Referring to fig. 12 to 16, the rotary shaft 33 of the rotary drill has the function of connecting the cylinder and the chassis, so that the chassis and the cutting disc can be opened and closed relative to the cylinder, thereby discharging the residue soil. For the rotary drilling bit with the ultra-large caliber, the connection strength and the connection structure of the rotating shaft are important problems. The connecting plate of the conventional connecting structure is vertically welded with the rotary shaft sleeve, so that the welding seam is easy to tear. According to the structure, on one hand, the double-layer plate structure of the inner lining plate and the outer lining plate improves the connection strength of the cylinder body and the side sleeve of the rotating shaft; and on the other hand, the inner lining plate and the outer lining plate are obliquely arranged, so that the risk of tearing of the welding seam of the connecting vertical plate can be reduced. The cylinder wall hole is an arc hole, the inner lining plate and the outer lining plate are both arc plates, and shaft sleeve abdicating grooves are formed in straight edges of the lower portions of the inner lining plate and the outer lining plate so as to avoid influence on rotation of the shaft sleeve when the chassis is opened and closed. The outer end of each rotating shaft side sleeve is an inclined end face. A stopper bolt 38 for restricting the axial movement of the rotary shaft is provided in each rotary shaft side sleeve.
