The biochemical absorption liquid sprayed above the bubbling absorption tank 14 is also a source of the biochemical absorption liquid in the bubbling absorption tank 14, and redundant biochemical absorption liquid overflows from the bubbling absorption tank 14 and enters the bubbling activated sludge tank 3 below. The sprayed absorption liquid finally falls into a bubbling activated sludge tank 3 and an activated sludge tank 2, the sludge tank contains biological floras which are cultured by directional domestication and specially decompose formaldehyde and organic pollutants, the pollutants are rapidly oxidized and decomposed under the action of bacteria and microorganisms in the tanks, and the generated energy is used as energy and nutrient substances for self survival by the microorganisms.
