本发明涉及多层复合微孔材料技术领域,具体为一种新型白色家电用多层复合微孔材料。
背景技术
家电不仅仅是一个被罩着金属壳的机器,它更是我们生活、家,甚至记忆的一部分。我们在乎家电对生活质量带来的改变,更在乎它外观形态下对我们生活以及记忆的影响。有时候,我们甚至愿意为了一款自己中意的金属拉丝质感双开门冰箱而改变自己家中的装修布局。在多数人心中,家电丰富多彩的外观成了自己独特性格与品位的物化表现。目前市场上厂家对于家电功能的宣传很多,但其实并没有什么太大的差异,现在对家电的选择标准主要集中在是否能够更好地搭配家居的外观。聚丙烯(PP)是一种半结晶性的热塑性树脂,通常为半透明无色固体,无臭无毒。由于具有良好的力学性能、良好的热稳定性以及优异的成型加工性能和相对低廉的价格等特点,被广泛应用于汽车、家电、电子电气等领域。
现有白色家电用材料不能满足现在家电产品对外观材料的需求,且成本高;因此,不满足现有的需求,对此我们提出了一种新型白色家电用多层复合微孔材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型白色家电用多层复合微孔材料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有白色家电用材料不能满足现在家电产品对外观材料的需求,且成本高的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型白色家电用多层复合微孔材料,包括多层复合微孔材料基层,所述多层复合微孔材料基层的上表面和下表面均设置有聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂层,所述多层复合微孔材料基层的上方设置有第一改性丙烯酸涂层,所述第一改性丙烯酸涂层的上表面设置有第一聚氨酯类印刷层,所述多层复合微孔材料基层的下方设置有第二改性丙烯酸涂层,所述第二改性丙烯酸涂层的下表面设置有第二聚氨酯类印刷层,所述多层复合微孔材料基层包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层和聚苯乙烯保温层。
优选的,所述聚苯乙烯保温层设置在多层复合微孔材料基层的中间位置处,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层位于聚苯乙烯保温层的上表面和下表面。
优选的,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层和聚苯乙烯保温层的内部均设置有微米级PP微孔,微米级PP微孔设置有若干个,且孔径为1-50微米。
优选的,由物理发泡工艺复合而成的所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层和聚苯乙烯保温层,发泡剂为二氧化碳、氮气或添加发泡微球。
优选的,所述第一改性丙烯酸涂层和第二改性丙烯酸涂层分别设置在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂层的上表面和下表面,所述第一改性丙烯酸涂层和第二改性丙烯酸涂层选用两种丙烯酸乳液与乙醇、水混合,通过高压喷涂的方式设置在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂层的外壁上,且涂布克重为0.02至0.1g/㎡制成。
优选的,所述第一聚氨酯类印刷层和第二聚氨酯类印刷层采用聚氨酯类耐高温染料油墨,且油墨选用白色聚酯层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过采用多层材料挤出发泡—物理发泡工艺将乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层和聚苯乙烯保温层采用物理发泡工艺复合而成多层复合微孔材料基层,共挤发泡时采用二氧化碳、氮气或添加发泡微球为发泡剂,以蒙脱土或纳米碳酸钙为成核剂,便于形成更加细密的泡孔结构,并且通过多层共挤发泡工艺,制成多层复合结构的微孔材料,泡孔为1-50微米,可以提升产品的物理性能,改善内部分子应力、增强增韧、隔热保温、吸能缓冲、吸声降噪等特性,与未添加改性的聚乙烯相比较,熔体强度大大增加,且微孔的泡孔更加细密,同时达到轻量化、节省成本的效果。
2、通过设置聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂层,其是一种耐候性和抗老化性优异的高分子材料,在多层复合微孔材料基层上共层,就可使多层复合微孔材料基层具有良好的耐候性、耐老化性、耐腐蚀性和耐化学环境污染能力,达到了改变除发泡层外其他层的材料,可以制成不同特性的外表皮,可以起到耐腐蚀、抗老化等效果。
3、通过设置聚氨酯类印刷层,采用聚氨酯类耐高温染料油墨,同时根据不同的需求,添加相应的色母进行调色,可以制成高亮或不同颜色的材料,此材料可以通过吸塑等工艺制成不同白色家电用结构件或外壳,如冰箱门和内胆、冰箱和空调外壳等。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种新型白色家电用多层复合微孔材料,包括多层复合微孔材料基层1,多层复合微孔材料基层1的上表面和下表面均设置有聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂层4,多层复合微孔材料基层1的上方设置有第一改性丙烯酸涂层5,第一改性丙烯酸涂层5的上表面设置有第一聚氨酯类印刷层6,多层复合微孔材料基层1的下方设置有第二改性丙烯酸涂层8,第二改性丙烯酸涂层8的下表面设置有第二聚氨酯类印刷层9,多层复合微孔材料基层1包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层2和聚苯乙烯保温层3。
进一步,聚苯乙烯保温层3设置在多层复合微孔材料基层1的中间位置处,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层2位于聚苯乙烯保温层3的上表面和下表面,聚苯乙烯保温层3,将聚苯乙烯与发泡剂共混得到的共混物使保温层具有一定的弹性和柔性,与外部的防护层结合牢固不易脱层,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层2起到了良好的防护作用,且由于厚度为0.5mm至0.9mm,较节约成本。
进一步,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层2和聚苯乙烯保温层3的内部均设置有微米级PP微孔7,微米级PP微孔7设置有若干个,且孔径为1-50微米,泡孔为1-50微米,改善内部分子应力、增强增韧、隔热保温、吸能缓冲、吸声降噪等特性,与未添加改性的聚乙烯相比较,熔体强度大大增加,且微孔的泡孔更加细密,同时达到轻量化、节省成本的效果。
进一步,由物理发泡工艺复合而成的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层2和聚苯乙烯保温层3,发泡剂为二氧化碳、氮气或添加发泡微球,采用多层材料挤出发泡—物理发泡工艺将乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层2和聚苯乙烯保温层3采用物理发泡工艺复合而成多层复合微孔材料基层1,共挤发泡时采用二氧化碳、氮气或添加发泡微球为发泡剂,以蒙脱土或纳米碳酸钙为成核剂,便于形成更加细密的泡孔结构,并且通过多层共挤发泡工艺,制成多层复合结构的微孔材料,提升了产品的物理性能。
进一步,第一改性丙烯酸涂层5和第二改性丙烯酸涂层8分别设置在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂层4的上表面和下表面,第一改性丙烯酸涂层5和第二改性丙烯酸涂层8选用两种丙烯酸乳液与乙醇、水混合,通过高压喷涂的方式设置在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂层4的外壁上,且涂布克重为0.02至0.1g/㎡制成,第一改性丙烯酸涂层5和第二改性丙烯酸涂层8将多层材料与基层制成微孔复合材料,避免使用溶剂胶水,环保安全,提高成品率,由于不像胶水那样需要48-72小时的熟化,故生产效率也提高了很多。
进一步,第一聚氨酯类印刷层6和第二聚氨酯类印刷层9采用聚氨酯类耐高温染料油墨,且油墨选用白色聚酯层,聚氨酯类印刷层9采用聚氨酯类耐高温染料油墨,同时根据不同的需求,添加相应的色母进行调色,可以制成高亮或不同颜色的材料,此材料可以通过吸塑等工艺制成不同白色家电用结构件或外壳。
工作原理:使用时,多层复合微孔材料基层1采用多层材料挤出发泡—物理发泡工艺将乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层2和聚苯乙烯保温层3采用物理发泡工艺复合而成多层复合微孔材料基层1,共挤发泡时采用二氧化碳、氮气或添加发泡微球为发泡剂,以蒙脱土或纳米碳酸钙为成核剂,便于形成更加细密的泡孔结构,泡孔为1-50微米,可以提升产品的物理性能,改善内部分子应力、增强增韧、隔热保温、吸能缓冲、吸声降噪等特性,与未添加改性的聚乙烯相比较,熔体强度大大增加,且微孔的泡孔更加细密,同时达到轻量化、节省成本的效果,通过设置聚氨酯类印刷层,采用聚氨酯类耐高温染料油墨,同时根据不同的需求,添加相应的色母进行调色,可以制成高亮或不同颜色的材料,此材料可以通过吸塑等工艺制成不同白色家电用结构件或外壳,如冰箱门和内胆、冰箱和空调外壳等,通过设置聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂层4,其是一种耐候性和抗老化性优异的高分子材料,在多层复合微孔材料基层1上共层,就可使多层复合微孔材料基层1具有良好的耐候性、耐老化性、耐腐蚀性和耐化学环境污染能力,达到了改变除发泡层外其他层的材料,可以制成不同特性的外表皮,可以起到耐腐蚀、抗老化等效果。

Claims (6)

1.一种新型白色家电用多层复合微孔材料,包括多层复合微孔材料基层(1),其特征在于:所述多层复合微孔材料基层(1)的上表面和下表面均设置有聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂层(4),所述多层复合微孔材料基层(1)的上方设置有第一改性丙烯酸涂层(5),所述第一改性丙烯酸涂层(5)的上表面设置有第一聚氨酯类印刷层(6),所述多层复合微孔材料基层(1)的下方设置有第二改性丙烯酸涂层(8),所述第二改性丙烯酸涂层(8)的下表面设置有第二聚氨酯类印刷层(9),所述多层复合微孔材料基层(1)包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层(2)和聚苯乙烯保温层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型白色家电用多层复合微孔材料,其特征在于:所述聚苯乙烯保温层(3)设置在多层复合微孔材料基层(1)的中间位置处,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层(2)位于聚苯乙烯保温层(3)的上表面和下表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型白色家电用多层复合微孔材料,其特征在于:所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层(2)和聚苯乙烯保温层(3)的内部均设置有微米级PP微孔(7),微米级PP微孔(7)设置有若干个,且孔径为1-50微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型白色家电用多层复合微孔材料,其特征在于:由物理发泡工艺复合而成的所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物防护层(2)和聚苯乙烯保温层(3),发泡剂为二氧化碳、氮气或添加发泡微球。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型白色家电用多层复合微孔材料,其特征在于:所述第一改性丙烯酸涂层(5)和第二改性丙烯酸涂层(8)分别设置在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂层(4)的上表面和下表面,所述第一改性丙烯酸涂层(5)和第二改性丙烯酸涂层(8)选用两种丙烯酸乳液与乙醇、水混合,通过高压喷涂的方式设置在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂层(4)的外壁上,且涂布克重为0.02至0.1g/㎡制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型白色家电用多层复合微孔材料,其特征在于:所述第一聚氨酯类印刷层(6)和第二聚氨酯类印刷层(9)采用聚氨酯类耐高温染料油墨,且油墨选用白色聚酯层。
