Abstract
The invention relates to the field of toys, in particular to a dart board and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the dart board comprises a base, a metal sheet and a mark sheet, and a groove is arranged on the base; the metal sheet and the marking sheet are arranged in the groove, and the base is made of foam. The method comprises the steps of adding a recycled foam material which is crushed into fine particles or powder and polyester fibers into a raw material for manufacturing the foam, uniformly blending the recycled foam material and the raw material by stirring, and pouring the mixture into a mould to be integrally foamed to form new foam, wherein the recycled foam material accounts for 2.5-20 wt%, and the polyester fibers account for 5 wt%. It is possible to provide a dart board capable of concentrating two kinds of dart boards on one board and satisfying two kinds of use requirements for one dart board.

The raw materials for preparing the foam comprise PPG polyether glycol, MC methylene dichloride, stannous zincate, silicone oil, an amine catalyst, water and TDI toluene diisocyanate, and the preparation method comprises the steps of mixing and modulating the raw materials, adding a foam reclaimed material and polyester fibers which are crushed into fine particles or powder, uniformly blending the foam reclaimed material and the raw materials through stirring, and foaming and forming the foam reclaimed material and the raw materials together.
Furthermore, a fireproof agent is added into the raw materials for manufacturing the foam to improve the fireproof performance of the foam.
Further, the base, the metal sheet and the marking sheet are circular.
Further, the metal sheet and the marking sheet are bonded in the groove on the base.
Further, the base is also provided with holes which are easy to hang.
The dart board and the manufacturing method thereof have the beneficial effects that:

Specifically, the raw materials for making the foam are also added with a fire retardant to improve the fire resistance of the foam.
The metal sheet 2 is made of an iron sheet, the metal sheet 2 and the mark sheet 3 are placed at one end of the groove 1-1 of the base 1 so as to use the magnet dart, the base 1 is made of a foam material, and the back of the base 1 is convenient for the insertion type dart to use.
The foam recovery material used in the invention can be selected from foam residue or waste materials, and is crushed into fine particles or powder by a machine, the particle size of the crushed foam recovery material is controlled within the range of 0.05 mm-1.7 mm, for example, the recovered foam is crushed into particles with the sizes of 0.05mm, 0.08mm, 0.10mm, 0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.00mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm and the like. The weight ratio of the recycled foam material is 2.5-20%, more than 20% of the recycled foam material affects the quality and color of the product, and less than 2.5% of the recycled foam material does not achieve the effect of environmental protection recycling, and experimental inspection shows that the recycled foam material accounts for 3-15% of the recycled foam material is preferable, and the specific situation depends on the actual situation. The adding proportion of the foam recycled material is inversely proportional to the particle size, namely, the smaller the powder particles, the more the foam recycled material can be added, in the manufacturing process, 3%, 5%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 15% or 18% of the foam recycled material can be properly selected and added, the proportion control mainly ensures that the foam recycled material can be fully fused with other mixed raw materials when being mixed and stirred, and further the foam recycled material can be uniformly synthesized in a formed foam structure during foam forming, so that the new environment-friendly foam which has good color, elasticity and structural strength and is almost equal to brand-new foam formed foam is obtained. For example, the recycled foam material is crushed into 0.10mm powder, 15% of the recycled foam material is added into the foam raw material, and the produced foam finished product is almost the same as the foam finished product produced by a pure new raw material because the recycled foam material is sufficiently fine and has proper addition amount, can be completely blended with other mixed raw materials, and does not affect the product quality. For another example, the recycled foam material is crushed into 1.00mm fine particles, and the addition amount is properly reduced due to the larger particles, for example, the addition amount is 5%, so that the recycled foam material can be fully fused into other mixed raw materials, and foaming molding is not influenced.
