and a judging step for judging whether the drying operation is completed or not according to the surface temperature and humidity of the crawler belt (13).
8. Use of the fried peanut drying apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the peanut drying equipment further comprises a solid temperature sensor (131) and a space temperature sensor (132);
the temperature control step executes the following operations:
periodically calling data of the entity temperature sensor (131) and data of the space temperature sensor (132) to generate a temperature data set;
when a new temperature data set is generated, it is judged whether or not the temperature data of the physical temperature sensor (131) is higher than the temperature data of the space temperature sensor (132),
if the judgment result is yes, responding to the temperature threshold value input from the outside, judging whether the temperature difference between the data of the entity temperature sensor (131) and the data of the space temperature sensor (132) is larger than the temperature threshold value or not, if the judgment result is yes, reducing the heating power of the top heating assembly and the heating power of the bottom heating assembly, and if the judgment result is not, not operating;
