And the control system sends a message to the mobile phone of the vehicle owner according to the predicted charging ending time, and obtains the final charging and parking cost of the vehicle owner according to different charging types and charging times by using a charging algorithm system. The metering module of the charging pile comprises a timing device and a metering device, the metering device records data according to the electric quantity required by charging, the timing device starts timing from the time when the new energy automobile drives over the pressure sensor, and the timing is finished when the automobile owner clicks the touch display screen 2 to finish service.
