By adopting the design of the parts of the device, the cleaning agent solution can be processed and blended sufficiently, and the parts of the device can be fully stirred, so that the material solution can be quickly cleaned.

Claims (9)

1. The plate cleaning liquid blending production processing device is characterized by comprising a suspension assembly, wherein the suspension assembly comprises a first suspension device and a second suspension device;
the bottom of the first suspension mixer is communicated with the bottom of the second suspension mixer through a discharge pipe;
the first suspension device is provided with a suspension mechanism;
the second suspension is provided with a mixing mechanism;
the suspension mechanism comprises a rotating motor assembled on the right side wall of the first suspension device, a suspension rotating shaft is assembled on the rotating motor, a plurality of suspension components which are arranged at intervals on the left and right are fixedly connected to the suspension rotating shaft, and the suspension components are positioned in the first suspension device;
the suspension components comprise polygonal suspension disc bodies which are in threaded connection with the suspension rotating shaft, and a plurality of polygonal friction rod bodies are fixedly connected to the outlines of the polygonal suspension disc bodies;
the mixing mechanism comprises a driving motor assembled on the right side wall of the second suspension, a rotating shaft is assembled on the driving motor, and a plurality of mixing pieces are fixedly connected to the rotating shaft;
the mixing parts comprise rotary disc bodies assembled on the rotating shaft, and a plurality of mixing fin plates distributed annularly are fixedly connected to the rotary disc bodies;
a plurality of material collision components penetrate among the plurality of material mixing components;
the plate cleaning liquid blending production processing device also comprises a blending component communicated with the second suspension mixer;
the blending assembly comprises a blending barrel communicated with the bottom of the second suspension mixer;
the top of the mixing cylinder is open, and the top of the mixing cylinder is provided with a stirring and cleaning part;
a driving part for lifting the stirring and cleaning part is assembled at the opening part of the mixing cylinder;
the driving part comprises an annular flange fixedly connected to the opening of the blending cylinder;
the bottom of the annular flange is provided with a plurality of driving cylinders;
the stirring and cleaning component comprises a top cover assembled on the opening of the mixing cylinder, and a piston rod of the driving cylinder is fixedly connected to the edge of the bottom of the top cover;
a driving motor is assembled in the center of the top cover, and an output shaft of the driving motor is fixedly connected with a stirring shaft; the stirring shaft is fixedly connected with a plurality of stirring components which are arranged at intervals up and down, and the stirring components are positioned in the barrel cavity of the blending barrel;
the stirring component comprises a plurality of stirring disc bodies fixedly connected to the output shaft;
the stirring piece that fixedly connected with a plurality of annular distributes on the stirring disk body, the stirring piece all includes the well core rod of fixed connection in stirring disk body top position, be equipped with the stirring sleeve on the well core rod.
2. The plate cleaning solution blending production processing device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of connectors arranged at intervals on the left and right are fixedly connected between the first suspension and the second suspension;
the connecting pieces comprise annular rods fixedly connected to the first suspension and the second suspension respectively;
and a support column is fixedly connected between the ring body rods.
3. The plate cleaner preparing and processing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the discharge pipe is provided with a control valve.
4. The plate cleaning solution blending processing device according to claim 3, wherein a discharge pipe is communicated with the bottom of the second suspension mixer;
a valve is assembled on the discharge pipe;
a bent material pipeline is communicated between the left ends of the first suspension and the second suspension; a valve is arranged on the material pipeline;
the discharging pipe is communicated with the upper end of the side wall of the blending cylinder through a pipeline.
5. The plate cleaner preparing and processing device of claim 4, wherein a plurality of the ramming parts are distributed on the turntable body in an annular array;
the material hitting components comprise horizontal rods fixedly connected to the plurality of turntable bodies, and the horizontal rods are fixedly connected with the plurality of ball hitting bodies.
6. The plate cleaner preparing and processing device according to claim 5, wherein the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the polygonal suspension tray body is a regular octagonal body;
the longitudinal section of the polygonal friction rod body is in a shape of a regular octagonal body;
the polygonal body friction rod body is fixedly connected with the polygonal body suspension disk body through a plurality of connecting columns.
7. The plate cleaner preparing and processing device according to claim 6, wherein the bottom of the top cover is provided with a disc-shaped blocking bulge, and the size of the transverse section of the disc-shaped blocking bulge is the same as that of the opening of the preparing cylinder;
the stirring shaft upwards penetrates through the disc-shaped blocking bulge;
the stirring shaft is rotationally connected to the disc-shaped blocking protrusion.
8. The plate cleaner preparing and processing device according to claim 7, wherein the stirring sleeve is screwed on the center rod; the outer side wall of the central rod is provided with an external thread;
the inner side wall of the stirring sleeve is provided with an adaptive internal thread;
the outer side wall of the stirring sleeve is provided with a plurality of tooth-shaped stirring bulges;
the tooth-shaped stirring bulges are distributed on the central rod in an annular array.
The bottom of the blending cylinder is communicated with a discharge pipe;
and a valve is arranged on the discharge pipe.
9. The plate cleaner preparing and processing device according to claim 8, wherein a supporting member is assembled at the bottom of the preparing cylinder;
the supporting part comprises a plurality of supporting rods fixedly connected to the bottom of the stirring sleeve;
and a supporting ring plate is fixedly connected between the supporting rods.
