Abstract

The invention provides a vehicle authorization method and a vehicle authorization system based on face recognition. The method comprises the following steps: the vehicle authorized driving system sends the collected face photos of the driver to the cloud end, and searches whether the driver has a record of using the vehicle before; if the right that a legal owner has authorized the vehicle to be used permanently is available before, the driver is given the right to use the vehicle normally; if the cloud end does not have the use record of the driver, the vehicle authorized driving system sends the collected face picture to a mobile phone APP of a legal vehicle owner, and waits for the legal vehicle owner to confirm whether the current driver can normally use the vehicle through the reply of the mobile phone APP; when the legal owner replies to confirm that the driver can use the vehicle, the vehicle authorized driving system gives the authority of normally using the vehicle to the current driver, and records the face information of the driver and the confirmation information of the legal owner.

The vehicle authorization method based on the face recognition comprises the following steps:

The method comprises the steps that whether a current driving vehicle is a legal vehicle owner or not is judged through a face recognition system, if the current driving vehicle is the legal vehicle owner, the current driving vehicle can be normally used, if the current driving vehicle is not the legal vehicle owner, a face photo of the current driving vehicle is sent to an APP application of the vehicle owner through a network and sent to the vehicle owner, if the vehicle owner agrees, a person in a driving position can normally use the vehicle, and if the vehicle owner disagrees or does not answer, the person in the driving position cannot start the vehicle. Therefore, illegal persons are prevented from using the vehicle, and the personal and property safety of legal vehicle owners is guaranteed.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a vehicle authorization method based on face recognition according to an embodiment of the invention.
Step 101: when a person enters the vehicle to be started, a camera in the vehicle immediately collects face photos of a driver in the cab, and the collected face photos are identified and analyzed.
Step 102: if the vehicle authorized driving system analyzes the collected human face to obtain that a legal vehicle owner uses the vehicle, the current driver is given the authority of normally using the vehicle; otherwise step 103 is performed.
Step 103: if the vehicle authorized driving system analyzes the collected faces to obtain that the vehicle is not used by a legal vehicle owner, the face picture is sent to the cloud end, and whether the person has a record of using the vehicle before is checked. If the right to permanently use the vehicle has been granted by a previous legitimate owner, step 104 is performed. If there was a previous record that it has been rejected by the owner of the vehicle, the person cannot start the vehicle. If the cloud does not have a record of the driver's usage, step 105 is performed.
Step 104: the driver is given the authority to use the vehicle normally.
Step 105: the vehicle authorization driving system sends the collected face picture to a vehicle owner mobile phone APP of a legal vehicle owner vehicle, and waits for the legal vehicle owner to reply and confirm whether the current driver can normally use the vehicle or not.
Step 106: after seeing the picture of the current driver, the legal vehicle owner replies to the vehicle authorized driving system through the mobile phone APP to confirm whether the driver can use the vehicle or not. When the reply confirms that the vehicle is available, step 107 is performed. When the vehicle cannot be used as a reply confirmation, step 108 is performed.
Step 107: the vehicle authorized driving system gives the authority of normally using the vehicle to the current driver, and records the face information of the driver and the confirmation information of the legal vehicle owner. If the driver obtains the information that the vehicle can be normally used for more than the preset times of the vehicle owner, the driver sends a confirmation message to the legal vehicle owner, replies the authority for confirming that the driver uses the vehicle permanently and legally, and does not need to send face confirmation information to the driver.
Step 108: after a legal owner sees a picture of a current driver, when the legal owner sends that the driver can not use the vehicle, the vehicle authorization driving system enables the current driver to be incapable of starting the vehicle and records face information of the driver, and if the driver uses the vehicle again next time, the vehicle authorization driving system never gives the driver the permission to use the vehicle unless the legal owner changes the permission in the mobile phone APP. If the legal owner does not reply with the confirmation information of the use of the vehicle, the current cab personnel cannot start the vehicle until the owner gives the authorization confirmation.
