Abstract
The invention discloses a production process of a step-shaped metal cup, which comprises the following steps: 1) drawing an aluminum coil material into a cylindrical preform cup, the preform cup being drawn at least once to form a cylindrical base cup; 2) and at least one time of stamping and stretching to stamp out the cup-shaped steps, and at least one time of extruding to expand the cup-shaped steps to obtain the step-shaped cup. The production process has the characteristics of larger printing surface, good pattern continuity, water resource saving and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of metal cups. More particularly, the invention relates to a production process of a step-shaped metal cup.
Background
At present, beverage container in the market is mostly easy open can and plastic bottle, and the two all has the less problem of oral area, and the oral area of the two is not big as the cup oral area, drinks and experiences not like the cup. Glasses such as glasses and ceramic cups have large mouth parts and sufficient strength, but glasses and ceramic cups have large weight, are not easy to carry at home and are not suitable for mass production and transportation. Disposable paper cups, plastic cups and the like also have larger mouth parts, but are light in weight, but are not strong enough and are not easy to carry. Therefore, the production of a metal cup which has a large mouth, sufficient strength and is easy to carry has a very wide market significance.

An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and/or disadvantages and to provide at least the advantages described hereinafter.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a process for producing a metal cup, which has a simple process route and is easy to operate, and the produced cup can enlarge the mouth and enhance the drinking experience.
To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, a process for producing a stepped metal cup is provided, which comprises the steps of:
1) drawing an aluminum coil material into a cylindrical preform cup, the preform cup being drawn at least once to form a cylindrical base cup;
2) and at least one time of stamping and stretching to stamp out the cup-shaped steps, and at least one time of extruding to expand the cup-shaped steps to obtain the step-shaped cup.
Preferably, when the aluminum coil material is a film-free aluminum coil, in the step 1), the basic cup is obtained by stamping and stretching, and the basic cup is subjected to bottom forming, trimming, cleaning, printing, priming coating, internal spraying and then the step 2) is carried out. The process is to print and then process the steps, and compared with the mode of processing the steps first and then printing, the process has the advantages of larger printing surface, good pattern continuity and better printing appearance effect.
Preferably, in the step 2), after the step is expanded, the step is curled and washed to obtain the step-shaped cup.
Preferably, when the aluminum coil material is a film-coated aluminum coil, in the step 1), stamping and stretching are carried out to obtain the basic cup, the step 2) is carried out after the basic cup is trimmed, and bottom forming, drying, printing, curling and washing are carried out after the step is expanded to obtain the step-shaped cup. The process has the advantages that the lubricating oil capable of evaporating at high temperature is adopted, drying is carried out after the tank bottom is formed, and printing is carried out after the lubricating oil on the surface of the cup is removed. Compared with the cleaning process, a large amount of water resources and sewage treatment cost are saved.
Preferably, when the aluminum coil material is a film-free aluminum coil, thinning and stretching are carried out in the step 1) to obtain a basic cup, and the basic cup is subjected to trimming, cleaning, color printing, priming coating and internal spraying and then subjected to the operation of the step 2); and in the step 2), after the step is expanded, curling and drying are carried out to obtain the step-shaped cup. The process has the advantages that after the inner spraying, the lubricating oil which can be evaporated at high temperature is sprayed inside and outside the cup, the cup is punched and expanded, and finally dried, so that compared with a cleaning process, a large amount of water resources and sewage treatment cost are saved.
The invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
the cup has the characteristics of simple process route, easiness in operation and the like, and the prepared cup has a larger mouth part and stronger structural strength, is convenient to drink, has strong drinking experience, is lighter in weight, and is convenient to transport and carry.
Secondly, when the film-free aluminum roll is used as a material, the basic cup is subjected to bottom forming, trimming, cleaning, printing and priming coating, and the step 2) is carried out after internal spraying, so that the printing process route has the advantages of larger printing surface, good pattern continuity and better printing appearance effect
And thirdly, when the film-coated aluminum coil is used as a material, the step 2) is carried out after the base cup is trimmed, and bottom forming, drying, printing, edge curling and washing are carried out after the step is expanded. The process has the advantages that the lubricating oil capable of evaporating at high temperature is adopted, drying is carried out after the tank bottom is formed, the lubricating oil on the surface of the cup is removed, and then printing is carried out, so that compared with a cleaning process, a large amount of water resources and sewage treatment cost are saved.
Fourthly, when the aluminum coil material is a film-free aluminum coil, the basic cup is subjected to trimming, cleaning, color printing, priming coating and internal spraying and then subjected to the operation of the step 2); and in the step 2), after the step is expanded, curling and drying are carried out. The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention by referring to the description text.

Example 1
A production process of a step-shaped metal cup comprises the following steps:
1) drawing an aluminum coil material into a cylindrical preform cup, the preform cup being drawn at least once to form a cylindrical base cup;
2) at least one punching and stretching to punch out the cup-shaped steps, and at least one pressing to expand the cup-shaped steps to obtain the step-shaped cup, as shown in figure 1.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, a production process of a stepped metal cup comprises the following steps:
1) stretching a film-free aluminum coil material into a cylindrical prefabricated cup, performing at least one-time stamping and stretching on the prefabricated cup to form a cylindrical basic cup, and performing bottom forming, trimming, cleaning, printing, priming and internal spraying on the basic cup;
2) and (3) punching and stretching at least once after the basic cup-shaped inner spray to punch the steps of the cup-shaped inner spray, and extruding at least once to expand the steps of the cup-shaped inner spray to obtain the step-shaped cup, as shown in figure 1.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 2, a production process of a stepped metal cup comprises the following steps:
1) stretching a film-free aluminum coil material into a cylindrical prefabricated cup, performing at least one-time stamping and stretching on the prefabricated cup to form a cylindrical basic cup, and performing bottom forming, trimming, cleaning, printing, priming and internal spraying on the basic cup;
2) and (3) punching and stretching at least once after the basic cup-shaped inner spray to punch the cup-shaped steps, extruding at least once to expand the cup-shaped steps, and curling and washing the expanded steps to obtain the step-shaped cup, as shown in figure 1.

Example 4
As shown in fig. 3, a production process of a stepped metal cup comprises the following steps:
1) stretching the film-coated aluminum coil material into a cylindrical prefabricated cup, performing at least one-time stamping and stretching on the prefabricated cup to form a cylindrical basic cup, and trimming the basic cup shape;
2) after trimming the basic cup shape, at least one time of stamping and stretching to stamp out the step of the cup shape, at least one time of extruding to expand the step of the cup shape, and after the step is expanded, performing bottom forming, drying, printing, curling and washing to obtain the step-shaped cup, as shown in figure 1.
The process has the advantages that the lubricating oil capable of evaporating at high temperature is adopted, drying is carried out after the tank bottom is formed, the lubricating oil on the surface of the cup is removed, and then printing is carried out. Compared with the cleaning process, a large amount of water resources and sewage treatment cost are saved.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 4, a production process of a stepped metal cup comprises the following steps:
1) stretching a film-free aluminum coil material into a cylindrical prefabricated cup, thinning and stretching the prefabricated cup at least once to form a cylindrical basic cup, and trimming, cleaning, color printing, priming and internally spraying the basic cup;
2) and (3) stamping and stretching at least once to stamp out the cup-shaped steps, extruding at least once to expand the cup-shaped steps, curling and drying after the steps are expanded, and obtaining the step-shaped cup as shown in figure 1.
The process has the advantages that after the inner spraying, the lubricating oil which can be evaporated at high temperature is sprayed inside and outside the cup, the cup is punched and expanded, and finally dried, so that compared with a cleaning process, a large amount of water resources and sewage treatment cost are saved.
While embodiments of the invention have been disclosed above, it is not intended to be limited to the uses set forth in the specification and examples. It can be applied to all kinds of fields suitable for the present invention. Additional modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art. It is therefore intended that the invention not be limited to the exact details and illustrations described and illustrated herein, but fall within the scope of the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
Claims (5)
1. The production process of the step-shaped metal cup is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1) drawing an aluminum coil material into a cylindrical preform cup, the preform cup being drawn at least once to form a cylindrical base cup;
2) and at least one time of stamping and stretching to stamp out the cup-shaped steps, and at least one time of extruding to expand the cup-shaped steps to obtain the step-shaped cup.
2. The production process of the stepped metal cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the aluminum coil material is a film-free aluminum coil, the basic cup is obtained by stamping and stretching in step 1), and the basic cup is subjected to bottom forming, trimming, cleaning, printing and priming, and the step 2) is performed after internal spraying.
3. The process for producing a stepped metal cup according to claim 2, wherein in the step 2), the step is curled and washed after being expanded to obtain the stepped cup.
4. The production process of the stepped metal cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the aluminum coil material is a coated aluminum coil, the step 1) is to perform stamping and stretching to obtain the basic cup, the step 2) is performed after the basic cup is trimmed, and the step is expanded and then to perform bottom forming, drying, printing, curling and washing to obtain the stepped cup.
5. The production process of the stepped metal cup according to claim 1, wherein when the aluminum coil material is a filmless aluminum coil, thinning and stretching are carried out in step 1) to obtain a basic cup, and the basic cup is subjected to trimming, cleaning, color printing, priming coating and internal spraying and then subjected to step 2); and in the step 2), after the step is expanded, curling and drying are carried out to obtain the step-shaped cup.
