the design, the first PTFE membrane can be prevented from excessively deforming, and the dynamic water pressure can be guaranteed to be converted into the static water pressure. If the buffer gap is larger than 0.4mm, the supporting effect of the PTFE composite membrane on the first PTFE membrane is weakened, and at the moment, the deformation of the first PTFE membrane is larger, so that the first PTFE membrane is easy to resist water failure; if the buffer gap is smaller than 0.05mm, the gap is too small, and it is difficult to convert the dynamic water pressure into the static water pressure.
The diameter of the air permeable part is D, the outer diameter of the bonding part is D1, and 1/4 < D/D1 < 2/3. Due to the design, the air permeability of the waterproof and breathable component can be ensured, and the bonding reliability between the first PTFE film and the PTFE composite film and between the waterproof and breathable component and the waterproof shell can also be ensured; when D/D1 is less than 1/4, the air-permeable section is too small, resulting in poor air-permeability of the waterproof air-permeable member; when D/D1 is more than 2/3, the area of the bonding portion is too small, resulting in easy detachment of the first PTFE film and the PTFE composite film, and reduced mounting reliability of the waterproof and breathable member.
The unilateral width of first glue film and second glue film is 1mm ~10 mm. By the design, the air permeability of the waterproof and breathable component can be ensured, the glue consumption is reduced, and the bonding reliability can be enhanced to ensure the waterproof effect; when the width of a single side is less than 1mm, the single side is easy to fall off and is easy to be separated, so that the waterproof failure is caused; when the width of one side is larger than 10mm, the air permeability of the waterproof and breathable component is poor, the glue consumption is increased, and the cost is increased.
The thickness of the base material is 130 μm to 155 μm. By adopting the design, the strength of the base material can be ensured, the base material can well support the first PTFE membrane, and the reduction of the air permeability caused by over-thickness can be avoided; when the thickness of the substrate is less than 130 μm, the substrate is thin and cannot support the first PTFE membrane well; when the thickness of the substrate is more than 150 μm, the air permeability of the substrate is reduced.
The thickness of the base material is t1, the thickness of the second PTFE film is t2, and 1 is not less than t1/t2 is not less than 10. By the design, the air permeability of the base material can be ensured, and water vapor entering the buffer gap can be effectively absorbed to prevent the water vapor from permeating into the cavity; when t1/t2 is more than 10, the air permeability of the base material is poor; when t1/t2 < 1, the amount of water vapor absorbed into the buffer gap by the substrate is limited, resulting in the permeation of a portion of unabsorbed water vapor into the cavity.
The air-permeable part of the base material is subjected to pressure on the incoming water side and then generates concave deformation inwards, and the elastic stress corresponding to the air-permeable part generating the concave depth of unit millimeter is not less than 20 kpa. By adopting the design, the base material can still keep the deformation of the second PTFE membrane not large even under the large external pressure.
In addition, the invention also provides a waterproof shell, wherein the waterproof shell is provided with a through hole for communicating the inner cavity of the shell with the outside, the waterproof breathable component of any technical scheme is installed in the waterproof shell, and the waterproof breathable component is bonded on the inner wall of the waterproof shell through a second adhesive layer so as to cover the through hole. By the design, the appearance of the waterproof shell can be guaranteed, the waterproof breathable component can be well protected, and the waterproof breathable component is prevented from falling off due to external interference when being installed on the outer wall of the waterproof shell.
These features and advantages of the present invention will be disclosed in more detail in the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings.

The first embodiment,
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the waterproof and breathable member in this embodiment includes a first PTFE film 100 facing a water supply side and a PTFE composite film 200 facing away from the water supply side, the first PTFE film 100 includes a breathable portion 110 and a bonding portion 120 surrounding the breathable portion 110, the PTFE composite film 200 includes a substrate 210 and a second PTFE film 220 disposed on the substrate 210, the substrate 210 is disposed facing away from the water supply side, a first adhesive layer 300 bonded on the bonding portion 120 is disposed between the second PTFE film 220 and one surface of the first PTFE film 100, a second adhesive layer 400 bonded on the bonding portion 120 is disposed on the other surface of the first PTFE film 100, and both the first adhesive layer 300 and the second adhesive layer 400 are annular.
In the embodiment, when the waterproof breathable member is subjected to an IPX5 or IPX6 waterproof rating test, water first acts on the first PTFE membrane 100, so that the first PTFE membrane 100 is subjected to dynamic water pressure to generate concave deformation towards the PTFE composite membrane 200, and after the deformation, the first PTFE membrane 100 is equivalently stretched, so that the pore diameter of the first PTFE membrane 100 is enlarged, and the waterproof failure is caused; in this embodiment, the substrate 210 of the PTFE composite membrane 200 can support the first PTFE membrane 100, so that the deformation of the first PTFE membrane 100 under water pressure can be effectively reduced, the deformation of the first PTFE membrane 100 is weakened, the pore diameter is not excessively increased, and the waterproof performance of the first PTFE membrane 100 is improved; in addition, in an extreme environment, after water penetrates through the first PTFE membrane 100, the flow rate and impact force of the water in the gap between the PTFE composite membrane 200 and the first PTFE membrane 100 are significantly reduced, dynamic water pressure in the IPX5/IPX6 test process is converted into static water pressure, even if seeped water drops exist, the PTFE composite membrane 200 is not delaminated, and deformation of the second PTFE membrane 220 is extremely small, so that a second waterproof protection is provided, and the waterproof and breathable member is ensured to pass the IPX5 or IPX6 test; secondly, because the volume of the gap between the PTFE composite membrane 200 and the first PTFE membrane 100 is small, the residual water in the gap is gradually vaporized and evaporated under the positive and negative pressure action on the two sides of the first PTFE membrane 100 and the second PTFE membrane 220; finally, in this embodiment, the PTFE composite film 200 is bonded and fixed to the first adhesive layer 300 through the second PTFE film 220, and compared with the case that the base material 210 is disposed outward and bonded and fixed to the first adhesive layer 300, the second PTFE film 220 has better adhesion to the first adhesive layer 300 and is not easy to be detached, and on the other hand, water is not easy to penetrate between the corresponding regions of the first adhesive layer 300 and the PTFE composite film 200 to cause leakage.
The first PTFE membrane 100 and the second PTFE membrane 220 in the embodiment are preferably ePTFE membranes, wherein the first PTFE membrane 100 has a pore size of 0.2 to 3 μm, an air permeability Gurley of 0.5 to 3 seconds, a thickness of 30 to 150 μm, the second PTFE membrane 220 has a pore size of 1 to 10 μm, an air permeability Gurley of 0.3 to 2 seconds, and a thickness of 50 to 400 μm. Because first PTFE membrane 100 can play the effect of preventing a large amount of water infiltration, consequently only a small amount of water infiltration to second PTFE membrane 220 department, design the aperture of second PTFE membrane 220 and be greater than the aperture of first PTFE membrane 100, also can guarantee its waterproof performance, also increased waterproof ventilation member's air permeability simultaneously. The air permeability in the example was tested using the following method and apparatus: that is, the resistance to gas flow of the sample is measured using a Gurley densitometer, manufactured by W & L.E. Gurley & Sons corporation, according to ASTM test method D726-84, and is expressed in terms of a Gurley number or Gurley-seconds, which is the time (in seconds) for 100 cubic centimeters of gas to pass through a 1 square inch sample at a 4.88 inch water pressure differential.
After the waterproof breathable member is assembled, a buffer gap 500 is formed between the first PTFE film 100 and the PTFE composite film 200, the size H of the buffer gap 500 is 0.05 mm-0.4 mm, the size H of the buffer gap 500 is equal to the thickness of the first glue layer 300, if H is larger than 0.4mm, the supporting effect of the PTFE composite film 200 on the first PTFE film 100 is weakened, and at the moment, the deformation of the first PTFE film 100 is large, so that the waterproof failure is easy; if H is less than 0.05mm, the gap is too small, and it is difficult to convert the dynamic water pressure into the static water pressure. For this reason, H is preferably 0.2 mm in this embodiment, so that excessive deformation of the first PTFE membrane 100 can be avoided and conversion of dynamic water pressure into static water pressure can be ensured. Of course, H may alternatively be, but is not limited to, 0.05mm, 0.1 mm, 0.15 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.35 mm, 0.4mm, or the like.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the diameter of the air permeable part 110 is D, the outer diameter of the adhesive part 120 is D1, preferably, the outer diameter D1 of the adhesive part 120 is the outer diameter of the first PTFE film 100, and the diameter D of the air permeable part 110 is the inner diameter of the adhesive part 120, which satisfies 1/4 < D/D1 < 2/3. When D/D1 is less than 1/4, air-permeable section 110 is too small, resulting in poor air-permeability of the waterproof air-permeable member; when D/D1 is greater than 2/3, the area of the adhesive part 120 is too small, resulting in easy detachment of the first PTFE film 100 and the PTFE composite film 200, and reduced reliability of installation of the waterproof and breathable member; for this reason, D/D1 in the present embodiment is preferably 3/5, which ensures both the air permeability of the waterproof and air-permeable member and the adhesion reliability between the first PTFE membrane 100 and the PTFE composite membrane 200 and between the waterproof and air-permeable member and the waterproof case. Of course, D/D1 may also be, but is not limited to, 1/4, 3/10, 2/5, 1/2, 2/3, and the like.
Further, the single-side width W of the first adhesive layer 300 and the second adhesive layer 400 is 1 mm-10 mm. When the width W of the single side is less than 1mm, the single side is easy to fall off and is easy to be separated, so that the waterproof failure is caused; when the width W of one side is larger than 10mm, the air permeability of the waterproof and breathable member becomes poor, the amount of glue used becomes large, and the cost rises. Therefore, the width W of the single side in the present embodiment is preferably 5mm, which not only ensures the air permeability of the waterproof and breathable member and reduces the amount of glue used, but also enhances the adhesion reliability to ensure the waterproof effect. Of course, alternatively, the single-sided width W may also be, but is not limited to, 1mm, 2mm, 3 mm, 4mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, or 10mm, etc.
In addition, the base material 210 in this embodiment is a PET film, a PE film, a PP film, or a nylon film. The thickness t1 is 130 μm to 155 μm. When t1 is less than 130 μm, the substrate 210 is thin and does not support the first PTFE membrane 100 well; when t1 is greater than 150. mu.m, the air permeability of the substrate 210 decreases. Therefore, t1 is preferably 140 μm in this embodiment, which can ensure the strength of the substrate 210 to support the first PTFE membrane 100 well and avoid the air permeability from being reduced due to its excessive thickness. Of course, t1 can be, but not limited to, 130 μm, 132 μm, 135 μm, 138 μm, 142 μm, 145 μm, 148 μm, 150 μm, 152 μm, 155 μm, etc.
In the embodiment, the thickness of the second PTFE film 220 is t2, and satisfies 1 ≦ t1/t2 ≦ 10. When t1/t2 > 10, the permeability of the substrate 210 is poor; when t1/t2 < 1, the amount of water vapor absorbed by the substrate 210 into the buffer gap 500 is limited, resulting in the penetration of some unabsorbed water vapor into the cavity of the waterproof enclosure. Therefore, t1/t2 is preferably 5 in this embodiment, which can not only ensure the air permeability of the substrate 210, but also effectively absorb the water vapor entering the buffer gap 500 to prevent the water vapor from penetrating into the cavity of the waterproof housing. Of course, alternatively, t1/t2 may also be, but is not limited to, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10, etc.
In order to ensure that the base material 210 can still maintain the small deformation of the second PTFE film 220 in the IPX5 or IPX6 waterproof rating test, so as to achieve a better second waterproof protection, in this embodiment, the air-permeable portion 110 of the base material 210 is recessed and deformed inward after being subjected to the pressure on the incoming water side, and the elastic stress corresponding to the recess depth of the air-permeable portion 110 per millimeter is not less than 20kpa, that is, only when the elastic stress applied to the air-permeable portion 110 exceeds 20kpa, the air-permeable portion 110 can be recessed by 1 millimeter. The elastic stress of 20kpa in this example is obtained by calculating the elastic stress/deformation amount in the following table and taking 75% of the minimum value.
