(2) sieving, and pulverizing at 25000r/min for 30 s;
(3) adding water and glycerol, and stirring.
Preferably, the sieving is 60-150 mesh sieving.

Example 1
Taking 20g of mica powder, 10g of polymethylsilsesquioxane, 10g of boron nitride, 10g of silicon powder, 10g of fumed silica, 2g of titanium dioxide, 0.5g of iron oxide yellow, 0.5g of phenoxyethanol, 0.1g of ethylhexyl glycerol and 0.3g of octyl glycol, and crushing for 30 seconds at the rotating speed of 25000 r/min;
sieving with 120 mesh sieve, and pulverizing at 25000r/min for 30 s;

3. The water dispersible powder of claim 2 wherein the fumed silica has a surface area of 130M2/g。
4. The water dispersible powder of claim 1 wherein the iron oxide yellow is CI 77492.
5. The manufacturing process of the water dispersible powder is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) the water dispersible powder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, which comprises: grinding mica powder, polymethylsilsesquioxane, boron nitride, silicon powder, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol and octyl glycol at the rotating speed of 25000r/min for 30 seconds;
(2) sieving, and pulverizing at 25000r/min for 30 s;
(3) adding water and glycerol, and stirring.
6. The process for making a water dispersible powder according to claim 5, wherein the sieving is 60-150 mesh sieving.
