Technical Field
The invention relates to a template processing device, in particular to a device for cleaning and applying a release agent on the surface of a template and a using method thereof.
Background
The reusable template is necessary to polish and clean floating pulp, rust, dust and other impurities on the inner side of the steel plate before use, and the isolating agent can be coated after cleaning, so that the isolating agent can be used for smoothly demoulding after concrete is solidified, and therefore the reusable template is a necessary step in construction.
The clean smoothness of the inner side of the template and the coating quality of the isolating agent directly influence the surface quality of the obtained cast concrete after construction. The formwork is cleaned for the inner side surface (namely a concrete contact surface) of a formwork before formwork supporting in the prior art, the conventional operation is to polish the inner side surface of the formwork by adopting a manual handheld electric steel wire brush, and due to the fact that an operator manually operates the formwork, the cleaning speed is low, and a large amount of fine scraps and dust can be generated in the polishing process, so that the pollution is caused to a construction site, and certain harm is caused to the occupational health of the operator. The operation of applying a brush with a separant in the prior art is also carried out by manually holding a roller brush, the work efficiency of applying a brush is low, the thickness of the separant coating is uneven, the separant is required to be repeatedly dipped from a vat by the roller brush in the construction, the separant is very easy to leak on a bottom plate and nearby structures, the material waste is caused, and certain pollution is caused to the operation surface.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a more convenient tool for cleaning the surface of a stencil and a tool for applying a release agent.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the invention provides a device for cleaning and applying a separant on the surface of a template, which comprises a steel wire brush, wherein the steel wire brush consists of a plurality of brush heads, each brush head is provided with a driving motor and an isolation cover, the isolation cover is divided into a brush cavity and a solvent cavity, the steel wire brush is arranged in the brush cavity, the top of the brush cavity is connected with a dust collection bin through a dust collection pipeline, and a draught fan is arranged in the dust collection bin; the agent cavity is provided with a spray head and is connected with an isolating agent storage bin through an isolating agent conveying pipeline, and the isolating agent storage bin is internally provided with a high-pressure pump; still be equipped with the battery group, driving motor, draught fan and high-pressure pump all with battery group circuit connection, establish the switch on their connecting circuit respectively.
The device integrates the functions of template cleaning and separant spraying, can improve the polishing cleaning efficiency and prevent dust from polluting the environment in the polishing process; the condition that the working surface is not polluted by the separant in the separant spraying process can be controlled, the painting uniformity and the painting quality can be controlled, the separant painting utilization rate is improved, and the waste is reduced.
The top of the isolation cover is provided with a handheld rod, two channels are arranged in the handheld rod, one channel is communicated with the brush cavity and is a part of the dust collection pipeline, and the other channel is communicated with the agent cavity and is a part of the isolating agent conveying pipeline; and circuit switches of the driving motor, the induced draft fan and the high-pressure pump are arranged on the handheld rod. The handheld rod is of a hard rod body structure, so that an operator can conveniently hold and control the steel wire brush and the sprayer to operate, the switch for controlling the overall operation is assembled on the handheld rod, and the operator can conveniently select or switch the operation type.
The brush head is a cylindrical steel brush roller, the steel brush roller is connected with the isolation cover through a spherical hinged joint, four brush heads which are parallel are arranged in the brush cavity, and the four brush heads are arranged in a straight line. The brush head that sets up side by side is arranged to a word in this structure, and the width of polishing is big on the one hand, and the operation width of polishing can be adjusted again to the angle of on the other hand adjustment cage, and the operation face can be wide can be narrow, avoids overlapping polishing, excessively polishes. The spherical hinge structure allows the four brush heads to conform to curved or otherwise uneven template surfaces.
Four isolating agent nozzles which are arranged in a straight line are arranged in the agent cavity and are connected with an isolating agent conveying pipeline in a parallel connection mode. The parallel spray heads arranged in a straight line are designed in the structure, so that the operation width is increased on one hand, the adjustment of the operation width can be realized by adjusting the angle of the isolation cover on the other hand, the spraying surface can be wide or narrow, and the situations of repeated spraying and local over-thickness of the isolating agent are avoided.
The bottom of the agent cavity is provided with a bottom plate convenient to disassemble; the lower periphery of the bottom of the agent cavity is provided with a sponge strip which is convenient to disassemble. The bottom plate can seal the agent cavity when polishing, prevents dust pollution shower nozzle. The sponge strip absorbs the redundant isolating agent in the spraying process and achieves the effect of secondary coating.
The dust collection bin, the separant storage bin and the storage battery set are assembled in an engineering box, and a travelling wheel is installed at the bottom of the engineering box. The engineering box facilitates equipment assembly and movement.
The use method of the device for cleaning and applying the release agent on the surface of the template comprises the following steps:
1) manually cleaning the surface of the template and pulling the template to a construction site by using a release agent device, installing a release agent cavity bottom plate, and placing a release cover on the surface of the steel template;
2) firstly, turning on a switch of the draught fan, then turning on a switch of a steel wire brush driving motor, and operating the hand-held rod 2 to enable the steel wire brush to walk on the surface of the steel plate;
3) vertically pushing the steel wire brushes arranged in a straight line at a position with heavy corrosion, rotating the hand-held rod when the width of the edge of the steel template to be polished is smaller than the polishing range of the steel wire brushes, inclining the steel wire brushes arranged in a straight line, increasing the pushing speed to keep the polishing depth, and turning off a steel wire brush driving motor switch and an induced draft fan switch after polishing;
4) the agent cavity bottom plate is replaced by a sponge strip, a high-pressure pump switch is turned on, the isolation cover is pushed to move on the surface of the steel template, the sponge strip simultaneously contacts the surface of the steel template, and the sponge strip adsorbs redundant isolating agents and enables the isolating agents to be evenly coated.
The method has the beneficial effects that 1, the integration of polishing and cleaning the steel template and brushing the isolating agent is realized, and the construction efficiency is improved; 2. the closed dust space provided by the isolation cover enables the dust removal system to avoid construction pollution and occupational health hazards. 3. The spraying of the separant adopts an atomization nozzle, the sponge strips with the replaceable agent cavity bottom part avoid the separant from overflowing, and the overflowing separant is uniformly coated on the template, so that the material waste and the pollution to the working surface can be reduced. .

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the device for cleaning and applying the release agent on the surface of the template provided by the invention comprises a steel wire brush 101, wherein the steel wire brush 101 consists of a plurality of brush heads, each brush head is provided with a driving motor, and is further provided with a shield 1, the shield 1 is divided into a brush cavity 1-1 and a release cavity 1-2, the steel wire brush 101 is arranged in the brush cavity 1-1, the top of the brush cavity 1-1 is connected with a dust collection bin 6 through a dust collection pipeline 5, and a draught fan is arranged in the dust collection bin 6; a spray head 102 is arranged in the agent cavity 1-2, the agent cavity 1-2 is connected with an isolating agent storage bin 7 through an isolating agent conveying pipeline 4, and a high-pressure pump is arranged in the isolating agent storage bin 7; still be equipped with battery group 8, driving motor, draught fan and high-pressure pump all pass through circuit 9 with battery group 8 and are connected, establish switch 3 on their connecting circuit 9 respectively.
The main components of the device are explained in detail below in different functional categories:
first, as shown in fig. 2, the polishing and cleaning system of the device comprises a wire brush 101 and a driving motor. The structure of each brush head is similar to that of a handheld grinding brush in the prior art, and the brush head adopts a cylindrical steel brush roller. The steel brush includes four brush heads that set up side by side totally, and each steel brush roller links to each other with cage 1 through spherical hinge 103, and spherical hinge 103 can realize the multi-angle and rotate. The four brush heads are arranged in a line, so that the operation width can be effectively increased, and the operation width can be changed when the angle is adjusted, thereby avoiding excessive polishing caused by overlapped cleaning. Each brush head is provided with a driving motor respectively, the driving motor is in circuit connection with the battery cell group 8, and a switch 3 is arranged on a circuit 9.
Secondly, a dust removal system, as shown in fig. 1, prevents the grinded powder and fine dust from flying arbitrarily as the name suggests. The dust collection device comprises an isolation hood 1, a dust collection pipeline 5 and a dust collection bin 6, wherein a draught fan is arranged in the dust collection bin 6 to suck and collect powder in the isolation hood 1 during polishing.
And thirdly, a release agent spraying system, as shown in figures 2 and 3, a release agent spray head 102 separated from the polishing steel wire brush 101 is arranged at the rear part of the isolation cover 1, the top of the agent cavity is connected with a release agent storage bin 7 through a release agent conveying pipeline 4, and each release agent spray head 102 is connected with the release agent conveying pipeline 4 in a parallel mode. The separant sprayer 102 is a high-pressure sprayer, and a high-pressure pump can be arranged on the separant storage bin 7 or the separant conveying pipeline 4. Or a pressurizer integrated with the release agent spray head 102. The release agent spray head 102 is used to spray release agent onto the surface of the template.
Fourth, this scheme adopts cage, handheld pole 2 and engineering case 10 to assemble each part together, forms the integrated device of the operation of the operating personnel of being convenient for, control. The isolation cover 1 is divided into a brush cavity 1-1 and a reagent cavity 1-2, so that different functions are distinguished, and the isolation cover does not influence each other and can not pollute each other. The top of the isolation cover 1 is provided with a handheld rod 2, two channels are arranged in the handheld rod 2, one channel is communicated with the brush cavity 1-1 and is a part of a dust absorption pipeline 5, and the other channel is communicated with the agent cavity 1-2 and is a part of an isolating agent conveying pipeline 4. And a circuit switch 3 of a driving motor, an induced draft fan and a high-pressure pump is arranged on the handheld rod 2. The rear end of the handheld rod 2 is wrapped by a dust removal pipeline, an isolating agent conveying pipeline 4 and a power line through a hose and is connected with a movable dust removal, isolating agent storage and battery pack integration box.
The dust collection bin 6, the separant storage bin 7 and the storage battery group 8 are assembled in an engineering box 10. The storage battery group 8 is arranged at the lower part of the engineering box 10 and provides power for each system; a dust collection bin 6 and an isolating agent storage bin 7 are arranged on the storage battery group, and the dust collection bin 6 is provided with an air suction pump and a dust removal filtering component; the separant storage bin 7 is provided with a spray pump. Four groups of universal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the engineering box 10 so as to be convenient to move.
A circle of replaceable sponge strips 104 are arranged at the bottom of the agent cavity 1-2 and used for sucking redundant isolating agents to avoid overflowing of the isolating agents. The sponge strip 104 is used when a separant is sprayed, and can be replaced by a bottom plate of a sealing agent cavity when the device cleans a template, and the bottom plate can also be of a structure convenient to detach.
The device is used as follows: the device is pulled to the site before the steel formwork is erected. The isolation cover is placed on the inner surface of the template through the operation of the handheld rod. The two systems work and then control the handheld rod to move the isolation cover, so that the steel wire brush moves slowly on the surface of the template to polish and clean. The brush cavity controls dust generated by polishing in the cavity range to carry out sealed dust removal. After polishing and cleaning are finished, the polishing and cleaning system is closed first, and then the dust removal system is closed.
And then, starting a release agent spraying system to spray release agent on the template, wherein the sponge strip 104 at the bottom of the agent cavity adsorbs the redundant release agent in the spraying process and achieves the effect of secondary coating.
The use method of the device for cleaning and applying the release agent on the surface of the template comprises the following steps:
1) manually cleaning the surface of the template and pulling the template to a construction site by using a release agent device, installing a base plate of an agent cavity 1-2, and placing a release cover 1 on the surface of the steel template;
2) firstly, turning on a switch of an induced draft fan, then turning on a steel wire brush 101 to drive a motor switch, and operating a hand-held rod 2 to enable the steel wire brush 101 to walk on the surface of a steel plate;
3) vertically pushing the steel wire brushes 101 which are arranged in a straight line at a position with heavy corrosion, rotating the hand-held rod 2 when the width of a steel template of which the edge needs to be polished is smaller than the polishing range of the steel wire brushes 101, so that the steel wire brushes 101 which are arranged in a straight line are inclined, increasing the pushing speed to keep the polishing depth, and closing the steel wire brushes 101 to drive a motor switch and an induced draft fan switch after polishing;
4) the agent cavity bottom plate is replaced by a sponge strip 104, a high-pressure pump switch is turned on, the isolation cover 1 is pushed to move on the surface of the steel template, and the sponge strip 104 simultaneously contacts the surface of the steel template to adsorb redundant isolating agent and enable the isolating agent to be uniformly coated.
The device and the method have the advantages that: 1. the integration of polishing and cleaning of the steel template and brushing of the separant is realized, and the construction efficiency is improved; 2. the closed dust space provided by the isolation cover enables the dust removal system to avoid construction pollution and occupational health hazards. 3. The spraying of the separant adopts an atomization nozzle, the sponge strips with the replaceable agent cavity bottom part avoid the separant from overflowing, and the overflowing separant is uniformly coated on the template, so that the material waste and the pollution to the working surface can be reduced.
The method is used before various steel templates are supported, and in the processes of polishing and cleaning the inner side surfaces of the templates and brushing the isolating agent, the polishing and cleaning efficiency can be improved, the pollution of dust to the environment in the polishing process can be avoided, the brushing efficiency of the isolating agent can be improved, and the brushing uniformity and brushing quality can be controlled.
