Claims (10)

1. A method of insurance, the method comprising:
after vehicle-mounted detection equipment detects information of vehicle starting, an insurance service background receives identification information of the vehicle uploaded by the vehicle-mounted detection equipment, wherein the identification information comprises a license plate number and/or a frame number;
the insurance service background inquires whether a current date insurance policy corresponding to the vehicle exists according to the identification information;
if the current date insurance policy does not exist, automatically generating the current date insurance policy according to the historical insurance policy information, and automatically completing the deduction processing of the insurance fee corresponding to the current date insurance policy through the butt joint with a third party payment platform;
if so, no processing is performed.
2. The method of vehicle insurance application according to claim 1, wherein before receiving identification information of the vehicle uploaded by an OBD in an insurance service background, the method further comprises:
generating a first insurance policy of the vehicle according to the vehicle information and the vehicle owner information;
and generating an automatic deduction protocol of the third-party payment platform according to the authorization of the vehicle owner so as to automatically deduct the premium.
3. The method of vehicle insurance application according to claim 1, wherein said automatically generating a current date policy based on historical policy information further comprises:
acquiring a policy which is the latest time from the current date;
and modifying the latest policy according to the current time of the system to obtain the policy of the current date.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the deduction process of the premium corresponding to the current date policy is completed, the method further comprises:
a notice that the payment is successful and the policy is effective is returned to the client corresponding to the user through the third-party payment platform; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

9. The system for vehicle insurance application is characterized by comprising an insurance service background, a client, a third party payment platform and vehicle-mounted detection equipment;
the insurance service background is used for executing the method for vehicle insurance application of any one of the claims 1 to 7;
the client is used for receiving vehicle information and vehicle owner information input by a user; receiving a notice that the payment is successful and the policy is effective; receiving a notification of a deduction failure; receiving and displaying a current date insurance policy;
the third-party payment platform is used for receiving the authorization of the user, generating the insurance policy of the current date in the insurance service background and then automatically deducting the insurance fee corresponding to the insurance policy of the current date;
the vehicle-mounted detection equipment is used for detecting vehicle starting information and uploading the acquired identification information of the vehicle to the insurance service background after the vehicle starting information is detected.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions that cause a computer to perform the method of insurance of any one of claims 1 to 7.
