The working principle is as follows: when the pre-batching stirring device for mud is used, firstly, a power supply is connected, then the material conveyor 2 drives the material to move to the upper part of the filtering mechanism 4, then the filter plate 404 filters the material conveyed by the material conveyor 2, so that the agglomerated material can be blocked above the filter plate 404, meanwhile, the electric telescopic rod 402 drives the baffle 403 to push the agglomerated material into the waste material box 502 for storage, the material filtered by the filter plate 404 falls into the sieving box 501 to be secondarily filtered by the sieving holes 506, meanwhile, the hydraulic cylinder 504 drives the sieving box 501 to shake left and right through the fixing frame 503, so that the sieving holes 506 are prevented from being blocked by the material, next, the material filtered by the sieving holes 506 falls into the stirring box 601, meanwhile, water in the water tank 701 enters the stirring box 601 through the water inlet pipe 702 under the action of the liquid pump 704, then the motor 603 drives the stirring rod 609 through the rotating rod 607 to stir the material and the water in the stirring box 601 so as to mix the material and the water, the mud scraper 608 can prevent mud from condensing on the inner wall of the stirring tank 601, the weighing sensor 602 can detect the weight of the material entering the stirring tank 601 in real time, when the weighing sensor 602 detects that the weight of the material reaches a set value, the weighing sensor 602 will transmit the detected information to the controller 9, the controller 9 will control the buzzer to send out a sound to prompt the operator to stop feeding the material to the material conveyor 2, the controller 9 will turn off the liquid pump 704, after the stirring and mixing are completed, the user can start the suction pump 605, the suction pump 605 will draw the mud in the stirring tank 601 through the suction pipe 604 and then discharge the mud to a specific working area through the discharge pipe 606, on the other hand, the dust generated in the processing of the filtering mechanism 4 and the screening mechanism 5 can be sucked by the dust suction head 807 on the left side of the dust suction tank 806 and discharged into the interior of the filtering tank 802 through the dust suction pipe 804 for storage, the dust in the filter box 802 is then filtered by the filter screen 803 so as to prevent the dust from polluting the environment, which completes the whole work and is not described in detail in the present specification, which is well known to those skilled in the art.
