Abstract

本发明提供的一种组合鞋垫及其制备方法,包括鞋垫主体,所述鞋垫主体包括前足部、足弓部和后足部,在所述足弓部设有一支撑垫片,所述鞋垫主体的底端设有TPU薄膜,所述TPU薄膜包裹鞋垫主体的底端面,所述TPU薄膜在支撑垫片的下方,所述TPU薄膜的厚度为0.01‑0.5mm,利用成型模具对组合鞋垫进行一体式灌注加工。本发明提供的一种组合鞋垫及其制备方法,采用组合方式,在鞋垫的足弓位置设有与人体足弓形状相配合的支撑垫片,穿着舒适性更强,保形效果好,能对人体足弓得以支撑和保护,另外在鞋垫的底部设置TPU薄膜层能加大鞋垫的摩擦系数,提高鞋垫的防滑、耐磨和抗变形,增加鞋垫的使用寿命,利用成型模具对鞋垫进行一体灌注成型,保证鞋垫的完整性。

技术领域
本发明涉及鞋垫加工技术领域,具体是一种组合鞋垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
鞋垫作为人们最常用生活用品之一,得到极为广泛的应用。目前世界上现有的鞋垫多是一层化纤布料贴合在一层软性塑料上的结构,这种鞋垫功能单一,而人在进行运动时候,脚掌的各个部位受力程度和压强不一样,采用这种单一的鞋垫长期使用容易导致脚掌舒适度不足,并且这种单一的鞋垫在长期使用后也容易变形,耐磨性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组合鞋垫及其制备方法,以解决背景技术中的技术问题。
为实现前述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种组合鞋垫,包括鞋垫主体,所述鞋垫主体包括前足部、足弓部和后足部,在所述足弓部设有一支撑垫片,所述鞋垫主体的底端设有TPU薄膜,所述TPU薄膜包裹鞋垫主体的底端面,所述TPU薄膜在支撑垫片的下方,所述TPU薄膜的厚度为0.01-0.5mm。
所述支撑垫片包括支撑本体和设在支撑本体一侧向上凸起的防扭部,所述防扭部与足弓内侧弧形相配合,所述支撑本体在鞋垫主体的下方。
所述支撑本体后跟位置设有一开口,所述鞋垫主体的后足部在开口内。
所述支撑本体上设有数个长条孔。
所述防扭部上设有至少一条防滑条。
所述支撑垫片采用EVA、TPU、塑料、树脂和硅胶中选择其一制作。
所述鞋垫主体、支撑垫片和TPU薄膜采用成型模具灌注一体成型。
一种组合鞋垫的制备方法,包括以下加工步骤:
步骤S1,将TPU薄膜放入成型模具内,成型模具包括上模和下模,下模内设有模腔,TPU薄膜放置入下模的模腔内进行固定定位;
步骤S2,将支撑垫片放入步骤S1的模腔内且在TPU薄膜上方;
步骤S3,将上模与下模进行盖合合模,对模腔进行灌注聚氨酯原液;
步骤S4,进行硫化处理后再脱模。
所述下模的模腔内设有数个吸附孔用于吸附TPU薄膜,所述吸附孔与真空发生器连通,所述下模的模腔内设有一用于放置支撑垫片的内槽,所述内槽与支撑垫片的外形尺寸相配合。
所述步骤S3中,灌注聚氨酯原液前对成型模具进行加热,加热温度为80℃-150℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种组合鞋垫及其制备方法,采用组合方式,在鞋垫的足弓位置设有与人体足弓形状相配合的支撑垫片,穿着舒适性更强,保形效果好,能对人体足弓得以支撑和保护,防扭伤,另外在鞋垫的底部设置TPU薄膜层能加大鞋垫的摩擦系数,提高鞋垫的防滑、耐磨和抗变形,增加鞋垫的使用寿命,利用成型模具对鞋垫进行一体灌注成型,保证鞋垫的完整性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
具体实施例1:请参阅图1到图4,本发明实施例中,一种组合鞋垫,包括鞋垫主体1,所述鞋垫主体1包括前足部101、足弓部102和后足部103,在所述足弓部102设有一支撑垫片2,所述鞋垫主体1的底端设有TPU薄膜3,所述TPU薄膜3包裹鞋垫主体1的底端面,所述TPU薄膜3在支撑垫片2的下方,所述TPU薄膜3的厚度为0.01-0.5mm。
所述支撑垫片2包括支撑本体201和设在支撑本体201一侧向上凸起的防扭部202,所述防扭部202与足弓内侧弧形相配合,所述支撑本体201在鞋垫主体1的下方,设置的所述防扭部202加强了支撑垫片2整体的支撑作用,对人体的足弓弧形位置起到保护支撑的作用。
所述支撑本体201后跟位置设有一开口201-2,所述鞋垫主体1的后足部103在开口201-2内,保证人体脚掌上的足跟部与鞋垫的后足部103接触的柔软性,对人体的足跟部起到缓冲减震的作用。
所述支撑本体201上设有数个长条孔201-1,对支撑本体201形成一个弹性的支撑空间。
所述防扭部202上设有至少一条防滑条202-1。
所述支撑垫片2采用EVA、TPU、塑料、树脂和硅胶中选择其一制作。
所述鞋垫主体1、支撑垫片2和TPU薄膜3采用成型模具4灌注一体成型。
一种组合鞋垫的制备方法,包括以下加工步骤:
步骤S1,将TPU薄膜3放入成型模具4内,TPU薄膜3已裁剪成和鞋垫大小相配合的尺寸,成型模具4包括上模401和下模402,下模402内设有与鞋垫外形相匹配的模腔402-1,下模402的模腔402-1内设有数个吸附孔402-1-1用于吸附TPU薄膜3,所述吸附孔402-1-1与真空发生器连通,TPU薄膜3放置入下模402的模腔402-1内通过吸附孔402-1-1进行吸附固定;
步骤S2,将支撑垫片2放入步骤S1的模腔402-1内且在TPU薄膜3上方,在下模402的模腔402-1内设有一用于放置支撑垫片2的内槽402-1-2,内槽402-1-2与支撑垫片2的外形尺寸相配合;
步骤S3,将上模401与下模402进行盖合合模,对模腔402-1进行灌注聚氨酯原液,在灌注聚氨酯原液的同时,关闭吸附孔402-1-1对TPU薄膜3的吸附;
步骤S4,进行硫化处理后再脱模。
所述步骤S3中,灌注聚氨酯原液前对成型模具4进行加热,加热温度为80℃-150℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种组合鞋垫及其制备方法,采用组合方式,在鞋垫的足弓位置设有与人体足弓形状相配合的支撑垫片,穿着舒适性更强,保形效果好,能对人体足弓得以支撑和保护,防扭伤,另外在鞋垫的底部设置TPU薄膜层能加大鞋垫的摩擦系数,提高鞋垫的防滑、耐磨和抗变形,增加鞋垫的使用寿命,利用成型模具对鞋垫进行一体灌注成型,保证鞋垫的完整性。

1.一种组合鞋垫,其特征在于:包括鞋垫主体,所述鞋垫主体包括前足部、足弓部和后足部,在所述足弓部设有一支撑垫片,所述鞋垫主体的底端设有TPU薄膜,所述TPU薄膜包裹鞋垫主体的底端面,所述TPU薄膜在支撑垫片的下方,所述TPU薄膜的厚度为0.01-0.5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合鞋垫,其特征在于:所述支撑垫片包括支撑本体和设在支撑本体一侧向上凸起的防扭部,所述防扭部与足弓内侧弧形相配合,所述支撑本体在鞋垫主体的下方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种组合鞋垫,其特征在于:所述支撑本体后跟位置设有一开口,所述鞋垫主体的后足部在开口内。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种组合鞋垫,其特征在于:所述支撑本体上设有数个长条孔。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种组合鞋垫,其特征在于:所述防扭部上设有至少一条防滑条。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合鞋垫,其特征在于:所述支撑垫片采用EVA、TPU、塑料、树脂和硅胶中选择其一制作。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合鞋垫,其特征在于:所述鞋垫主体、支撑垫片和TPU薄膜采用成型模具灌注一体成型。
8.一种采用权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种组合鞋垫的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下加工步骤:
步骤S1,将TPU薄膜放入成型模具内,成型模具包括上模和下模,下模内设有模腔,TPU薄膜放置入下模的模腔内进行固定定位;
步骤S2,将支撑垫片放入步骤S1的模腔内且在TPU薄膜上方;
步骤S3,将上模与下模进行盖合合模,对模腔进行灌注聚氨酯原液;
步骤S4,进行硫化处理后再脱模。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种组合鞋垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述下模的模腔内设有数个吸附孔用于吸附TPU薄膜,所述吸附孔与真空发生器连通,所述下模的模腔内设有一用于放置支撑垫片的内槽,所述内槽与支撑垫片的外形尺寸相配合。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种组合鞋垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中,灌注聚氨酯原液前对成型模具进行加热,加热温度为80℃-150℃。
