Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic recording and testing system and method for card-inserting equipment. The system comprises: the card inserting device comprises a card inserting device, an expansion board, a power supply device and a control device; the expansion board comprises a plurality of expansion slots for connecting a plurality of SD cards, two change-over switches and a switch control chip; the control device is used for sending a control command to the switch control chip so as to control the first switch to connect or disconnect one SD card with the card inserting device and/or control the second switch to connect or disconnect one SD card with the control device; and sending an instruction to the power supply device to switch on or off the card insertion equipment and/or the expansion board; the card inserting equipment is used for recording information to an SD card communicated with the card inserting equipment; the control device is also used for executing the test operation on the SD card which is connected with the control device. The system can automatically complete the information recording and testing operation aiming at the SD card, and the whole process does not need to be interfered by adopting a manual card plugging and unplugging mode.

Background
In the prior art, Card-inserting devices such as a car recorder or a monitoring device generally adopt a pluggable SD (Secure Digital Memory Card, which is abbreviated as a Secure Digital Card in chinese) Memory Card as a storage medium, and write a recorded video file into the SD Card. When the SD card is full of data, the SD card needs to be manually unplugged and replaced with a new SD card. To achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an automatic recording and testing system for a card insertion apparatus, the system comprising: the card inserting device comprises a card inserting device, an expansion board, a power supply device and a control device; the expansion board comprises a plurality of expansion slots, two change-over switches and a switch control chip, the expansion slots are used for being plugged with a plurality of SD cards, the two change-over switches comprise first change-over switches coupled between the card plugging equipment and the expansion slots and second change-over switches coupled between the control device and the expansion slots, and the switch control chip is used for controlling the first change-over switches and the second change-over switches; the power supply device is used for respectively providing power interfaces for the card inserting equipment and the expansion board; the control device is in communication connection with the switch control chip and the power supply device and is used for sending a control command to the switch control chip so as to control the first switch to connect or disconnect one SD card with the card inserting equipment and/or control the second switch to connect or disconnect one SD card with the control device; sending a power-on/power-off command to the power supply device to control a corresponding power interface to connect or disconnect the power supply to the card insertion device and/or the expansion board; the card inserting equipment is used for recording information to an SD card communicated with the card inserting equipment; the control device is also used for executing test operation on the SD card which is communicated with the control device and completes information recording.
In a possible implementation manner, the control device is specifically configured to: sending a control instruction to a switch control chip on an expansion board, connecting a first SD card connected on the expansion board with a card inserting device, sending a power-on instruction to a power supply device, and connecting the card inserting device with a power supply so that the card inserting device records information into the first SD card; when the first SD card finishes information recording, namely, when the first SD card is about to be fully written, a power-off instruction is sent to the power supply device, and the card inserting equipment is powered off; sending a control instruction to a switch control chip on an expansion board, connecting the first SD card with a control device, and connecting a second SD card connected with the expansion board with a card inserting device; sending a power-on command to the power supply device, and powering on the card inserting equipment so that the card inserting equipment can record information into the second SD card continuously; and running a test program, and executing test operation on the first SD card.

In a possible implementation manner, the control device is further configured to: when the second SD card finishes information recording, namely, when the second SD card is about to be fully written, a power-off instruction is sent to the power supply device, and the card inserting equipment is powered off; sending a control instruction to a switch control chip on an expansion board, connecting the second SD card with a control device, and connecting the formatted first SD card with a card inserting device; sending a power-on command to a power supply device, and powering on the card inserting equipment so that the card inserting equipment can record information into the first SD card continuously; and running a test program, and executing test operation on the second SD card.
In a possible implementation manner, the card insertion device is a vehicle event data recorder or a monitoring device; the power supply device is a power supply time sequence controller; the control device is an independent control host or a flow control chip integrated on the expansion board.
The expansion board can be provided with a data transmission interface for connecting the control device, and the second selector switch can be specifically coupled between the data transmission interface and the plurality of expansion slots; the second selector switch can be controlled to connect or disconnect one expansion slot with the data transmission interface, so that an SD card inserted into the expansion slot can be connected or disconnected with the control device.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic recording and testing system for a card insertion device. The system is used for carrying out full-automatic video recording or other information recording on card insertion equipment such as a vehicle data recorder or monitoring equipment after an SD card is inserted, and carrying out verification tests on the validity, integrity and the like of recorded video files or other documents. The system aims to automatically complete the information recording and testing operation of the SD card, and the whole process does not need to intervene in modes of manually inserting and pulling the card and the like.
The system mainly includes a card insertion device 10, an expansion board 20, a power supply device 30, and a control device 40.
Card inserting equipment
The card-inserting device in this context refers to a device that can be inserted with an SD card, such as a car recorder, a monitoring device, and the like. The card insertion device is used for recording information such as video to the SD card connected with the card insertion device.
Second, power supply device
The power supply device herein, which is used for supplying power to the card insertion device and the expansion board, preferably employs a power supply timing controller. The power supply time schedule controller can provide a plurality of power supply interfaces for the card inserting equipment and the expansion board respectively. The power supply time schedule controller can be connected with the control device in a tcp/ip or serial port mode, and the control device controls one or more power supply interfaces to switch on (electrify) or switch off (power off). Expansion board

The expansion board may include:
a plurality of expansion slots, for example two, three or more expansion slots, for plugging a plurality of SD cards;
two switches including a first switch coupled between the card insertion device and the plurality of expansion slots and a second switch coupled between the data transmission interface and the plurality of expansion slots;
a data transmission interface, such as a USB interface, for connecting the expansion slot and the control device so as to implement data transmission between the control device and the SD card inserted into the expansion slot;
the instruction transmission interface, such as a USB interface or a serial port, is used for connecting the switch control chip and the control device so that the control device can send a control instruction to the switch control chip;
the switch control chip can control a plurality of different switches through a plurality of ios (input and output), including controlling a first switch to connect or disconnect one SD card with the card inserting device, and/or controlling a second switch to connect or disconnect one SD card with the data transmission interface.
Fourth, the controlling device
The control device can adopt an independent control host, as shown in figure 1. The control device runs various control software and test software and is used for sending an electrifying/power-off instruction (namely an electrifying instruction or a power-off instruction) to control the electrifying and the power-off of a specific power interface of the power supply time schedule controller and switch on or off the power supply of the card inserting equipment and/or the expansion board; the control instruction is sent to a switch control chip of the expansion board through the instruction transmission interface to control a change-over switch of the expansion board, and an SD card is connected with or disconnected from the card inserting equipment through controlling a first change-over switch and/or the SD card is connected with or disconnected from the data transmission interface through controlling a second change-over switch; and running the test software to read the data of the SD card connected with the test software through the data transmission interface and perform operations such as data verification test and the like.
Furthermore, the expansion board of the system of the present invention may be optimized, that is, a flow control chip integrated on the expansion board may be used as the control device, and a control program, a test program, and the like preloaded therein may be run to implement the required functions. Optionally, the flow control chip may be implemented by an independent chip, and the switch control chip is also implemented by an independent chip. Alternatively, only one control chip may be disposed on the expansion board, and the chip may be functionally divided into two modules, namely, a switch control module and a flow control module, so as to implement the functions of both the flow control chip and the switch control chip, as shown in fig. 2.
The flow control chip integrated on the control panel is used as the control device, so that the part of the control host can be omitted, the instruction transmission interface is also omitted, and meanwhile, the device is more convenient to move and wider in use scene due to the fact that the space is saved.
The operation principle of the above system disclosed by the present invention will be explained below. Taking an expansion board supporting 2 expansion slots as an example, a complete operation flow is described, which includes the following steps.
S01, inserting the replaceable SD card into an expansion slot on the expansion board, wherein the first SD card (namely SD 1) is inserted into the first expansion slot, and the second SD card (namely SD 2) is inserted into the second expansion slot.
S02, a control program in the control device is executed.
S03, the control device sends a control instruction to a switch control chip of the expansion board to control a first change-over switch (namely, a switch 1) to connect the SD1 with a card insertion device (namely, a vehicle event data recorder or a monitoring device); and meanwhile, sending a power-on command to the power time schedule controller to switch on the card inserting equipment.
S04, the card-inserting device such as a car recorder or a monitoring device starts to record information to the SD 1.
S05, when the SD1 finishes recording information (for example, when the SD1 is detected to be full), the control device sends a power-off command to the power sequence controller to turn off the card-inserting equipment; meanwhile, a control command is sent to the switch control chip of the expansion board, and the second change-over switch (i.e. switch 2) is controlled to connect the SD1 with the control.
S06, the control device sends a control command to the switch control chip of the expansion board, the control switch 1 connects the SD2 with the card inserting equipment, and sends a power-on command to the power supply time schedule controller, the card inserting equipment is connected with the power supply, and the card inserting equipment is started to record information to the SD 2.
And S07, when the control device detects that the SD1 is successfully connected with the control device, executing various preset operations, including running a test program and executing the test operation. The test operation may specifically include: reading and copying the data of the SD1 for storage, checking whether the data of the SD1 is error, analyzing the data of the SD1, and extracting specific information such as required picture information from the SD 1.
S08, after the control device finishes the operation of the SD1, the SD1 can be formatted to rejoin the rotation. Also, the control switch 2 may disconnect SD1 from the control device after formatting.
Further, the method can also comprise the following steps:
s09, when the SD2 finishes recording information (for example, when the SD2 is detected to be full), the control device sends a power-off command to the power supply time schedule controller to turn off the power supply of the card-inserting equipment;
s10, the control device sends a control command to a switch control chip on the expansion board, the SD2 is connected with the control device, and the formatted SD1 is connected with the card inserting equipment;
s11, the control device sends a power-on command to the power supply device, and the card-plugging device is powered on so that the card-plugging device can record information into the SD1 continuously;
and S12, after the control device is switched on to the SD2, running a test program and executing test operation on the SD 2.
Through the above flow, the use and the test of SD1 and SD2 can be rotated.
In summary, the present invention discloses an automatic recording and testing system and method for card insertion devices, which are used to automatically complete the information recording and testing operations for SD cards, and the whole process does not need to intervene by manually inserting and pulling cards.
The system can be connected with a plurality of SD cards in an expanding way, and realizes the switching control of the card inserting equipment and any SD card and the switching control of the control device and any SD card, so that the card inserting equipment can be directly switched to another SD card for information recording after finishing information recording of a certain SD card, and the recorded SD card can be switched to be connected with the control device, and the control device carries out test operation on the SD card, therefore, the whole information recording and testing process is automatically controlled and finished by the control device, and the whole process does not need to be intervened in a manual card inserting and pulling way.

the expansion board comprises a plurality of expansion slots, two change-over switches and a switch control chip, the expansion slots are used for being plugged with a plurality of SD cards, the two change-over switches comprise first change-over switches coupled between the card plugging equipment and the expansion slots and second change-over switches coupled between the expansion device and the expansion slots, and the switch control chip is used for controlling the first change-over switches and the second change-over switches;
the power supply device is used for respectively providing power interfaces for the card inserting equipment and the expansion board;
the control device is used for sending a control command to the switch control chip so as to control the first switch to connect or disconnect one SD card with the card inserting device and/or control the second switch to connect or disconnect one SD card with the control device; sending a power-on/power-off command to the power supply device to control a corresponding power interface to connect or disconnect the power supply to the card insertion device and/or the expansion board;
the card inserting equipment is used for recording information to an SD card communicated with the card inserting equipment;
the control device is also used for executing test operation on the SD card which is communicated with the control device and completes information recording.

the control device sends a control instruction to a switch control chip on the expansion board, a first SD card connected on the expansion board is connected with the card inserting equipment, a power supply device is sent with a power supply, and the card inserting equipment is connected with the power supply, so that the card inserting equipment records information into the first SD card;
when the first SD card finishes information recording, the control device sends a power-off instruction to the power supply device to cut off the power supply of the card inserting equipment;
the control device sends a control instruction to a switch control chip on the expansion board to connect the first SD card with the control device and connect a second SD card connected with the expansion board with the card inserting equipment;
