Claims (5)
1. A technology for extracting nitric oxide donor products from plants is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, content detection: detecting the content of the nitric oxide donor in vegetables of known varieties, and screening out the vegetables with high content of the nitric oxide donor to obtain nitric oxide donor plants;
② extracting nitric oxide donor: crushing the rhizome of the nitric oxide donor plant obtained in the step I, then putting the crushed rhizome into a grinding tank, grinding for 60-90min to form a crushed object, then putting the crushed object into a centrifugal machine, adding an extraction liquid into the crushed object for centrifugal extraction, and collecting an upper-layer mixed solution after the centrifugation is finished;
thirdly, preparing a nitric oxide donor product: precipitating the mixed solution obtained in the step (II) to obtain nitric oxide donor beverage; and (3) carrying out spray drying treatment on the nitric oxide donor beverage at room temperature to obtain the nitric oxide donor active solid beverage.
2. The plant technology for extracting nitric oxide donor products according to claim 1, wherein: the nitric oxide donor plant is achyranthes bidentata, gynostemma pentaphylla, red beet, celery, radix cyathulae or asparagus lettuce.
3. The plant technology for extracting nitric oxide donor products according to claim 1, wherein: the nitric oxide donor plant is spinach rhizome, asparagus lettuce rhizome, western celery rhizome, pumpkin seed and corn stigma.
4. The plant technology for extracting nitric oxide donor products according to claim 1, wherein: the extract in the second step is juice obtained by crushing the nitric oxide donor plant in a grinding tank.
5. The plant technology for extracting nitric oxide donor products according to claim 1, wherein: and in the step II, the centrifugal extraction process is carried out for 15-20min by using a relative centrifugal force below 6000 g.
