Description

Preparation method of infant nutrition supplement by using peptide molecules
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of complementary food nutrition supplements, in particular to a preparation method of an infant nutrition supplement by using peptide molecules.
Background
Studies have shown that maternal-infant nutrition during the first 1000 days of life, from pregnancy to 2 years of age, affects the health of a person throughout life. Good nutrition in this period can ensure and promote the physical and brain development of children, reduce the incidence rate of birth defects, reduce the susceptibility to diseases, and enhance the immunity to infection; this period of malnutrition presents a short and long-term hazard to children that is irreversible and irreparable. Recent damage is manifested by retarded physical and intellectual development, increased morbidity and mortality; the long-term damage is manifested by delayed intelligence development, reduced learning and working abilities, increased risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, hypertension and other chronic diseases, and reduced incidence of serious and moderate malnutrition of infants and children aged 0-3 years, but mild malnutrition and micronutrient deficiency become common problems.
The existing nutritional supplements are difficult to timely, reasonably and safely meet nutritional requirements in aspects such as nutritional ingredients and the like, the varieties and the structures of the nutritional supplements are not complete and reasonable enough, and the nutritional supplements are poor in nutritional absorption due to the fact that the stomach capacity of children is limited and the food nutritional density is low, the burden of the stomach of the children is increased and the absorption is affected, and therefore improvement is needed.
