Description

Waterproof ventilative structure
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of materials, in particular to a waterproof and breathable structure.
Background
General electronic and electrical products often cannot be in direct contact with liquid such as water, or water seepage, electric leakage and the like can occur. However, some electronic and electrical products often change the air pressure in the cavity due to the change of the environmental temperature, and if some liquid water flows into the electronic product due to the change of the air pressure, the performance and the service life of the electronic and electrical products are affected. Therefore, in order to ensure the functionality of the product, a waterproof and breathable structure made of a suitable waterproof and breathable material is often required to be designed in the product so as to satisfy the balance between the internal air pressure and the ambient air pressure.
In order to ensure that the waterproof and breathable material has the effects of large air permeability and certain water pressure resistance, the waterproof and breathable film often needs to be subjected to hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment, but the material subjected to hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment often has the defects of small surface energy, poor adhesion capability with an adhesive and the like, so that the contact surface of the waterproof and breathable material and other structures is often easy to fall off when the waterproof and breathable material is installed, and the falling and failure of the waterproof and breathable material are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a waterproof and breathable structure.
According to one aspect of the invention, a waterproof and breathable structure is provided, which comprises a protective cover, a cylindrical main body and a waterproof and breathable film, wherein the protective cover is provided with a vent hole; the bottom outer periphery of the protective cover forms a boss, the inner periphery of the main body forms a first sinking surface and a second sinking surface, the boss is fixedly installed on the first sinking surface, and the waterproof breathable film is fixedly installed between the boss and the second sinking surface.
According to the waterproof breathable structure, the waterproof breathable protective cover is directly connected with the main body for installing the waterproof breathable film, so that the problem that the waterproof breathable film is not firmly bonded with the bonding structure is solved, the stability of installing the waterproof breathable film is improved by arranging the sinking surface structure, the falling-off phenomenon of the waterproof breathable material in use is avoided, and the product quality is guaranteed.
In some embodiments, the waterproof breathable membrane further comprises a first adhesive structure, wherein the top surface of the first adhesive structure is adhered to the boss, and the bottom surface of the first adhesive structure is adhered to the first sinking surface and the waterproof breathable membrane. From this, can carry out fixed connection with boss, first sunken face and waterproof ventilated membrane through first bonding structure to the realization is fixed to waterproof ventilated membrane top surface.
In some embodiments, the waterproof breathable membrane further comprises a second bonding structure, wherein the top surface of the second bonding structure is bonded to the waterproof breathable membrane, and the bottom surface of the second bonding structure is bonded to the second sinking surface. From this, can sink face fixed connection with waterproof ventilated membrane and second through second bonding structure to the realization is to the fixed of waterproof ventilated membrane bottom surface.
In some embodiments, the waterproof breathable film is made of a nonwoven composite PTFE material. Thus, a suitable material for the waterproof breathable membrane is selected.
In some embodiments, the protective cover is provided with more than two air holes. Therefore, the actual number of the selected air holes can be set according to actual parameters, such as the sizes of the protective cover and the air holes.
In some embodiments, an inner diameter dimension of the body at the first sunken face is greater than an inner diameter dimension of the protective cap. Thus, the boss of the protective cover and the waterproof breathable film can be directly connected while the protective cover is mounted on the first sinking surface.
In some embodiments, the inner diameter dimension of the body at the second sinking plane is less than the dimension of the waterproof breathable membrane. Therefore, the waterproof breathable film can not be separated from the main body from the bottom, and the mounting stability of the waterproof breathable film is improved.
In some embodiments, the top surface of the boss is flush with the top surface of the first sinking surface. Therefore, the condition of water accumulation on the boss and at the joint of the boss and the main body can be reduced, and the waterproofness of the structure is improved.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a waterproof and breathable structure according to the prior art;
FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a waterproof and breathable structure according to an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 3 is a partial structural schematic view of the waterproof and breathable structure shown in fig. 2.
In the figure: the protective cover comprises a protective cover 1, a main body 2, a waterproof breathable film 3, air holes 4, a boss 5, a first sinking surface 6, a second sinking surface 7, a first bonding structure 8 and a second bonding structure 9.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a sectional structure of a waterproof and breathable structure according to an embodiment of the related art. As shown in fig. 1, the structure generally comprises a protective cover 1, a main body 2 having a substantially cylindrical shape, and a waterproof breathable membrane 3, wherein the protective cover 1 is installed at one end of the interior of the main body 2, and the waterproof breathable membrane 3 is installed inside the main body 2 and sandwiched between the protective cover 1 and the other end of the main body 2, and both sides thereof are connected to the protective cover 1 and the main body 2 by bonding structures. Wherein, the protective cover 1 is provided with a breather 4.
In the above structure, the combination of the protective cover 1 and the main body 2 has a waterproof effect, and the cooperation of the air holes 4 and the waterproof breathable film 3 can achieve the waterproof and breathable effect.
However, the structure still has disadvantages, for example, the structures are generally connected only through the bonding structure, the installation is not stable enough, and particularly, the bonding force between the protective cover and the waterproof breathable film subjected to hydrophobic treatment is generally low, and the protective cover is easy to fall off and lose efficacy; for another example, a straight gap may occur at the connection point of the protection cover 1 and the main body 2, and the gap is prone to water penetration.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a sectional structure of a waterproof and breathable structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 shows a partial structure of the waterproof and breathable structure of fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the structure also includes a protective cover 1, a main body 2 having a substantially cylindrical shape, and a waterproof breathable film 3, the protective cover 1 being mounted on one end (set as a top end) of the main body 2, and the waterproof breathable film 3 being mounted inside the main body 2 and sandwiched between the protective cover 1 and the other end (set as a bottom end) of the main body 2. Wherein, the protective cover 1 is provided with a breather 4.
Preferably, more than one air hole 4 can be arranged on the protective cover 1 according to actual conditions and requirements.
Preferably, the waterproof and breathable film 3 is generally made of a non-woven fabric composite PTFE material, and other suitable materials can be selected according to actual conditions and needs.
The bottom periphery of the protective cover 1 forms an annular boss 5 protruding to the outside, while the inner periphery of the main body 2 has two annular sunken structures protruding to the inner periphery, and the upper surfaces of the two sunken structures are sunken surfaces, wherein the sunken surface positioned above is called a first sunken surface 6, and the sunken surface positioned below is called a second sunken surface 7. Wherein, the bottom of visor 1 stretches into in the main part 2, specifically is boss 5 fixed mounting on first sunken face 6, and waterproof ventilated membrane 3 is then fixed mounting between boss 5 and second sunken face 7, is located the medial surface of first sunken face 6 promptly.
Due to the existence of the boss 5, compared with the waterproof and breathable structure in the prior art, the structure of the protective cover 1 and the connection part of the protective cover and the main body 2 in the embodiment is more zigzag, so that the waterproof performance is better.
Preferably, the top surface of the boss 5 is flush with the top surface of the first sunken surface 6. Because if the top surface of the boss 5 is lower than the top surface of the first sinking surface 6, water is likely to be accumulated on the top surface of the boss 5, and the accumulated water is also likely to extend into the main body 2; if the top surface of the boss 5 is higher than the top surface of the first sinking surface 6, the installation is not tight enough, and the water seepage condition is easy to occur.
An annular bonding structure, referred to as a first bonding structure 8, is provided between the boss 5 and the first sunken face 6. The first adhesive structure 8 has two sides with adhesive, so that the top surface thereof is adhered to the boss 5, and the bottom surface thereof is adhered to the first sunken surface 6, thereby realizing the fixed connection of the protective cover 1 and the main body 2.
In addition, the inner diameter of the main body 2 at the first sunken surface 6 is larger than that of the protective cover 1, so that the size of the first sunken surface 6 is smaller than that of the bottom surface of the boss 5, the edge position of the waterproof breathable film 3 is opposite to the bottom surface of the boss 5, the size of the first bonding structure 8 can be set to be larger than that of the sunken surface, and the bottom surface of the first bonding structure 8 is simultaneously bonded with the top surface of the air film, so that the top surface of the waterproof breathable film 3 is fixed.
An annular bonding structure, referred to as a second bonding structure 9, is also provided between the waterproof breathable membrane 3 and the second sinking surface 7. The two sides of the second bonding structure 9 are both sticky, so that the top surface thereof is bonded with the waterproof breathable film 3, and the bottom surface is bonded with the second sinking surface 7, thereby realizing the fixation of the bottom surface of the waterproof breathable film 3 and the fixed connection of the waterproof breathable film 3 and the main body 2.
In addition, the inner diameter of the main body 2 at the second sinking surface 7 is smaller than the size of the waterproof breathable film 3, so that the waterproof breathable film 3 can be effectively prevented from falling off from the main body 2, and the installation stability of the waterproof breathable film 3 can be still maintained to a certain extent even if the second bonding structure 9 fails, so that the waterproof breathable effect of the structure is ensured.
The waterproof breathable structure of the invention directly connects the waterproof breathable protective cover 1 with the main body 2 for installing the waterproof breathable film 3, thereby avoiding the problem that the waterproof breathable film 3 is not firmly bonded with the bonding structure, and improving the installation stability of the waterproof breathable film 3 by arranging the sinking surface structure, thereby avoiding the falling-off phenomenon of the waterproof breathable material in use and ensuring the product quality.
What has been described above are merely some embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept thereof, and these changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
