Abstract

The invention discloses an anchor interlocking type light alloy building template which is formed by transversely and longitudinally splicing one or more template main body section bars through an anchor interlocking structure, wherein the template main body section bars are formed by one-time extrusion of one or more cavities with closed peripheries through an extruder. The invention thoroughly abandons the traditional pin sheet because of adopting the mode of fastening the anchor interlocking structure and the buckle in the using and installing processes, thereby reducing the waste of consumables, saving the installing cost, and having more convenient and fast installation, more accurate positioning and higher strength. Meanwhile, the light-weight LED lamp is lighter, so that the labor intensity of workers is further reduced, the dependence on mechanical equipment is further reduced, the use is more flexible and convenient, and the installation efficiency is obviously improved.

Background
The building template is a building concrete forming mould, enables concrete to be formed according to preset structures, sizes, positions and shapes when pouring, and is an essential basic tool for modern concrete buildings.
Traditional building templates are all made of wood templates or steel templates. The wood template is not fireproof, easy to decay, not durable, not environment-friendly and serious in waste. The existing aluminum alloy templates in China all adopt prototypes invented in 1962 in the United states (hereinafter referred to as American templates), and after entering China, the overall structure is still the same although some local improvements and optimizations are performed. 1. Production of American template
The American template is formed by a plurality of procedures of extrusion, cutting, machining, punching, assembling, welding, leveling, polishing, surface treatment and the like, and has the advantages of long process line, more parts, heavy weight, high cost and low production efficiency. Meanwhile, as welding is carried out on dozens of welding points, the product has large deformation and is not ideal in flatness and winding degree.
2. Use of "American templates
The American template is designed according to different buildings when in use, then is produced and processed, has long production period, needs a large amount of pin sheets or bolts to be combined on the construction site of the buildings, is inconvenient to install and disassemble, has heavy weight, low strength, easy dust accumulation, difficult cleaning, rough products, poor accuracy and high use and maintenance cost.

After the single templates on the two sides are matched through the anchor positions, the single templates are fastened through the locking fasteners, and then large-width splicing can be achieved. The single template and the adjacent single template can be longitudinally connected through the connector section bar, and the purpose of increasing the length is achieved.

The template main body section bar 1 comprises three structures: the two sides of the template main body section bar 1 are respectively provided with an anchor position interlocking structure A4 and an anchor position interlocking structure B5 which correspond to each other, the two sides of the template main body section bar 1 are provided with anchor position interlocking structures A4 which are symmetrical to each other, and the two sides of the template main body section bar 1 are provided with anchor position interlocking structures B5 which are symmetrical to each other.
When the anchor site interlocking structure A4 that the template main body section bar 1 left side set up cooperatees with the anchor site interlocking structure B5 that the template main body section bar 1 right side set up, anchor site interlocking structure A4 agrees with anchor site interlocking structure B5 and coincide completely to realize the purpose of anchor site and interlocking.

Also comprises an end cover 10 and a longitudinal connecting section bar 9; the end cover 10 is arranged at the opening position of one end or two ends of the template main body section bar 1; the top surface of the end cover 10 is provided with an anchor interlocking structure; the anchor interlocking structures of the end covers 10 arranged at the two ends of the same template main body section bar 1 are structures which are correspondingly matched with each other; the anchor site interlocking structure arranged on the top surface of the end cover 10 and the anchor site interlocking structure arranged on the two sides of the template main body section bar 1 are respectively correspondingly matched structures.
The longitudinal connecting section bars 9 can be longitudinally connected with the adjacent template main body section bars 1 by inserting the longitudinal connecting section bars through the corresponding opening positions at one ends of the template main body section bars 1, so that the lengthening effect is achieved, and an end cover 10 is not required to be installed at the connected end during longitudinal connection.
