Abstract
The invention provides a tippler without material accumulation and an operation method. The invention comprises a tipper carrier roller and a tipper rotor, wherein the tipper rotor can turn over and unload materials on the tipper carrier roller, the tipper rotor is internally connected with a tipper side pressing beam, a tipper backup plate and a tipper platform, the tipper side pressing beam and the tipper side pressing beam are used for pressing and holding an upper side beam of an open car from top to bottom, the tipper backup plate is positioned on the tipper side of the tipper rotor and used for supporting the side surface of the open car from the tipper side, the tipper platform can support the open car through fixed wheels, the tipper further comprises a tipper side supporting device connected to the tipper rotor and used for supporting the side surface of the open car from the tipper side, and a tipper side platform guard rail used for supporting the side surface of the open car on the tipper side in the turnover process. The invention is simple and reliable, and solves the problem of material accumulation of the tippler due to insufficient turning angle.

Compared with the existing tipper shown in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 6, the tipper of the present invention is additionally provided with a tipper opposite-side supporting device 11 and a newly added tipper side platform guard rail 12, wherein the newly added tipper opposite-side supporting device 11 is located on the tipper rotor 4, is located at the tipper opposite side, and is used for abutting against the tipper opposite-side surface of the open wagon 8 from the tipper opposite side, and is used for preventing the vehicle 8 from falling out from the tipper opposite side after the tipper exceeds 180 degrees; and a turnover side platform guard rail 12 is additionally arranged for stopping the wheels 9 of the open wagon 8 at the turnover side after the turnover exceeds 180 degrees.
As shown in the attached figures 6-7, the working principle of the no-material-accumulation car dumper is as follows:
