Abstract

The invention relates to the field of cement kiln garbage treatment, aims to solve the problems that the treatment capacity is low and the working condition stability of a cement kiln is influenced in the conventional cement kiln and garbage treatment technology, and provides a system and a method for treating household garbage by using a cement kiln and a garbage treatment technology. The cement kiln co-disposal household garbage system comprises a cement kiln system and a garbage feeding system; the cement kiln system comprises a tertiary air pipe and a decomposing furnace communicated with the tail end of the tertiary air pipe; the garbage feeding port is formed in the starting end of the tertiary air pipe; and the garbage feeding system is communicated with the garbage feeding port and is used for feeding the screened garbage oversize products into the starting end of the tertiary air pipe through the garbage feeding port. The invention has the advantages of fully utilizing the existing facilities of the cement kiln, having low investment cost and ensuring larger garbage treatment capacity under the condition of stable working condition of the cement kiln system.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cement kiln garbage treatment, in particular to a system and a method for cooperatively treating household garbage by a cement kiln.
Background
The cement kiln co-processing domestic garbage has the advantages of large processing capacity, high temperature, low investment, alkaline atmosphere, capability of participating in burning ash to clinker, full utilization of heat value and the like, and has recently gained wide attention at home and abroad. The existing cement kiln co-processing household garbage feeding points mainly comprise: a kiln tail decomposing furnace, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a kiln head burner or a kiln door cover throwing point and the like. Because the moisture of the material is higher and the component fluctuation is large, the problems of low disposal capability, influence on a cement kiln system and the like exist no matter the material is added at the head or the tail of the kiln.
Therefore, aiming at the problems of low disposal capability and influence on the stability of the working condition of the cement kiln in the prior art, a novel cement kiln cooperative disposal method and a novel cement kiln cooperative disposal device need to be developed, so that the normal operation of a cement kiln system is not influenced while the household garbage disposal amount is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a system and a method for treating domestic garbage by using a cement kiln in a synergic manner, and aims to solve the problems that the treatment capacity is low and the working condition stability of the cement kiln is influenced in the cement kiln in the prior art in the synergic garbage treatment.

The inventor researches in practical work to find that the oversize products of the household garbage are treated by the kiln tail, and when the treatment amount is less (less than or equal to 5t/h, aiming at a typical cement clinker production line of 5000 t/d), the influence on the system is not obvious; however, when the amount of the disposed materials is increased, the evaporation of a large amount of low-temperature materials and moisture easily causes the fluctuation of the temperature and the oxygen content of the smoke in the decomposing furnace, the operation of the decomposing furnace is unstable, the kiln condition is unstable, and the clinker yield and the amount of the disposed materials on the domestic garbage sieve are influenced.
The oversize materials of the household garbage are treated through the kiln head, and when the treatment amount is less (less than or equal to 2t/h, aiming at a typical 5000t/d cement clinker production line), the influence on the system is not obvious; however, when the treatment amount is increased, kiln skins fall off, the working condition of the rotary kiln fluctuates, and the quality and the yield of clinker are affected.
Therefore, the two schemes can not meet the two requirements of garbage treatment capacity and stable kiln working condition.
In view of this, the applicant has proposed the solutions as described in the examples below.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1 or 2, the present embodiment provides a cement kiln co-disposed domestic waste system 10, which includes a cement kiln system 11 and a waste feeding system 12.
The cement kiln system 11 comprises a tertiary air pipe 13 and a decomposing furnace 15 communicated with the tail end 14 of the tertiary air pipe 13. In addition, the cement kiln system 11 generally includes a kiln head cover 16 of the grate cooler, a rotary kiln 17, a smoke chamber 18 and other common structures. One end of the tertiary air pipe 13 is communicated with the kiln head cover 16, the tail end 14 is communicated with the decomposing furnace 15, the tertiary air pipe 13 of the cement kiln system 11 is obliquely arranged, and the starting end 19 of the tertiary air pipe 13 is lower and the end communicated with the decomposing furnace 15 is higher.
In this embodiment, the garbage feeding port 20 is provided at the starting end 19 of the tertiary air pipe 13; the garbage feeding system 12 is communicated with a garbage feeding port 20 and is used for feeding screened garbage oversize products into a starting end 19 of the tertiary air pipe 13 through the garbage feeding port 20.
In the system 10 for cooperatively treating household garbage by using the cement kiln, the garbage feeding port 20 for oversize garbage is arranged at the starting end 19 of the tertiary air pipe 13, so that the space of the tertiary air pipe 13 can be fully utilized, and the oversize garbage is dried and incinerated in the tertiary air pipe 13; the incinerated fly ash enters the decomposing furnace 15 under the high-speed action of the tertiary air, so that the deposition of the fly ash in the tertiary air pipe 13 is avoided; meanwhile, the temperature of the tertiary air is increased after incineration, and the influence of low-temperature materials and low-temperature flue gas entering the decomposing furnace 15 on the combustion of fuel in the furnace is avoided.

The garbage feeding system 12 comprises a buffer feeding device 21, a metering device 22 and a feeding air locking device 23 which are sequentially communicated, and the feeding air locking device 23 is communicated with a garbage feeding port 20.
