Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a dust guard plate 2 is provided with a side clamping groove 19 at one end close to the vehicle head along the width direction, and a second end dust prevention mechanism comprises a dust prevention corrugated sheet 22, a control cylinder 20 and a long cotton sliver 21. The power source of the control cylinder 20 is provided by an air pump, one side of the dustproof corrugated sheet 22 is fixedly arranged on the bottom wall of the interlayer groove 19, and the other side of the dustproof corrugated sheet is fixedly connected with the long cotton sliver 21. The control cylinder 20 is arranged along the length direction of the dust guard 2, the cylinder body of the control cylinder 20 is fixedly connected with the dust guard 2, and the piston of the control cylinder 20 is fixedly arranged with the long cotton strip 21. When the piston rod of the control cylinder 20 is extended, the dustproof corrugated sheet 22 is driven to move outwards, and the long cotton strip 21 is pressed against one end of the hopper 27 close to the vehicle head.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the spraying mechanism includes a water supply pipe 23 and a plurality of atomizing nozzles 24, the water supply pipe 23 is fixedly disposed on the lower plate surface of the dust guard 2, the atomizing nozzles 24 are communicated with the water supply pipe 23, and the water supply pipe 23 is connected with a water arching assembly. The water supply assembly comprises a water pump and a water tank. The water pump is disposed inside the water tank, and one end of the water supply pipe 23 is communicated with the water pump. During operation, the water pump starts and can supplies water towards the inside of delivery pipe 23, and water sprays to inside hopper 27 behind atomizer 24 to play the dust fall effect.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in order to enable the dust guard plate 2 to uniformly fall into the car hopper 27, a moving groove 26 is formed in the length direction of the dust guard plate 2, a sliding block 25 is connected to the moving groove 26 in a sliding manner in the length direction, one end of the guide bucket 1 is fixedly connected with the sliding block 25 through a bolt, and the sliding block 25 is connected with a sealing dustproof assembly for sealing the moving groove 26. The sealing dustproof assembly comprises a pair of longitudinal dustproof corrugated plates 29, the longitudinal dustproof corrugated plates 29 are arranged in the moving grooves 26 in a sliding mode, and the longitudinal dustproof corrugated plates 29 are arranged on two sides of the sliding blocks 25. One end of each longitudinal dustproof corrugated plate 29 is fixedly connected with the sliding block 25, and the other end of each longitudinal dustproof corrugated plate is fixedly arranged at the end part of the moving groove 26.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: before the milling machine works, a piston rod of the bidirectional hydraulic cylinder 16 is stretched, the connecting rope 18 controls the vertical pulling rod 11 to move upwards, so that the dust blocking cloth 28 rises, then the hopper 27 of the transport vehicle moves to the lower part of the dust blocking plate 2, and then the electromagnet disc 6 is electrified and adsorbed at the end part of the hopper 27. Meanwhile, the piston rod of the bidirectional hydraulic cylinder 16 is contracted to control the vertical fixing rod 10 to be arranged close to each other along the length direction of the sliding groove 8, the driving gear 13 rotates, the connecting rope 18 is broken and coiled, the vertical driving rod 11 and the dust blocking cloth 28 move downwards under the action of gravity, and the dust blocking cloth 28 acts on two side walls of the car hopper 27 to make waste dust or fine particles difficult to diffuse. Meanwhile, the piston rod of the cylinder 20 is controlled to stretch to drive the dustproof corrugated sheet 22 to move to the outer side of the interlayer groove 19, so that the flying shooting of fine particles is blocked. During operation, the water pump is operated to make the water pump introduce water liquid towards the water supply pipe 23, and the water liquid is sprayed into the car hopper 27 after being atomized by the atomizing nozzle, so as to accelerate the precipitation of waste dust in the car hopper 27.
During operation, through the relative speed who changes between the milling machine transport vechicle for sliding block 25 removes, and then makes guide bucket 1 can spray the waste slag material towards the different positions in car hopper 27, so that waste slag material can be more even drop to inside car hopper 27.
