The working principle is as follows: when the sludge conveying device capable of primary filtration is used, firstly, sludge is discharged into the feeding box 1 from the first feeding hole 2 at the top of the right side of the feeding box 1 through a sewage suction pipe, then the sludge slides to the second feeding hole 4 at the left side through the inclined guide plate 3 and falls to the bottom of the feeding box 1, when sludge is attached to the surface of the guide plate 3, the first motor 501 at the top of the right side of the feeding box 1 is opened to drive the first screw rod 502 to rotate clockwise, the movable block 503 in threaded connection with the first screw rod 502 descends, the movable block 503 descends and drives the connecting rod 504 and the cross rod 505 to descend, meanwhile, the movable rod 507 on the cross rod 505 is abutted against the movable rod 507 under the elastic force of the spring 506 inside the cross rod 505, the scraper 508 at the outer side of the movable rod 507 abuts against the surface of the guide plate 3 to scrape, the sludge attached to the second feeding hole 4 at the left side is scraped, then the first screw rod 502 rotates anticlockwise to drive the movable block, the movable block 503 ascends to drive the connecting rod 504 and the cross rod 505 to ascend simultaneously, so that the movable rod 507 and the scraper 508 on the cross rod 505 are reset, then the second motor 6 at the bottom of the left side of the feeding box 1 is opened to drive the packing auger 7 to rotate to feed sludge, the sludge uniformly falls on the filter plate 9 inside the third feeding port 8 to filter out larger broken stones, then the vibrator 10 at the bottom of the filter plate 9 is opened to drive the filter plate 9 to vibrate to accelerate the sludge to pass through the filter plate 9, meanwhile, the larger broken stones in the sludge are made to slide to the first discharging port 11 to be discharged in the vibrating process, when the sludge falls on the conveyor belt 14 inside the transmission box 12, the third motor 13 outside the transmission box 12 is opened to drive the conveyor belt 14 to transmit the sludge, the sludge is discharged from the second discharging port 18 at the right side of the transmission box 12 to collect the sludge, and simultaneously, the hot air blower 22 at the top of the outer side of the transmission box 12 is opened to generate hot air to transmit the hot air to The air outlet 2 of the sludge drying device is used for hot blowing to sludge to reduce moisture in the sludge, part of the sludge is collapsed and scattered to the two ends of the conveyor belt 14 and falls to the inner bottom of the conveyor box 12 in the sludge conveying process of the conveyor belt 14, the collapsed and scattered sludge is made to slide to the middle point of the bottom of the conveyor box 12 under the action of the inclined partition plate 25, then the fourth motor 15 in the conveyor box 12 is started to drive the second screw rod 16 to rotate, the movable plate 17 in threaded connection with the left side of the second screw rod 16 is made to move to the right side, the collapsed and scattered sludge is pushed to the second discharge hole 18 to be discharged, the collapsed and scattered sludge is convenient to collect, when the surface of the conveyor belt 14 needs to be cleaned after work is finished, the electric telescopic rod 21 at the top of the inner side of the conveyor box 12 is opened to extend to drive the mounting plate 20 to rotate at the top of the conveyor box 12, the other end of the mounting plate 20 is attached, cleaning of the conveyor belt 14 is facilitated and this completes the entire operation and is not described in detail herein and is well within the skill of those in the art.
