similarly, when the bottoms of the adjacent chassis modules 1 and the wall plate modules 2 are spliced to share one leveling bracket module, the adjacent chassis modules 1 and the bottom of the wall plate module 2 can share one leveling bracket module after being spliced, the adjacent chassis modules 1 and the wall plate modules 2 are correspondingly embedded with teeth or tooth grooves of the leveling bracket module respectively, the joint parts of the adjacent chassis modules 1 and the wall plate modules 2 can share one tooth or tooth groove to be embedded and butted, the adjacent chassis modules 1 and the wall plate modules 2 in the figure 7 are symmetrically spliced on the leveling bracket module to share the middle tooth 33, and the splicing seams are sealed by the retaining strips 91;
in the figure 9, a barrier strip 91 is arranged at an assembly joint between adjacent chassis modules 1 for sealing, the cross section of the barrier strip 91 is T-shaped and placed in an inverted manner, the adjacent chassis modules 1 clamp a barrier strip vertical strip 92 for sealing the assembly joint, the barrier strip vertical strip is wrapped with a rubber sleeve 7 to improve the sealing effect, and a barrier strip bottom plate 93 is supported on a leveling support module below. The assembly chassis for the integral bathroom comprises a sealing rubber pad 6, a sealing sleeve 7, a sealing rubber sleeve 8 and a caulking rubber strip 9, wherein the sealing rubber pad, the sealing sleeve 7, the sealing rubber sleeve 8 and the caulking rubber strip are made of flexible rubber materials;
the integral bathroom assembly chassis is characterized in that the teeth and the tooth grooves are preferably rectangular, and the sections of the longitudinal convex ribs are rectangular.
The assembly chassis for the integral bathroom comprises a base, a leveling bracket, a handle, a connecting rod and a connecting rod. The leveling support module can be a rectangle formed by a plurality of rectangles, or a knife handle type and a Chinese character 'shan', and all the leveling support modules can be spliced into various combinations at will according to the structure of a toilet, and are not limited by the shape.
Examples
When the leveling bracket is installed, a plurality of foundation bolts are positioned according to the size specification of the leveling bracket and are fixed on a civil floor slab as shown in figure 1, the leveling bracket is placed on a supporting and adjusting plate of the foundation bolts to be leveled, all parts of the bracket are assembled in a butt joint mode as shown in figure 2(1), a through type connecting bolt and a sealing rubber gasket 6 are inserted, fastening and sealing treatment are carried out, and the bracket is confirmed to be leveled as shown in figure 4(1) again. The periphery of the leveling bracket is provided with an upward turned wall 36 which is used as a water retaining flanging of the chassis. And finally, pressing the wall plate module with the sealing sleeve 7 and the chassis module with the sealing rubber sleeve 8 into teeth and tooth grooves of the lower leveling bracket, and embedding a caulking rubber strip 9 at a joint to complete sealing, assembling and connecting, as shown in figure 5. FIGS. 10 and 12 illustrate an embodiment of a multi-rectangular leveling bracket of the present invention, and FIGS. 11 and 13 illustrate a multi-rectangular handle-type leveling bracket of the present invention, wherein the longitudinal ribs of the outermost edge of the leveling bracket module on the peripheral frame are seen extending upwardly against wall 36; the cross leveling bracket module, the T-shaped leveling bracket module, the angle leveling bracket module and the strip leveling bracket middle module on the outer peripheral frame extend out of the wall 36 in the figure.

Claims (10)

1. An integral bathroom assembly chassis comprises a wall plate module, a chassis module, a leveling bracket and foundation bolts, and is characterized in that the foundation bolts 4 comprise anchoring heads 41 serving as bottom feet, vertically upward threaded screws 42 fixed on the anchoring heads, and support adjusting plates 43 which are screwed with the screws and provided with threaded holes; the anchoring head is fixed on the civil floor; the upper surface of the supporting and adjusting plate 43 is a horizontal plane;
the leveling support 3 is a rectangular frame formed by connecting a plurality of leveling support modules, the leveling support modules are profile blocks 30 with the cross section in the shape of being provided with vertically upward teeth and alternate tooth sockets, the tooth distribution mode is that side teeth 32 at two sides are symmetrically distributed by taking a middle tooth 33 at the middle as a center, the bottom surfaces of the leveling support modules are flat plates 31, the teeth are upward-convex longitudinal convex ridges, the tooth sockets are grooves formed among the longitudinal convex ridges, screw rod accommodating grooves 35 are arranged in the longitudinal convex ridges of the middle teeth, and a plurality of screw rod holes 34 which are longitudinally arranged are arranged in the middle of the bottom surfaces of the leveling support modules corresponding to the screw rod accommodating grooves 35;
the leveling support module is arranged on a rectangular frame, and the section blocks are arranged into a cross-shaped leveling support module 301, a T-shaped leveling support module 302, an angular leveling support module 303 and a strip-shaped leveling support middle module 304 according to positions on the rectangular frame; the cross leveling support module 301, the T-shaped leveling support module 302, the angular leveling support module 303 and the strip leveling support middle module 304 have the same tooth and tooth socket shape, and the longitudinal convex edges and the grooves are communicated after being correspondingly connected with each other on the rectangular frame;
the leveling support modules are mutually butted and spliced according to the positions of corners, outer edges, T-shaped cross points, cross points and middle edges on the rectangular frame to form a leveling support of the integrally connected rectangular frame, or form a leveling support connected with a plurality of integrally connected rectangular frames; the longitudinal convex edge at the outermost edge of the leveling bracket module on the leveling bracket peripheral frame extends upwards to form a leaning wall 36;
the through type connecting bolt 14 is horizontally inserted into the screw rod accommodating groove 35, adjacent leveling bracket modules are connected together in a penetrating mode for positioning, the adjacent leveling bracket modules are connected into an integral structure through fastening hasps 5, and sealing rubber gaskets 6 are arranged between contact surfaces for clamping and sealing;
the anchor bolts 4 are inserted into the screw receiving grooves 33 of the leveling brackets 3 from the screw holes 34, the flat plate 31 of the leveling bracket module is supported on the upper surface of the supporting adjustment plate 43, and the supporting adjustment plate 43 is rotated by screwing to adjust the up-and-down position of the leveling bracket;
and a plurality of the wall plate modules 2 and a plurality of the chassis modules 1 are laid on the leveling support for assembly.
2. The assembly chassis of claim 1, wherein the rectangular frame comprises a cross beam frame formed by at least one cross leveling support module 301 butt-jointed with four strip leveling support middle modules 304 in four directions, and a side beam frame formed by at least one T-shaped leveling support module 302 butt-jointed with strip leveling support middle modules 304 at two ends in a straight line shape; four sides of the rectangular frame of the leveling bracket are connected in a butt joint mode through the corner-shaped leveling bracket modules 303 at the angular positions by the side beam frame to form an integral rectangular frame; and then the cross beam frame is connected through the T-shaped joint of the T-shaped leveling support module 302 on the cross beam frame, so that the leveling support of the rectangular frame is formed.

The assembly chassis of claim 2, wherein the cross beam comprises a plurality of cross leveling bracket modules 301 connected with four strip leveling bracket middle modules 304 in four directions, and two adjacent cross leveling bracket modules 301 share one strip leveling bracket middle module 304 for connection; the edge beam frame comprises a plurality of T-shaped leveling bracket modules 302 which are respectively formed by butt joint of strip-shaped leveling bracket middle modules 304 at two ends of a straight line, and two adjacent edge beam frames share one strip-shaped leveling bracket middle module 304 for connection; the side beam frame is arranged corresponding to the length or the width of the cross beam frame.

The assembly chassis of one-piece bathroom accessory of claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the wall plate module 2 is provided with a first tooth 21 and a first tooth 22 which are engaged with the teeth and the tooth grooves of the leveling bracket module, and a sealing sleeve 7 is arranged between the first tooth 21 and the tooth grooves; and the chassis module 1 is provided with a second tooth 11 and a second tooth socket 12 which are in embedded connection with the teeth and the tooth sockets of the leveling bracket module, and a sealing rubber sleeve 8 is arranged between the two teeth and the second tooth sockets for sealing.

The assembly chassis of claim 4, wherein the bottom surface of the wall plate module 2 is formed by a fixed profile frame 306 to be engaged with the teeth 21 and the teeth grooves 22 of the leveling bracket module, and the profile frame 306 is formed by integrally connecting the teeth 21 and the teeth grooves 22 downward on the wall plate module; the sealing sleeve 7 is a rubber sleeve which is wrapped and bonded on the outer surface of the first tooth 21.

The assembly chassis of claim 4, wherein the side of the frame of the chassis module 1 is formed by fixing a chassis profile frame 307 to form a second tooth 11 and a second tooth socket 12 which are connected with the teeth and the tooth sockets of the leveling bracket module in an embedded manner, the chassis profile frame 307 is a profile which is formed by arranging the second tooth 11 and the second tooth socket 12 integrally connected with each other on a flat plate downwards, and a chassis template is arranged on the upper side of the flat plate and fixed on the side of the frame of the chassis module 1; the sealing rubber sleeve 8 is a rubber sleeve which is wrapped and bonded on the outer surface of the second tooth 11.

The assembly chassis of claim 4, wherein the adjacent chassis modules 1 are assembled to share a leveling bracket module, which is respectively engaged with the teeth and the tooth grooves of the leveling bracket module, and the joints of the adjacent chassis modules 1 share a tooth or a tooth groove, which are engaged and connected in a butt joint manner, and the joint seams are sealed by the barrier strips 91;
the bottoms of the adjacent chassis modules 1 and the wall plate modules 2 are spliced to share one leveling bracket module and are correspondingly embedded with teeth or tooth grooves of the leveling bracket modules respectively, and the joint parts of the adjacent chassis modules 1 and the wall plate modules 2 share one tooth or tooth groove to be embedded and connected in a butt joint mode and the splicing seams are sealed by the barrier strips 91;
the surface of the wallboard module 2 and the surface of the chassis module 1 are compounded with a decorative surface layer 13; the decorative surface layer is made of floor tiles, stone or floor paint; and a caulking joint strip 9 is arranged in the splicing joint between the adjacent composite decorative surface layers 13 for sealing.
8. The assembly chassis of claim 7, wherein the adjacent chassis modules 1 and wall modules 2 are symmetrically assembled on the leveling bracket module to form a common middle tooth 33; the adjacent chassis modules 1 are symmetrically spliced on the leveling bracket module to share the middle teeth 33; the cross section of the barrier strip 91 is T-shaped and placed in an inverted manner, the adjacent chassis modules 1 clamp the barrier strip vertical strip 92 to seal the splicing seam, the barrier strip vertical strip is wrapped with the rubber sleeve 7, and the barrier strip bottom plate 93 is supported on the leveling bracket module below; the assembling seam between the bottom of the adjacent chassis module 1 and the bottom of the wall plate module 2 is provided with the barrier strip 91 for sealing.
9. The sanitary assembly chassis according to claim 1, wherein said teeth and slots are rectangular, and said longitudinal ribs and slots have rectangular cross-sections.
10. The assembly chassis of claim 1, wherein the leveling bracket is a rectangular frame or a combination of knife-handle type rectangular frames; the sealing rubber cushion 6, the sealing sleeve 7, the sealing rubber sleeve 8 and the caulking rubber strip 9 are made of flexible rubber materials.
