When the SD card is used for aging test on the automobile data recorder and the monitoring device, mass production is usually required, the SD card is inserted into the card insertion device to be tested to perform aging test, and finally the SD card is pulled out to be inserted into a computer to perform data verification. If there are multiple card-insertion devices to be tested, the process is repeated multiple times.
In the prior art, a specific aging test flow is as follows:
01. the SD card is inserted into a card reader at the computer end, and mass production is carried out on the SD card by operating a mass production tool.
02. And pulling the SD card out of the card reader at the computer end, inserting the SD card into a test equipment end such as a vehicle event data recorder, and starting recording.
03. And after the recording is finished, the SD card is pulled out from the equipment end, and is inserted into a card reader at the computer end, and a verification tool is operated to perform data verification.
04. And after the verification is finished, the formatting tool formatting SD card is operated.
05. The SD card is pulled out, inserted into the next testing device, such as a monitoring device, and recording is initiated.
06. And repeating the steps 03 and 04 after the recording is finished.
