Background
In the modern industrial production process, a plurality of working areas generate a large amount of organic waste gas, and if the organic waste gas is discharged into the atmosphere in an unorganized way, the organic waste gas can deteriorate the surrounding atmospheric environment, cause environmental pollution and influence the normal work and life of people.
The existing mainstream treatment technology for organic waste gas has low efficiency of treating organic waste gas, for example, when water-soluble VOCs are treated, the treatment efficiency of the mainstream treatment technology is below 30%; meanwhile, the main stream treatment technology can generate dangerous products when treating the organic waste gas, thereby causing secondary pollution; the existing environment-friendly equipment with good treatment effect, such as RTO waste gas treatment equipment, RCO waste gas treatment equipment and zeolite rotating wheel environment-friendly equipment, has higher investment cost and higher operating cost, and brings high operating cost for enterprises by adopting the environment-friendly equipment.

The biological filtration washing tower provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the waste gas containing water-soluble organic pollutants is introduced into the filtering tower body through the air inlet system, the waste gas passes through the filtering tower body from bottom to top, the water in the activated sludge tank is conveyed into the filtering tower body by the circulating spraying system to be sprayed, the water containing microorganisms is contacted with the waste gas from top to bottom, the water-soluble pollutants in the waste gas are fully dissolved in the water and fall to the bottom of the filtering tower body through the biological filler layer, and finally overflow into the activated sludge tank, and the water containing the pollutants is oxidized and decomposed under the action of the microorganisms in the activated sludge tank, so that secondary pollution is not generated; the aeration system provides oxygen for the growth and the propagation of microorganisms and can stir the activated sludge tank; the treated waste gas is subjected to water vapor removal through the defogging layer on the upper part and is discharged through the exhaust funnel after reaching the standard; the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of stable operation, simple operation, lower requirement on waste gas pretreatment, better treatment effect on water-soluble VOCs, no secondary pollution, strong tolerance of microorganisms to various environments after culture, good treatment effect on various waste gases, relatively lower investment cost and lower operation cost.
