Although the carpet storage and cleaning device solves the problems of storage and cleaning of the carpet through the rotating scroll and the rotating brush, the carpet needs to be manually pulled by a user to be fixed through the brush and the scroll, and the carpet storage and cleaning device is inconvenient to use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide carpet quick cleaning and storing equipment which has the advantages that the function of automatically clamping a carpet is realized through a storing wheel and a cross rod, the carpet is stored by the storing wheel, and the operation steps of storing the carpet are simplified.

A carpet fast cleaning and containing device, as shown in figure 1, figure 2, figure 3 and figure 4, comprises a frame 1, the front end of the frame 1 is provided with an inlet 2 positioned at the upper side and an outlet 3 positioned at the lower side, the outlet 3 is provided with a baffle 4 for blocking dust which can be rotatably connected, the inlet 2 is provided with a first support frame 5 which can move up and down, the first support frame 5 is internally and rotatably connected with a first rotating shaft 6 and a roller 7 which is arranged on the first rotating shaft 6 and can synchronously rotate and push the carpet through a bearing, the front end of the first support frame 5 is provided with a liftable second support frame 8, the second support frame 8 is internally and rotatably connected with a second rotating shaft 9 and a cleanable brush wheel 10 which is arranged on the second rotating shaft 9 and synchronously rotates through a bearing, the outer end of the brush wheel 10 is provided with a large number of hard brushes, the lower end in the frame 1 is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft 11 and a containing wheel 12 which is arranged on the rotating shaft 11 and can roll the carpet through a bearing, the storage wheel 12 is positioned at the lower side behind the roller 7, after the carpet is pushed into the rack 1 by the storage wheel 12, the front end of the carpet falls onto the storage wheel 12, the outer side of the storage wheel 12 is provided with a plurality of cross rods 86 for fixing the carpet, the lower end of the rack 1 is provided with a first motor 15 connected with a rotating shaft 11, the top end of the rack 1 is provided with a cavity 13 and a control module 14 installed in the cavity 13, the inlet 2 is provided with a power mechanism 20 respectively connected with a first rotating shaft 6 and a second rotating shaft 9, a moving mechanism 50 is arranged between the first support frame 5 and the rack 1, a lifting mechanism 60 for driving the second support frame 8 to lift is arranged between the second support frame 8 and the first support frame 5, the inlet 2 is also provided with a feedback mechanism 70 for sensing the position of the roller 7, the rear side of the storage wheel 12 is also provided with a fixing component 90 for clamping the carpet wound on the storage wheel 12, the power mechanism 20, the first motor 15 and the moving mechanism 50, The feedback mechanism 70 and the stationary assembly 90 are both electrically connected to the control module 14.

As shown in fig. 4, the transmission assembly 30 includes a first pulley 31 disposed on the first rotating shaft 6 and rotating synchronously, a transmission shaft 32 disposed at the front end of the first support frame 5 and connected to the first support frame through a bearing, the transmission shaft 32 includes a second pulley 33 and a first clutch gear 35 rotating synchronously, a first transmission belt 34 is sleeved on the outer end of the first pulley 31, the front end of the first transmission belt 34 is sleeved on the outer end of the second pulley 33, an auxiliary shaft 36 is disposed at the rear end of the second support frame 8 and connected to the second support frame through a bearing, a second clutch gear 37 and a third pulley 38 rotating synchronously are disposed on the auxiliary shaft 36, a fourth pulley 39 rotating synchronously is disposed on the second rotating shaft 9, a second transmission belt 40 is sleeved on the outer end of the third pulley 38, the lower end of the second transmission belt 40 is sleeved on the outer end of the fourth pulley 39, and when the second support frame 8 is in a descending state, the first clutch gear 35 is engaged with the.
As shown in fig. 4, the moving mechanism 50 includes a main shaft 51 rotatably connected to the inside of the frame 1 through a bearing, two ends of the main shaft 51 are respectively provided with a gear 53, two sides of the rear end of the first support frame 5 are respectively provided with a mounting groove 54 and a rack 55 fixedly arranged in the mounting groove 54 and engaged with the gear 53, the top end of the main shaft 51 is connected with a second motor 56, and the second motor 56 is electrically connected to the control module 14.
As shown in fig. 5, the front end of the first support frame 5 is provided with an empty slot 61, the lifting mechanism 60 includes a holding electromagnet 62 disposed in the empty slot 61, the holding electromagnet 62 is electrically connected to the control module 14, the front end of the holding electromagnet 62 is provided with a push plate 63, the rear end of the second support frame 8 is provided with a connecting frame 64 extending into the empty slot 61, the rear end of the connecting frame 64 is in contact with the push plate 63, contact surfaces of the connecting frame 64 and the push plate 63 are inclined surfaces, two ends of the empty slot 61 are respectively provided with a limit slot 65, two ends of the connecting frame 64 are respectively provided with a limit plate 66 and extend into the limit slot 65, and the limit plate 66 and the limit slot 65 are connected in a sliding manner.
As shown in fig. 2, a straight groove 71 located at the lower end of the roller 7 is arranged at the lower end of the inlet 2, the feedback mechanism 70 comprises a pressure plate 72 slidably arranged in the straight groove 71, a plurality of return springs 73 are arranged between the lower end of the pressure plate 72 and the inner wall of the straight groove 71, a pressure groove 74 and a pressure sensor 75 installed in the pressure groove 74 are arranged in the middle of the straight groove 71, the pressure sensor 75 is electrically connected with the control module 14, when the roller 7 moves downwards to the lowest point of the self-lifting stroke, the lower side of the roller 7 is in contact with the upper end of the pressure plate 72, and the lower end of the pressure plate 72 presses the pressure sensor 75.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the two ends of the inner wall of the frame 1 are respectively provided with a fixing groove 83 and a fixing frame 84 embedded in the fixing groove 83, the two ends of the rotating shaft 11 are rotatably disposed in the fixing frame 84 through bearings, the two ends of the receiving wheel 12 are respectively provided with connecting grooves 85 corresponding to the number of the cross bars 86, and the two ends of the cross bars 86 extend into the connecting grooves 85 and are provided with connecting blocks 87.
As shown in fig. 6, a sliding groove 91 is provided in the fixing frame 84, the fixing assembly 90 includes a moving frame 92 slidably disposed in the sliding groove 91, a fixing plate 93 located outside the accommodating wheel 12 is provided at an inner end of the moving frame 92, a ball nut 94 extending into the fixing groove 83 is provided at an outer end of the moving frame 92, a screw 96 rotatably connected to the ball nut 94 through a bearing is provided on the fixing frame 84, a third motor 95 for driving the screw 96 to rotate is provided at a top end of the screw 96, and the third motor 95 is electrically connected to the control module 14.

When a carpet needs to be stored, the starting motor 22 drives the roller 7 to rotate anticlockwise, the holding electromagnet 62 is started to drive the push plate 63 to move forwards, the push plate 63 drives the second support frame 8 to ascend, the first clutch gear 35 is separated from the third belt wheel 38 at the moment, the brush wheel 10 is positioned on the upper side of the roller 7, the first motor 15 is started to drive the storage wheel 12 to rotate anticlockwise, the carpet to be stored is placed on the lower side of the roller 7, the second motor 56 is driven to drive the first support frame 5 to move downwards, after the roller 7 moving downwards along with the first support frame 5 contacts the carpet, the carpet is pushed into the rack 1 under the mutual friction force, the front end of the carpet falls onto the upper side of the storage wheel 12 under the action of gravity and inertia, under the anticlockwise rotation motion of the storage wheel 12, the front end of the carpet enters a gap between the storage wheel 12 and the cross rod 86, and before the carpet is separated from the gap between the storage wheel 12 and the cross rod 86, the front end of the carpet is dragged to the front side of the storage wheel 12, at this time, the front end of the carpet is clamped between the storage wheel 12 and the cross bar 86 and cannot be separated, so that the purpose that the carpet is wound on the storage wheel 12 can be achieved, after the carpet completely enters the rack 1, the roller 7 continuously moves downwards and is in contact with the pressing plate 72, the roller 7 pushes the pressing plate 72 to move downwards to enable the lower end of the pressing plate 72 to be in contact with the upper end of the pressure sensor 75, the pressure sensor 75 sends an electric signal to the control module 14 after receiving pressure, the control module 14 stops the operation of the motor 22 and the second motor 56, meanwhile, the third motor 95 is started to drive the screw 96 to push the fixing plate 93 to carry the fixing plate 93 to move forwards until the front end of the fixing plate 93 is in close contact with the carpet wound on the storage wheel 12, and the fixing plate 93 fixes the carpet on the storage wheel 12.
When it is necessary to clean the upper surface of the carpet while storing the carpet, the holding electromagnet 62 is not activated based on the operation of storing the carpet, the first clutch gear 35 is engaged with the third pulley 38, the lowest point of the brush wheel 10 is located at the lower side of the roller 7, and when the motor 22 is activated, the brush wheel 10 is driven to rotate clockwise by the combination of the belt drive and the gear drive, the lower end of the brush wheel 10 contacts with the upper surface of the carpet moving and removes dust and impurities on the upper surface.
When the carpet stored on the storage wheel 12 needs to be taken out, the baffle 4 is opened by rotating towards the front side, the third motor 95 is started to drive the fixing plate 93 to be separated from the carpet, and the carpet can be taken down from the storage wheel 12 by pulling the outer end of the carpet.
