Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medicine preparation, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine compound granule for treating apoplexy and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Stroke is a general term of a sudden cerebrovascular disease, modern medicine is called as 'stroke', the stroke is divided into two main categories of ischemic and hemorrhagic (namely cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage), has the characteristics of high morbidity, high recurrence rate, high disability rate and high lethality rate, is the first cause of death/disability of Chinese people, and is the first killer of human health. In the aspect of acute-stage treatment of apoplexy, western medicines and western medicine technology have certain curative effects, but the cost is extremely high, and the treatment is difficult for many families. The Chinese medicinal preparation has the characteristics of simplicity, convenience, cheapness and effectiveness, and is popular with Chinese people. However, most of the traditional Chinese medicine preparations on the market are of the type of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and are specially used in the recovery period of stroke. Therefore, the clinical need is to develop a traditional Chinese medicine preparation used for the acute stage of the apoplexy.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine compound granule for treating apoplexy and a preparation method thereof, the traditional Chinese medicine compound granule is prepared from radix curcumae, snakegourd fruit, rhizoma acori graminei and the like, is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation used in the acute stage of apoplexy, can obviously improve mental disorder and nerve function defect states of patients in the acute stage of apoplexy (cerebral hemorrhage), reduces the incidence rate of cerebral infarction complications such as pulmonary infection and the like, and has the advantages of obvious curative effect, simplicity and easiness in preparation, wide market and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a traditional Chinese medicine compound granule for treating apoplexy comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-16 parts of radix curcumae, 15-20 parts of snakegourd fruit, 6-10 parts of rhizoma acori graminei, 6-7 parts of notopterygium root, 6-10 parts of arisaema cum bile, 15-17 parts of caulis spatholobi, 10-12 parts of immature bitter orange, 10-12 parts of mangnolia officinalis, 2-3 parts of mirabilite, 6-7 parts of earthworm, 3-4 parts of raw rhubarb and 5-6 parts of liquorice.
A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine compound granule for treating apoplexy comprises the following steps:
1) placing rhizoma Acori Graminei and Notopterygii rhizoma in volatile oil extractor, adding drinking water, and soaking at room temperature for 1 h;
2) decocting with low fire for 8 hr after boiling to generate vapor, condensing the vapor, collecting volatile oil, and keeping the residue of Chinese medicinal materials;
3) adding radix Curcumae, fructus Trichosanthis, rhizoma arisaematis cum bile, caulis Spatholobi, fructus Aurantii Immaturus, cortex Magnolia officinalis, Natrii sulfas, Lumbricus, radix et rhizoma Rhei, and Glycyrrhrizae radix into the Chinese medicinal residue;
4) adding drinking water, soaking at normal temperature for 0.5 hr, boiling, decocting with low fire for 0.5 hr, and filtering to obtain Chinese medicinal decoction;
5) repeating the step 4) for 2 times;
6) transferring the Chinese medicinal decoction obtained by filtering for 3 times to a concentrating device, and continuously concentrating to obtain extract;
7) adding dextrin into the extract, and preparing into traditional Chinese medicine granules by a granule preparation device;
8) uniformly spraying the volatile oil collected in the step 2) into the particles, and sealing for 24 hours at normal temperature so that the volatile oil is fully dissolved into the particles;
9) packaging the prepared Chinese medicinal granules, and sealing to obtain the final product.
According to the scheme, the adding amount of the drinking water in the step 1) is 1/2 of the sum of the mass of the rhizoma acori graminei and the mass of the notopterygium root.
According to the scheme, the adding amount of the drinking water in the step 4) is 8-10 times of the sum of the mass of all the components.
According to the scheme, the relative density of the extract reaches more than 1.15.
The stroke is a disease of deficiency in origin and excess in excess, and is marked by deficiency of qi and blood, disturbance of qi and blood, and intermingled wind-fire and phlegm-stasis. The pathogenesis and treatment of apoplexy are discussed in Huangdi's internal classic: "Qi is reversed, disease is in the upper part, and the lower part is taken. The therapeutic principle and the therapeutic method of 'upper disease lower treatment' lay the theoretical foundation for 'treating the brain disease and the intestines with the stroke disease' and 'reducing phlegm and dredging the abdomen'. The invention inherits the essence of the Xuanfu school, creates the Xuanfu theory of brain and the therapeutic rule of 'treating encephalopathy by opening the xuan', and organically combines two encephalopathy therapies of 'resolving phlegm and dredging abdomen' and 'treating encephalopathy by opening the xuan' on the basis of the 'treating encephalopathy by treating upper diseases by lower treatment' in traditional Chinese medicine and 'flora-intestine-brain axis' in western medicine.
The invention is composed of radix curcumae, trichosanthes kirilowii maxim, rhizoma acori graminei, notopterygium root, arisaema cum bile, caulis spatholobi, immature bitter orange, magnolia officinalis, mirabilite, earthworm, raw rhubarb and liquorice, wherein: raw rhubarb and mirabilite have the effects of clearing internal organs and purging heat, promoting qi and removing stagnation, snakegourd fruit and arisaema cum bile have the effects of clearing phlegm and heat, and notopterygium root has the effect of warming and dredging governor vessels so as to be beneficial to qi and blood circulation; turmeric root-tuber, grassleaved sweetflag rhizome, which is opened and closed to open the front; rhubarb and mirabilite, attacking the lower part and opening the front; fructus Trichosanthis and rhizoma arisaematis cum bile for resolving phlegm and dispelling the evil wetness; licorice and spatholobus stem, radix Glycyrrhizae to promote blood circulation and drive blood circulation; immature bitter orange, magnolia bark, regulating qi and relieving the evil wetness; earthworm, notopterygium root, expelling wind and opening the channels; the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the functions of regulating qi and activating blood circulation, inducing resuscitation and refreshing mind, dispelling wind and eliminating phlegm, and clearing hollow viscera and expelling toxin, is suitable for meridian and viscera patients in the acute stage of the apoplexy, can obviously improve the consciousness state of the patients in the acute stage of the apoplexy, relieve the trend of aggravation of the disease, relieve the damage degree of hemiplegia and reduce the incidence rate of infection complications.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from radix curcumae, trichosanthes kirilowii maxim and other formulas, has the effects of regulating qi, activating blood, inducing resuscitation, dispelling wind, reducing phlegm, relaxing bowels and expelling toxin, is suitable for meridian and viscera patients in the acute stage of stroke, can obviously improve the consciousness state of the patients in the acute stage of stroke, relieve the tendency of aggravation of diseases, relieve the damage degree of hemiplegia and reduce the incidence rate of infection complications;
2) the invention has been used for more than ten years in clinic, treats tens of thousands of patients in the acute stage of the apoplexy, has obvious curative effect and wide market, and is expected to become a suitable first-aid technology which is the important treatment for the acute stage of the apoplexy, venous thrombolysis and intravascular treatment.
