The discharge port 480 is a circular port; the lower aperture of the discharge hole 480 is smaller than the upper aperture of the discharge hole 480; a sealing rubber layer is attached to the inner wall of the discharge port 480; the spring 490 is always in tension; the elastic force of the spring 490 allows the blocking head 470 to be sealingly inserted into the discharge hole 480.
The sheave 430 is rotatably coupled to the upper surface of the top plate 110; the second motor is in driving connection with the grooved wheel 430 through a worm gear reducer (not shown) with self-locking capability so as to drive the grooved wheel 430 to rotate; one end of the cord 450 is attached to the top end of the plug 470; the other end of the rope 450 is sequentially wound around the transfer pulley 460, movably inserted through the top plate 110, and finally connected and wound around the grooved pulley 430. By providing the transfer pulley 460, the crushing blade 380 does not interfere with the rope 450.
Through the technical scheme, the structure of the plugging component is improved, so that the plugging component can better close or open the discharge hole 480; specifically, when the discharge port 480 needs to be opened, the second motor is started, so that the grooved wheel 430 rotates, the rope 450 is driven to ascend, the blocking head 470 is driven to ascend, and the discharge port 480 is opened; when the discharge port 480 needs to be sealed, the second motor is started reversely, so that the grooved wheel 430 rotates reversely, the rope 450 is driven to descend, the blocking head 470 descends under the elastic force of the spring 490, and the blocking head 470 blocks the discharge port 480 in a sealing manner.
In addition, the treatment device comprises a control assembly (not shown); the control assembly comprises a first switch, a second switch, a third switch, a fourth switch and a fifth switch; the first switch is used for controlling the start and stop of the first motor 410; the second switch is used for controlling the moving direction of the start and stop of the linear sliding table module 290; the third switch is used for controlling the extension and contraction of the electric push rod 240; the fourth switch is used for controlling the start and stop of the liquid pump 340; the fifth switch is used for controlling the start, stop and rotation direction of the second motor. Through setting up control assembly, the operating personnel of being more convenient for control uses this processing apparatus.

A kitchen waste pretreatment device is characterized by comprising a barrel, a crushing assembly and a solid-liquid separation assembly; the horizontal section of the cylinder body is rectangular; the cylinder comprises a top plate and a bottom plate which are horizontally arranged, and a first side plate and a second side plate which are opposite and parallel to each other;
the first side plate and the second side plate are both vertically arranged; the crushing assembly comprises a crushing barrel, a crushing shaft, a crushing blade and a first motor;
the crushing cylinder is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the top plate; the crushing shaft penetrates through the top plate in a rotating mode, and the crushing shaft extends into the crushing barrel; the crushing shaft is vertically arranged; the crushing shaft is fixedly connected with a plurality of crushing blades; the crushing blade is positioned in the crushing cylinder;
an output shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected to the top end of the crushing shaft through a coupling; the output shaft of the first motor and the crushing shaft are coaxial; the first motor is used for driving the crushing shaft to rotate;
the top plate is provided with a feed inlet; the feed inlet is communicated with the crushing barrel; the top plate is also provided with a feeding cover capable of sealing and covering the feeding hole;
the solid-liquid separation assembly comprises a separation pipe, a plugging part and a material collecting barrel; the grinding cylinder comprises a first bottom wall; the separation pipe is connected to the first bottom wall, and the separation pipe and the crushing barrel are coaxial; the first bottom wall is provided with a discharge hole; the plugging part is used for sealing and closing or opening the discharge hole;
the material collecting barrel is arranged in the barrel and is positioned below the separation pipe; the material collecting barrel is used for collecting the garbage mixture discharged from the discharge hole; the collection cartridge includes a second bottom wall; the second bottom wall is provided with a filter hole.

The kitchen waste pretreatment device according to claim 1, wherein the crushing assembly further comprises a positioning sleeve and a connecting rod; the number of the connecting rods is multiple; the positioning sleeve is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the crushing barrel through a plurality of connecting rods;
the positioning sleeve and the crushing barrel are coaxial; the bottom end of the crushing shaft is rotatably connected with the positioning sleeve through a bearing.
3. The pretreatment device for kitchen waste according to claim 1, wherein the solid-liquid separation assembly further comprises a first guide rod, a second guide rod, a first sleeve, a second sleeve, an electric push rod, a pressing plate and a driving part;
two ends of the first guide rod are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the first side plate and the inner wall of the second side plate respectively; two ends of the second guide rod are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the first side plate and the inner wall of the second side plate respectively; the first guide rod and the second guide rod are arranged in parallel, and are both horizontally arranged;
the first guide rod and the second guide rod are positioned at two sides of the material collecting barrel; the first sleeve and the second sleeve are fixedly connected to two sides of the material collecting barrel respectively; the first sleeve and the second sleeve are located on the same horizontal plane, and the first sleeve and the second sleeve are parallel to each other;
the first sleeve is sleeved on the first guide rod in a sliding manner; the second sleeve is slidably sleeved on the second guide rod; the driving part is used for driving the material collecting barrel to move along the length direction of the first guide rod;
the base of the electric push rod is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the top plate; the telescopic rod of the electric push rod is vertically arranged; the telescopic rod of the electric push rod is fixedly connected with the pressing plate; the pressing plate is horizontally arranged;
the material collecting barrel can move to the position right below the pressing plate; when the material collecting barrel can move to the position right below the pressing plate, the electric push rod is used for driving the pressing plate to be movably embedded into the material collecting barrel.
4. The kitchen waste pretreatment device according to claim 3, wherein the driving part is a linear sliding table module.
5. The kitchen waste pretreatment device according to claim 1, further comprising a protective cover; the protective cover is arranged on the upper surface of the top plate; the first motor, the shaft coupling and the top end of the crushing shaft are all located in the protective cover.

The kitchen waste pretreatment device according to claim 3, wherein a material taking port is further formed in the top plate; the top plate is also provided with a material taking cover capable of sealing and covering the material taking port; the aggregate barrel can move to under the material taking port.

The kitchen waste pretreatment device according to claim 7, further comprising a liquid pump, an electromagnetic valve and a communicating pipe; one end of the communicating pipe is hermetically penetrated through the clapboard; the other end of the communicating pipe is hermetically penetrated through the first side plate; the liquid pump is arranged on the communicating pipe and is used for discharging the garbage liquid on the partition plate; the electromagnetic valve is arranged on the communicating pipe and used for controlling communication and sealing of the communicating pipe.

The kitchen waste pretreatment device according to claim 8, further comprising a control assembly; the control assembly comprises a first switch, a second switch, a third switch and a fourth switch; the first switch is used for controlling the starting and stopping of the first motor; the second switch is used for controlling the moving direction of starting and stopping the linear sliding table module; the third switch is used for controlling the electric push rod to stretch; the fourth switch is used for controlling the starting and stopping of the liquid pump.
10. The kitchen waste pretreatment device according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein an inner diameter of the material collecting barrel is larger than an inner diameter of the separation pipe.
