Abstract

本发明公开了锂电池防护设备技术领域的一种带有抗震防护装置的锂电池,包括运输箱体,所述顶块底部与锂电池本体顶部外壁贴合,所述锂电池本体底部外壁四角均设置有垫块,所述运输箱体底部内壁四角均设置有与垫块相配合的缓冲组件,在安装顶板时向下按压顶板,然后将定位杆插入定位杆外壁设置的凹槽内将顶板固定,在连接板升降时升降板带动齿轮在齿条外壁旋转,保持连接板升降的稳定性,且在运输箱体晃动时,锂电池本体在滑槽内上下滑动,此时连接板升降对复位弹簧进行压缩,锂电池本体对支撑弹簧进行压缩,复位弹簧形变产生的弹力削弱锂电池本体升降时的冲击力,支撑弹簧形变产生的弹力进一步削弱锂电池本体升降时的冲击力,达到减震效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及锂电池防护设备技术领域,具体为一种带有抗震防护装置的锂电池。
背景技术
锂电池在运输过程时容易发生晃动,需要要到防护装置对齐进行固定,但是传统的防护装置只是对锂电池进行固定,而锂电池在晃动时其内部结构容易被破坏,影响其使用寿命,因此简单的对锂电池进行固定并不能达到理想的防护效果,为此,我们提出一种带有抗震防护装置的锂电池。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有抗震防护装置的锂电池,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种带有抗震防护装置的锂电池,包括运输箱体,所述运输箱体左右两侧内壁均设置有滑槽,两组所述滑槽内从上到下依次滑动连接有顶板和锂电池本体,所述顶板左右两侧外壁均活动插接有定位杆,两组所述定位杆相背一端延伸至运输箱体外侧,所述顶板底部外壁设置有顶块,所述顶块底部与锂电池本体顶部外壁贴合,所述锂电池本体底部外壁四角均设置有垫块,所述运输箱体底部内壁四角均设置有与垫块相配合的缓冲组件,所述缓冲组件包括与垫块底部连接的连接板,所述连接板顶部外壁设置有与垫块相配合的凹槽,所述连接板底部外壁中心复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧底部固定连接有安装板,所述连接板底部外壁左右两侧均固定连接有升降板,所述安装板顶部外壁设置有与升降板相配合的定位槽,所述升降板左侧外壁设置有左右贯通的开槽,且开槽前后两侧内壁通过轴承连接有齿轮,所述连接板底部外壁与升降板连接部分的左侧设置有凹槽,且凹槽内滑动连接有侧板,所述侧板底部与安装板顶部外壁固定连接,所述侧板与连接板相对一侧外壁设置有齿条,所述齿轮与齿条啮合。
进一步地,所述运输箱体底部内壁均匀设置有支撑弹簧,所述支撑弹簧顶部固定连接有托块,所述托块顶部与锂电池本体底部外壁贴合,所述托块为圆台状橡胶块,其顶部直径小于底部直径。
进一步地,所述连接板底部外壁左右两侧对称设置有弹性金属片,所述弹性金属片底部与安装板顶部外壁固定连接,且两组所述弹性金属片位于两组升降板外侧,所述弹性金属片内腔设置有弹簧伸缩杆。
进一步地,所述升降板底部卡接有弹性橡胶块,且弹性橡胶块与定位槽滑动连接。
进一步地,所述安装板顶部外壁四角均设置有安装螺孔,且所述运输箱体底部内壁设置有与安装螺孔相配合的定位螺孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:在安装顶板时向下按压顶板,然后将定位杆插入定位杆外壁设置的凹槽内将顶板固定,两组定位杆相背一端延伸至运输箱体外侧,顶板底部外壁设置有顶块,顶块为圆台状弹性橡胶块,其顶部直径大于底部直径,在对锂电池本体进行抵紧的同时,减小其自身与锂电池本体的接触面积,从而减小顶块对锂电池本体散热的影响,齿轮与齿条啮合,在连接板升降时升降板带动齿轮在齿条外壁旋转,保持连接板升降的稳定性,且在运输箱体晃动时,锂电池本体在滑槽内上下滑动,此时连接板升降对复位弹簧进行压缩,锂电池本体对支撑弹簧进行压缩,复位弹簧形变产生的弹力削弱锂电池本体升降时的冲击力,支撑弹簧形变产生的弹力进一步削弱锂电池本体升降时的冲击力,达到减震效果,弹性金属片和弹簧伸缩杆形变产生的弹力对连接板升降时的冲击力进行削弱,且弹簧伸缩杆起到辅助支撑作用,避免弹性金属片变形无法回弹。

本发明提供一种带有抗震防护装置的锂电池,具有抗震和便于拆装的优点,请参阅图1,包括运输箱体1,运输箱体1左右两侧内壁均设置有滑槽2,两组滑槽2内从上到下依次滑动连接有顶板7和锂电池本体8,顶板7左右两侧外壁均活动插接有定位杆10,在安装顶板7时向下按压顶板7,然后将定位杆10插入定位杆10外壁设置的凹槽内,将顶板7固定,两组定位杆10相背一端延伸至运输箱体1外侧,顶板7底部外壁设置有顶块9,顶块9为圆台状弹性橡胶块,其顶部直径大于底部直径,在对锂电池本体8进行抵紧的同时,减小其自身与锂电池本体8的接触面积,从而减小顶块9对锂电池本体8散热的影响,顶块9底部与锂电池本体8顶部外壁贴合,锂电池本体8底部外壁四角均设置有垫块3,运输箱体1底部内壁四角均设置有与垫块3相配合的缓冲组件4;
请参阅图2,缓冲组件4包括与垫块3底部连接的连接板11,连接板11顶部外壁设置有与垫块3相配合的凹槽,连接板11底部外壁中心复位弹簧12,复位弹簧12底部固定连接有安装板13,连接板11底部外壁左右两侧均固定连接有升降板14,安装板13顶部外壁设置有与升降板14相配合的定位槽15,升降板14左侧外壁设置有左右贯通的开槽,且开槽前后两侧内壁通过轴承连接有齿轮17,连接板11升降时升降板14带动齿轮17在齿条18外壁旋转,保持连接板11升降的稳定性,连接板11底部外壁与升降板14连接部分的左侧设置有凹槽,且凹槽内滑动连接有侧板16,侧板16起到定位作用,使连接板11升降保持稳定,侧板16底部与安装板13顶部外壁固定连接,侧板16与连接板11相对一侧外壁设置有齿条18,齿轮17与齿条18啮合,在运输箱体1晃动时,锂电池本体8在滑槽2内上下滑动,此时连接板11升降对复位弹簧12进行压缩,复位弹簧12形变产生的弹力削弱锂电池本体8升降时的冲击力,达到减震效果。
请参阅图1,运输箱体1底部内壁均匀设置有支撑弹簧5,支撑弹簧5顶部固定连接有托块6,在锂电池本体8受到震动升降时,支撑弹簧5被压缩,支撑弹簧5形变产生的弹力削弱锂电池本体8升降时的冲击力,达到减震效果,托块6顶部与锂电池本体8底部外壁贴合,托块6为圆台状橡胶块,其顶部直径小于底部直径,减小托块6与锂电池本体8的接触面积,降低托块6对锂电池本体8散热的影响。
请参阅图2,连接板11底部外壁左右两侧对称设置有弹性金属片19,弹性金属片19底部与安装板13顶部外壁固定连接,且两组弹性金属片19位于两组升降板14外侧,弹性金属片19内腔设置有弹簧伸缩杆20,弹性金属片19和弹簧伸缩杆20形变产生的弹力对连接板11升降时的冲击力进行削弱,且弹簧伸缩杆20起到辅助支撑作用,避免弹性金属片19变形无法回弹。
请参阅图2,升降板14底部卡接有弹性橡胶块,在升降板14下降时起到缓冲作用,减小升降板14的磨损,且弹性橡胶块与定位槽15滑动连接。
请参阅图2,安装板13顶部外壁四角均设置有安装螺孔,且运输箱体1底部内壁设置有与安装螺孔相配合的定位螺孔,便于将安装板13安装在运输箱体1底部。
实施例:在安装顶板7时向下按压顶板7,然后将定位杆10插入定位杆10外壁设置的凹槽内,将顶板7固定,两组定位杆10相背一端延伸至运输箱体1外侧,顶板7底部外壁设置有顶块9,顶块9为圆台状弹性橡胶块,其顶部直径大于底部直径,在对锂电池本体8进行抵紧的同时,减小其自身与锂电池本体8的接触面积,从而减小顶块9对锂电池本体8散热的影响,齿轮17与齿条18啮合,在连接板11升降时升降板14带动齿轮17在齿条18外壁旋转,保持连接板11升降的稳定性,且在运输箱体1晃动时,锂电池本体8在滑槽2内上下滑动,此时连接板11升降对复位弹簧12进行压缩,复位弹簧12形变产生的弹力削弱锂电池本体8升降时的冲击力,达到减震效果。

1.一种带有抗震防护装置的锂电池,包括运输箱体(1),其特征在于:所述运输箱体(1)左右两侧内壁均设置有滑槽(2),两组所述滑槽(2)内从上到下依次滑动连接有顶板(7)和锂电池本体(8),所述顶板(7)左右两侧外壁均活动插接有定位杆(10),两组所述定位杆(10)相背一端延伸至运输箱体(1)外侧,所述顶板(7)底部外壁设置有顶块(9),所述顶块(9)底部与锂电池本体(8)顶部外壁贴合,所述锂电池本体(8)底部外壁四角均设置有垫块(3),所述运输箱体(1)底部内壁四角均设置有与垫块(3)相配合的缓冲组件(4),所述缓冲组件(4)包括与垫块(3)底部连接的连接板(11),所述连接板(11)顶部外壁设置有与垫块(3)相配合的凹槽,所述连接板(11)底部外壁中心复位弹簧(12),所述复位弹簧(12)底部固定连接有安装板(13),所述连接板(11)底部外壁左右两侧均固定连接有升降板(14),所述安装板(13)顶部外壁设置有与升降板(14)相配合的定位槽(15),所述升降板(14)左侧外壁设置有左右贯通的开槽,且开槽前后两侧内壁通过轴承连接有齿轮(17),所述连接板(11)底部外壁与升降板(14)连接部分的左侧设置有凹槽,且凹槽内滑动连接有侧板(16),所述侧板(16)底部与安装板(13)顶部外壁固定连接,所述侧板(16)与连接板(11)相对一侧外壁设置有齿条(18),所述齿轮(17)与齿条(18)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有抗震防护装置的锂电池,其特征在于:所述运输箱体(1)底部内壁均匀设置有支撑弹簧(5),所述支撑弹簧(5)顶部固定连接有托块(6),所述托块(6)顶部与锂电池本体(8)底部外壁贴合,所述托块(6)为圆台状橡胶块,其顶部直径小于底部直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有抗震防护装置的锂电池,其特征在于:所述连接板(11)底部外壁左右两侧对称设置有弹性金属片(19),所述弹性金属片(19)底部与安装板(13)顶部外壁固定连接,且两组所述弹性金属片(19)位于两组升降板(14)外侧,所述弹性金属片(19)内腔设置有弹簧伸缩杆(20)。
