Abstract
A combined aluminum template comprises a first template and a second template, wherein the first template comprises a first end wall and a first fixing part arranged on the first end wall, and a first groove is defined between the first fixing part and the first end wall; the second template comprises a first connecting part, and the first connecting part can extend into and be fixed in the first groove. The combined aluminum template is characterized in that a first groove is formed in the first template, and a first connecting part is arranged on the second template. And the first connecting part is extended into and fixed in the first groove, so that the first template and the second template are tightly connected, and the connection stability of the first template and the second template is increased. Technical Field

Background
With the rapid popularization of aluminum templates in China, more and more buildings choose to use aluminum molds for construction. In the conventional aluminum formwork, a plurality of pin holes are usually formed in the side ribs, and the plurality of aluminum formworks are locked and connected by using pins and pin pieces. When foreign objects impact, the edge rib of the aluminum template provided with the pin holes is easy to be impacted and deformed, so that the aluminum template is not fixed firmly. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a composite aluminum form, including a first form 10 and a second form 20, where the first form 10 includes a first end wall 11 (see fig. 2) and a first fixing portion 12 disposed on the first end wall, and a first groove 13 (see fig. 2) is defined between the first fixing portion 12 and the first end wall 11; the second template 20 includes a first connecting portion 22 (see fig. 3), and the first connecting portion 22 can extend into and be fixed in the first groove 13.
In one embodiment, the first fixing portion 12 has a substantially L-shaped plate-like structure. It is understood that the shape of the first fixing part 12 is not limited thereto, and the first fixing part 12 may also have an "i" shape structure as in other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to fix the first fixing portion 12 at a predetermined orientation, the first form 10 has a first end wall 11. In one embodiment, the first end wall 11 is a larger end wall of the first form 10, and the first end wall 11 faces the second form 20. It is understood that the first end wall 11 is not limited to a larger end wall on the first form 10, as in other embodiments the first end wall 11 may also be a smaller end wall on the first form 10.
In order to facilitate the formation of the first fixing portion 12 on the first template 10, the first fixing portion 12 includes a first plate 121 and a second plate 122. The first plate 121 is fixed at both ends to the first end wall 11 and the second plate 122, respectively. In one embodiment, the first plate 121, the second plate 122 and the first template 10 are integrally formed. It is to be understood that the connection manner of the first plate 121, the second plate 122 and the first template 10 is not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the first plate 121, the second plate 122 and the first template 10 are welded.
In one embodiment, to improve the stability of the connection between the first formwork 10 and the second formwork 20, the second plate 122 is parallel to the first end wall 11, and the vertical distance from the second plate 122 to the first end wall 11 is equal to the thickness of the first connecting portion 22. So that the first connecting portion 22 is closely attached to the second plate 122 and the first end wall 11 at any position when the first connecting portion 22 is inserted into the first groove 13.
In another embodiment, the second plate 122 is inclined in a direction away from the first end wall 11 from a position where the first plate 121 contacts the second plate 122. So that the width of the first groove 13 is gradually reduced during the insertion of the first connection portion 22 into the first groove 13 to gradually clamp the first connection portion 22.
To secure the first form 10 to other forms, the first form 10 has a first mounting wall 14. Further, the first mounting wall 14 is provided with a mounting hole 14 a. The first mounting wall 14 is fixed to the other formwork by pins passing through the mounting holes 14 a.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in one embodiment, in order to connect the second template 20 between the first template 10 and the third template 30, the first connecting portion 22 and the second fixing portion 23 are oppositely disposed. The first connecting portion 22 is fixed in the first groove 13, and the second fixing portion 23 is fixed on the third mold plate 30. It is to be understood that the positions of the first connecting portion 22 and the second fixing portion 23 are not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the first connecting portion 22 and the second fixing portion 23 are adjacently disposed.
It should be noted that the number of the second templates 20 is at least one. When the number of the second formworks 20 is more than one, the first connecting portion 22 of one of the second formworks 20 is fixed in the second groove 24 of another one of the second formworks 20 to connect a plurality of the second formworks 20.
In order to fix the second fixing portion 23 in a given direction, the second form 20 has a second end wall 21. In one embodiment, the second end wall 21 is a larger end wall of the second form 20, and the second end wall 21 faces the third form 30. It is to be understood that the second end wall 21 is not limited to the larger end wall of the second form 20, as in other embodiments the second end wall 21 may also be a smaller end wall of the second form 20.
In one embodiment, the first connecting portion 22 is a sheet structure. It is understood that the shape of the first connection portion 22 is not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the first connection portion 22 has a block shape.
In one embodiment, the second fixing portion 23 has a substantially L-shaped plate-like structure. It is understood that the shape of the second fixing portion 23 is not limited thereto, and the second fixing portion 23 may also have an "i" shape as in other embodiments.
In order to facilitate the formation of the second fixing portion 23 on the second mold plate 20, the second fixing portion 23 includes a third plate 231 and a fourth plate 232. The third plate 231 is fixed at both ends thereof to the second end wall 21 and the fourth plate 232, respectively. In one embodiment, the third plate 231, the fourth plate 232 and the second template 20 are integrally formed. It is to be understood that the connection manner of the third plate 231, the fourth plate 232, and the second template 20 is not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the third plate 231, the fourth plate 232, and the second template 20 are welded.
In order to facilitate the formation of the second fixing portion 23 on the second mold plate 20, the second fixing portion 23 includes a third plate 231 and a fourth plate 232. The second end wall 21 and the fourth plate 232 are fixed to the first end wall and the second end wall, respectively. In one embodiment, the third plate 231, the fourth plate 232 and the second template 20 are integrally formed. It is to be understood that the connection manner of the third plate 231, the fourth plate 232, and the second template 20 is not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the third plate 231, the fourth plate 232, and the second template 20 are welded.
In one embodiment, to improve the stability of the connection between the second form 20 and the third form 30, the fourth plate 232 is parallel to the first end wall 11, and the vertical distance from the fourth plate 232 to the second end wall 21 is equal to the thickness of the second connecting portion 31. So that the second connecting portion 31 is closely attached to the fourth plate 232 and the second end wall 21 at any position when the second connecting portion 31 is inserted into the second groove 24.
In another embodiment, the fourth plate 232 is inclined in a direction away from the second end wall 21 from a position where the third plate 231 contacts the fourth plate 232. So that the width of the second groove 24 is gradually reduced during the insertion of the second connection portion 31 into the second groove 24 to gradually clamp the second connection portion 31.

To secure the third form 30 to other forms, the third form 30 has a third mounting wall 32. Further, the third mounting wall 32 is provided with a mounting hole 32 a. The third mounting wall 32 is fixed to the other formwork by a pin passing through the mounting hole 32 a.
In one embodiment, the mounting holes (14a, 25a, 32a) are provided on the first form 10, the second form 20, and the third form 30 at equal intervals in order to increase the fixing strength of the first form 10, the second form 20, and the third form 30 to other forms. It is to be understood that the opening positions of the mounting holes (14a, 25a, 32a) are not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the mounting holes (14a, 25a, 32a) are randomly provided on the first mounting wall 14, the second mounting wall 25, and the third mounting wall 32.
In operation, the first template 10 is coupled to the second template 20 by securing the first coupling portion 22 within the first channel 13. And the first connecting portion 22 of one second formwork 20 is fixed to the second fixing portion 23 of the other second formwork 20, so as to fix the plurality of second formworks 20. And fixing the second connecting portion 31 in the second groove 24 to connect the second template 20 and the third template 30, so as to connect the first template 10, the second template 20 and the third template 30. The first form 10, the second form 20 and the third form 30 are fixed to the other forms by pins passing through the mounting holes (14a, 25a, 32 a).
The combined aluminum template provided above is formed by forming the first grooves 13 on the first template 10 and the second grooves 24 on the second template 20. The composite aluminum formwork of claim 2, wherein the first fastening portion comprises a first plate and a second plate, the second fastening portion comprises a third plate and a fourth plate, the first plate is fastened at two ends to the first end wall and the second plate, respectively, and the third plate is fastened at two ends to the second end wall and the fourth plate, respectively.
4. The composite aluminum formwork of claim 3, wherein the second panel is parallel to the first end wall and the fourth panel is parallel to the second end wall.
5. The composite aluminum template of claim 4, wherein a vertical distance from the second plate to the first end wall is equal to a thickness of the first connection portion, and a vertical distance from the fourth plate to the second end wall is equal to a thickness of the second connection portion.
6. The composite aluminum template of claim 3, wherein the second plate is inclined in a direction away from the first end wall from a location where the first plate contacts the second plate, and the fourth plate is inclined in a direction away from the second end wall from a location where the third plate contacts the fourth plate.
7. The composite aluminum formwork of claim 2, wherein the first formwork has a first mounting wall, the second formwork has a second mounting wall, and the third formwork has a third mounting wall, the first mounting wall, the second mounting wall, and the third mounting wall being configured to connect to other formworks.
8. The composite aluminum formwork of claim 7, wherein the first, second and third mounting walls are provided with mounting holes, and the first, second and third mounting walls are connected to other formworks through the mounting holes.
9. The composite aluminum formwork of claim 8, wherein the mounting holes are equally spaced on the first mounting wall, the second mounting wall and the third mounting wall.
10. The composite aluminum formwork of claim 8, wherein the mounting holes are randomly disposed on the first mounting wall, the second mounting wall, and the third mounting wall.
