Referring to fig. 2, the driving assembly 10 is also used for driving the second grinding cylinder 12 to rotate, and in order to improve the grinding effect on the recycled aggregate, the driving assembly 10 drives the second grinding cylinder 12 to rotate in the direction opposite to the rotating direction of the first grinding cylinder 5; specifically, the outer wall of the second grinding cylinder 12 is also coaxially and fixedly sleeved with a gear ring 53, the gear ring 53 is located between the two support plates 41, a driving gear 104 is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the driving shaft 102, a transmission gear 105 is arranged between the driving gear 104 and the gear ring 53 on the second grinding cylinder 12, the transmission gear 105 is rotatably sleeved on a mounting shaft fixed on the support plate 41 for mounting the second grinding cylinder 12, and the transmission gear 105 is respectively meshed with the gear ring 53 and the driving gear 104. By making the rotation directions of the first and second grinding cylinders 5 and 12 opposite, the relative movement between the recycled aggregates can be made more vigorous, thereby improving the grinding effect.
Referring to fig. 2, a spraying assembly for spraying water into the second grinding cylinder 12 is further arranged on the frame 4, the spraying assembly comprises a spraying nozzle 15 fixed on the frame 4, specifically, a vertical supporting rod is fixed on a supporting plate 41 for installing the second grinding cylinder 12, the spraying nozzle 15 is fixed on the supporting rod, a water spraying opening faces the inside of the second grinding cylinder 12, and when the spraying assembly is actually installed, the spraying nozzle 15 is connected with an external water pump through a water pipe, and the water pump is arranged in an external water source. Thereby ensuring that dust generated during polishing is not easy to diffuse into the surrounding air,
referring to fig. 2, the screen assembly includes a vibrating screen 16 located right below the first grinding drum 5, the frame 4 further includes a horizontal base 45 disposed between the plurality of supporting columns 42, the vibrating screen 16 is disposed on the base 45, and the recycled aggregate falling in the first grinding drum 5 falls on the screen of the vibrating screen 16; therefore, the polished recycled aggregate can be screened to remove cement paste, mortar fragments, aggregate fragments and the like generated by polishing, and the quality of the recycled aggregate is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to improve the screening effect of the recycled aggregate, the screening assembly further includes a washing assembly for washing the recycled aggregate screened on the vibrating screen 16, the washing assembly includes two rows of washing nozzles 17 disposed at two sides of the material conveying direction of the vibrating screen 16, specifically, mounting rods 46 disposed along the screen inclination direction of the vibrating screen 16 are disposed at two sides of the vibrating screen 16, the mounting rods 46 are fixed on a base 45 through vertical fixing rods, and each row of washing nozzles 17 includes a plurality of washing nozzles 17 fixed on one mounting rod 46 and distributed along the length direction of the mounting rod 46; similarly, in actual installation, the washing nozzle 17 may be connected to an external water pump and an external water source through a water pipe. The recycled aggregate is washed by the washing component, and cement paste, mortar and the like attached to the surface of the recycled aggregate are further removed, so that impurities contained in the recycled aggregate are further reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, the mixing device 3 includes a mixer 18, in this embodiment, the mixer 18 is a double horizontal shaft forced mixer, a feed hopper for feeding aggregate and powder is arranged at a feed inlet at the top of the mixer 18, the height of the feed hopper is lower than that of a screen of the vibrating screen 16, a material guide chute 19 for guiding the aggregate into the mixer 18 is arranged between the vibrating screen 16 and the mixer 18, one end of the material guide chute 19 close to the vibrating screen 16 is fixed on a base 45, and one end of the material guide chute 19 close to the mixer 18 extends into the feed hopper; because the discharge port of the stirrer 18 is positioned at the bottom, in order to facilitate the blanking operation of the stirrer 18, the stirring device further comprises a horizontal support table 20 arranged outside the frame 4, the support table 20 is fixed on the ground through a plurality of mounting columns 21, the stirrer 18 is arranged on the support table 20, and a blanking hole is formed in the support table 20 and penetrates under the discharge port of the stirrer 18; one end of the material guide groove 19 close to the stirrer 18 is fixed on the support table 20 through a vertical rod.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the recycled aggregate is used for concrete production, the cover plate 6 is driven by the driving motor 9 to move to close the lower end opening of the first grinding cylinder 5, and the recycled aggregate is conveyed into the second grinding cylinder 12 and the first grinding cylinder 5 from the upper end opening of the second grinding cylinder 12 until the first grinding cylinder 5 and the second grinding cylinder 12 are filled; starting a grinding control motor 101, driving a first grinding cylinder 5 and a second grinding cylinder 12 to rotate, and stirring the recycled aggregate through a stirring rod to turn over and rub the recycled aggregate with each other so as to grind the recycled aggregate; while polishing, spraying water into the second polishing barrel 12 through the spray nozzle 15 to reduce dust and increase the friction force among aggregates; after polishing is finished, the vibrating screen 16 is started to drive the cover plate 6 to move to open the lower end opening of the first polishing barrel 5, the recycled aggregate falls on a screen mesh of the vibrating screen 16, the vibrating screen 16 screens the polished recycled aggregate, and cement paste, mortar fragments, aggregate fragments and the like generated by polishing are screened; the recycled aggregate is washed by the washing nozzle 17 during screening, so that the screening effect is improved; and introducing the screened recycled aggregate into a stirrer 18 through a guide chute 19, adding powder materials such as cement and fly ash, additives such as a water reducing agent and water and the like into the stirrer 18, and starting the stirrer 18 to mix and produce the concrete.
The embodiment also provides a production process of the green environment-friendly recycled aggregate concrete, which adopts the production system of the green environment-friendly recycled aggregate concrete as described above for production.
