Firstly, mixing the Dow AC-261C polyacrylic emulsion, the Nantong Shengda chemical Limited SD-588 nano styrene-acrylic emulsion and the Shenzhen Jitian chemical F0310 terpene emulsion to obtain a polymer emulsion, and then mixing the polymer emulsion with the polymer emulsionAdding into a stirrer, and adding Escore of Exxon MobilTM5600 tackifying resin is dissolved by twice of its own weight of ethyl acrylate and then added into a stirrer, and then a wetting agent, a leveling agent, an antistatic agent and 0.3 part of a defoaming agent are added into the stirrer and stirred for 10min in a dark place at a speed of 80 r/min; and adding alumina into the stirrer, stirring in the dark at the speed of 150r/min for 30min, adding the rest 0.2 part of defoaming agent, and stirring in the dark at the speed of 80r/min for 10min to prepare the environment-friendly floor glue for bonding the PVC floor.

Mixing the Dow AC-261C polyacrylic emulsion, the Nantong Shengda chemical industry Limited SD-588 nano styrene-acrylic emulsion and the Shenzhen Jitian chemical F0310 terpene emulsion to obtain a polymer emulsion, adding the polymer emulsion into a stirrer, and then adding Escore of Exxon MobilTM5600 tackifying resin is dissolved by twice of its own weight of ethyl acrylate and then added into a stirrer, and then a wetting agent, a leveling agent, an antistatic agent and 0.3 part of a defoaming agent are added into the stirrer and stirred for 10min in a dark place at a speed of 75 r/min; and adding aluminum oxide into the stirrer, stirring for 30min in the dark at the speed of 150r/min, adding the rest 0.2 part of defoaming agent, and stirring for 10min in the dark at the speed of 75r/min to prepare the environment-friendly floor glue for bonding the PVC floor.

In the embodiment 1, alumina is used as a filler, in the embodiment 2, light calcium carbonate is used as a filler, and the bonding strength of the floor glue in the embodiment 2 is higher than that of the floor glue in the embodiment 1, as shown in the embodiments 1 and 2, the filler can effectively improve the bonding strength of a system, and the improvement of the bonding strength of the light calcium carbonate to the system is higher than that of the alumina.
Example 2 uses 30 parts of polyacrylic acid emulsion, 40 parts of nano styrene-acrylic emulsion and 30 parts of terpene emulsion, example 3 uses 20 parts of polyacrylic acid emulsion, 40 parts of nano styrene-acrylic emulsion and 40 parts of terpene emulsion, and example 4 uses 20 parts of polyacrylic acid emulsion, 50 parts of nano styrene-acrylic emulsion and 30 parts of terpene emulsion, the tensile bond strength of the floor glue of example 4 is obviously higher than that of examples 2 and 3, and as shown in examples 2, 3 and 4, the nano styrene-acrylic emulsion has positive significance for improving the tensile bond strength of the system and is better than that of the terpene emulsion.
In example 4, no tackifier is added, in example 5, 5 parts of cellulose ether is added, in example 6, 5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol is added, in example 7, 5 parts of tackifier resin is added, in example 8, 2 parts of tackifier resin is added, in example 5, 30min initial adhesion of the floor glue prepared in example 5 is better than that of example 4, in example 6, 30min initial adhesion of the floor glue prepared in example 6 is better than that of examples 4 and 5, in example 7, tensile bonding strength, peeling strength and initial adhesion of the floor glue prepared in example 4 are higher than those of the floor glue prepared in example 8, as shown in examples 4-8, the tackifier can reduce interfacial tension between an adhesive system and a bonded surface, increase initial adhesion and peeling strength of the adhesive system, and polyvinyl alcohol has a positive effect on 30min initial adhesion, and is better than the cellulose ether, and the tackifier resin has effects on tensile bonding strength, peeling strength, and the like, The peel strength and the initial adhesion have positive significance.
In conclusion, the environment-friendly adhesive for bonding the PVC floor has the advantages of good initial adhesion, high tensile bonding strength, complete standard-meeting peel strength and few volatile solvents, and can be used as a green and environment-friendly adhesive product for bonding the PVC floor and a cement-based product.
Effects and effects of the embodiments
According to the environment-friendly floor glue for bonding PVC floors, an adhesive system has excellent bonding strength through polymer emulsion, and the viscosity of the polymer emulsion type adhesive can be controlled by adjusting the type and number of monomers of the system. The auxiliary agent used in the embodiment can obviously improve the dispersibility and the leveling property of the coating system, and can obviously reduce the bubbles of the coating so as to ensure that the adhesive system fully wets the bonding base material, and the adhesive system with excellent bonding property can be obtained after curing.
Further, the adhesion promoter can reduce the interfacial tension between the matrix polymer and the adhered surface and increase the peeling strength and initial adhesion of the adhesive. The tackifier is any one of tackifying resin, cellulose ether and polyvinyl alcohol, and the tackifying resin has low molecular polarity, small molecular weight and high glass transition temperature, so that the interfacial tension between the adhesive and the ground is reduced, and the peeling strength and initial adhesion of the adhesive can be effectively enhanced; the cellulose ether can be combined with water to form a lubricating film, so that the wettability of the adhesive on the cement-based surface is further improved, the interface attachment is improved, and the bonding effect is improved; the polyvinyl alcohol with low polymerization degree has the polymerization degree of 2.5-3 ten thousand, has the characteristics of large polymerization degree and uniform dispersion after being dissolved in water, and according to the relation between the polymer and the viscosity, the higher the polymerization degree and the alcoholysis degree of the polymer, the stronger the bonding strength, the better the solvent resistance, and the higher the film strength after film forming, so that the viscosity of the aqueous solution of the polyvinyl alcohol after being dissolved in water is very high, and meanwhile, the polyvinyl alcohol can be uniformly dispersed after being dissolved in water, so that the polyvinyl alcohol is well dispersed in the system, and has no sedimentation and agglomeration phenomena, therefore, the strength and the solvent resistance after the polyvinyl alcohol film forming are excellent, so that the adhesive system also has excellent solvent resistance, and the volume shrinkage of the adhesive system after being cured can be reduced.
The environment-friendly floor glue for bonding PVC floors provided by the embodiment has the advantages that all components have synergistic effect, the product is good in initial adhesion, high in tensile bonding strength and few in volatile solvent, and the problems of low initial adhesion, low bonding strength, poor adhesion force to PVC floors and the like of emulsion type PVC floor glue are practically solved. In addition, the main base material of the product is emulsion resin which contains little volatile solvent, thereby being green and environment-friendly. In addition, the production process of the product is simple and only needs to stir under a closed condition, and a special chemical synthesis process is not needed.

1. The environment-friendly floor glue for bonding the PVC floor is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
50-120 parts of polymer emulsion, 0-8 parts of tackifier, 5-30 parts of filler, 1-2 parts of wetting agent, 1-2 parts of flatting agent, 1-2 parts of defoaming agent and 1-2 parts of antistatic agent,
wherein the polymer emulsion is any one or more of polyacrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion or terpene emulsion,
the tackifier is any one of tackifying resin, cellulose ether or polyvinyl alcohol,
the filler is any one or more of alumina, quartz powder, heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, talcum powder or mica powder.
2. The environment-friendly floor glue for bonding PVC floor according to claim 1, wherein:
wherein the polyacrylic acid emulsion is any one or more of Dow chemical AC-261C, Achima Encor187 or Wack SAF 9000/9001, the solid content of the polyacrylic acid emulsion is 40-80%,
the styrene-acrylic emulsion is any one or more of south China Union Soro-S-01 styrene-acrylic emulsion, south China Union Soro-SD-800 modified styrene-acrylic emulsion or south China Union Soro-SD-588 nano styrene-acrylic emulsion, the solid content of the styrene-acrylic emulsion is 40-70 percent,
the terpene emulsion is Shenzhen Jitian chemical F0310 and/or Shandong Wangsheng new material WS.
3. The environment-friendly floor glue for bonding PVC floor according to claim 1, wherein:
the particle size of the alumina is 1-5 μm, the particle size of the quartz powder is 1-3 μm, the particle size of the heavy calcium carbonate is 1-5 μm, the particle size of the light calcium carbonate is 1-5 μm, the particle size of the talcum powder is 1-5 μm, and the particle size of the mica powder is 5-10 μm.

7. The preparation method of the environment-friendly floor glue for bonding the PVC floor is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, weighing various raw materials according to weight proportion;
step 2, dissolving the weighed tackifier for later use;
step 3, adding the weighed polymer emulsion into a stirrer, then adding the dissolved tackifier into the stirrer,
step 4, adding the weighed wetting agent, leveling agent, antistatic agent and part of defoaming agent into the stirrer, stirring for a period of time at the speed of 50-100r/min,
step 5, adding the weighed filler into the stirrer, stirring for a period of time at the speed of 100-200r/min, adding the rest defoaming agent, stirring for a period of time at the speed of 50-100r/min, preparing the environment-friendly floor glue for bonding the PVC floor,
