The working principle is as follows: when a user needs to use the device, firstly, a chemical material conveying pipe 18 needing rust removal is placed in a first clamp 5, then a second sliding sleeve 14 is pushed to move rightwards, the second sliding sleeve 14 moves rightwards to drive a first supporting rod 15 to move rightwards, the first supporting rod 15 moves rightwards to drive a second motor 16 and a second clamp 17, the second clamp 17 is made to be in contact with the left end of the material conveying pipe 18, then an air cylinder 11 is started, the air cylinder 11 drives a first motor 12 and a polishing wheel 13 to move downwards through a telescopic rod, the polishing wheel 13 is made to be in contact with the material conveying pipe 18, then the first motor 12 is started, the first motor 12 drives the polishing wheel 13 to rotate through an output shaft, the polishing wheel 13 rotates to polish rust on the material conveying pipe 18, then the second motor 16 is started, the second motor 16 drives the second clamp 17 to rotate through the output shaft, and because a first bearing 3 is in interference connection with the first rotating shaft 4, the second clamp 17 rotates to drive, therefore, the function of rotationally polishing the material conveying pipe 18 is achieved, then the third motor 21 is started, the third motor 21 drives the first screw 7 to rotate through the output shaft, the first sliding rod 9 is in sliding connection with the first sliding sleeve 10, the first screw 7 rotates to drive the first nut 8 to move left and right, the first nut 8 moves left and right, the first sliding sleeve 10, the air cylinder 11, the first motor 12 and the polishing wheel 13 move left and right, the function of laterally moving and polishing the material conveying pipe 18 is achieved, and after the material conveying pipe 18 is polished, the first motor 12, the second motor 16 and the third motor 21 are closed.
Because the mobile device 22 is further included, the mobile device 22 includes a third support rod 221, a fourth motor 222, a fourth support rod 223, a third bearing 224, a second screw 225 and a second nut 226, the third support rod 221 is fixedly connected to the left side above the base 1, the fourth motor 222 is fixedly connected to the right side of the third support rod 221, the fourth support rod 223 is fixedly connected to the base 1, the third bearing 224 is fixedly connected to the top end of the fourth support rod 223, the second screw 225 is connected to the third bearing 224 in an interference manner, the left end of the second screw 225 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the fourth motor 222, the second nut 226 is matched to the second screw 225, and the top end of the second nut 226 is fixedly connected to the second motor 16. Therefore, when the clamp is used, the fourth motor 222 is firstly started, the fourth motor 222 drives the second screw 225 to rotate through the output shaft, because the second sliding sleeve 14 is connected with the first sliding rod 9 in a sliding manner, the second screw 225 rotates to drive the second nut 226 to move left and right, the second nut 226 moves left and right to drive the second motor 16 and the second clamp 17 to move left and right, and after the fourth motor 222 is moved to a designated position, the fourth motor 222 is closed.

Therefore, when the cleaning agent is used, a proper amount of water is firstly added into the water tank 231, then the water pump 232 is started, the water pump 232 sucks the water in the water tank 231 through the first water pipe 233, then the water pump 232 sprays the water onto the material conveying pipe 18 through the second water pipe 234 and the spray head 236, so that the cleaning function is achieved, and after the cleaning agent is used, the water pump 232 is turned off.
Because still including fourth bearing 24, third pivot 25, puddler 26 and rocking handle 27, be equipped with fourth bearing 24 in the left part of water tank 231, interference connection has third pivot 25 in fourth bearing 24, and the right part of third pivot 25 evenly is equipped with puddler 26, at the left end fixedly connected with rocking handle 27 of third pivot 25. So when the antirust liquid is added to the water in the water tank 231, the water and the antirust liquid need to be stirred uniformly, the rocking handle 27 is shaken at first, the rocking handle 27 is made to rotate, the rocking handle 27 rotates to drive the third rotating shaft 25 to rotate, the third rotating shaft 25 rotates to drive the stirring rod 26 to rotate, the stirring rod 26 rotates to achieve the function of stirring the antirust liquid and the water in the water tank 231, and after the antirust liquid is used, the rocking handle 27 is stopped to be shaken.
Because the third rotating shaft 25 is further provided with a first belt wheel 28, a second belt wheel 30 and a belt 31, the first belt wheel 28 is connected to the left part of the second bracket 19, a through hole 29 is formed in the left part of the second bracket 19, the second belt wheel 30 is fixedly connected to the left part of the first screw 7, the belt 31 is connected between the second belt wheel 30 and the first belt wheel 28, and the belt 31 passes through the through hole 29. Therefore, when the device is used, the first screw 7 rotates to drive the second belt wheel 30 to rotate, the second belt wheel 30 rotates to drive the first belt wheel 28 to rotate through the belt 31, and the first belt wheel 28 rotates to drive the third rotating shaft 25 to rotate, so that the function of electrically stirring water and antirust liquid in the water tank 231 is achieved.
