The locking mechanism has a locking state, a primary unlocking state of incomplete unlocking and a secondary unlocking state of complete unlocking; the secondary lock catch 1024 has a closed position, a first open position, and a second open position; when the locking mechanism is in the locked state, the secondary lock catch 1024 is in the closed position, and the primary lock 1033 notch feature mates with the locking protrusion 1023 of the rear bracket 102; when the locking mechanism is in the primary unlocked state, the secondary lock catch 1024 is in the first open position, the notch feature of the primary lock 1033 remains locked with the locking protrusion 1023 of the rear bracket 102, and the secondary lock catch 1024 releases the locking of the external lock catch B; when the locking mechanism is in the fully unlocked state, the secondary lock catch 1024 is in the second open position, i.e., the reset state, and the primary lock 1033 notch feature unlocks the locking protrusion 1023 of the rear bracket 102.
When the user unloads or unloads the cargo, the secondary lock catch 1024 is first unlocked by the external lock catch B, and from the closed position to the first open position, the notch feature of the primary lock 1033 and the locking protrusion 1023 of the rear bracket 102 remain locked, and the whole locking mechanism reaches the unlocked primary unlocking state. Then, taking the engaging point of the notch feature of the main lock 1033 and the locking protrusion 1023 of the rear bracket 102 as an axis, moving the rear bracket 102 upwards, unlocking the main lock 1033 and the locking protrusion 1023 until completely separating, and making the whole locking mechanism reach a completely unlocked secondary unlocking state, at this time, rolling up the rear bracket 102 inserted with the cloak 200 towards the front bracket 101 until approaching the front bracket 101, hooking the binding band 201 on the cloak 200 with the binding band buckle 202 outside, fixing the car cover, and completing the rolling up operation of the car cover.

Claims (10)

1. A pickup truck soft top box cover, characterized in that, it includes:
the carriage cover frame is fixedly connected to the carriage bucket metal plate and comprises a front support, a rear support and two side supports, wherein the front support and the rear support are arranged oppositely, and the two side supports are connected between the front support and the rear support; a cloak containing groove is arranged on the carriage cover frame, and at least two supporting parts which are oppositely arranged are arranged on the inner side of the carriage cover frame;
the periphery of the cloak is inserted into the cloak accommodating groove and covers the carriage bucket;
and the middle bracket is fixedly connected with the cloak, and two ends of the middle bracket are respectively lapped on the supporting part.
2. The pickup truck soft top box cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein a pair of said support portions are provided on opposite sides of said side bracket at a predetermined distance, and one said center bracket is provided on each said pair of support portions.

The pickup truck soft top cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side frame of the cover is connected to the sheet metal of the hopper by a plurality of fasteners; the lower side of the carriage cover frame is provided with at least one pair of pre-hanging notches, the carriage bucket is provided with pre-hanging fasteners at positions corresponding to the pre-hanging notches, and the carriage cover frame is hung on the carriage bucket metal plate through the pre-hanging notches.

The pickup truck soft top cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front bracket and the side bracket are connected by a corner joint, and the corner joint is provided with a water guiding structure on an outer side surface far away from the car hopper for guiding water to the outer side of the car hopper.
5. The pickup truck soft top box cover as claimed in claim 4, wherein a water guide channel is formed between the front support and the cab back plate metal plate, and the water guide channel has a structure with a high middle part and two low ends for guiding rainwater to the corner joint.

The pickup truck soft top box cover as claimed in claim 5, wherein a box liner is provided on the outer side of the box metal plate, a first waterproof groove is formed on one side of the front bracket facing the box liner, and a first waterproof rubber strip is provided in the first waterproof groove; a second waterproof rubber strip is arranged between the compartment hopper lining plate and the cab back plate metal plate; the water guide channel is formed among the front support, the upper side surface of the compartment hopper lining plate and the cab back plate metal plate.

The pickup truck soft top cover as recited in claim 1, wherein the top cover is provided with a sleeve at each of front and rear ends thereof, a support rod is provided in the sleeve, the front and rear supports are provided with a cylindrical top receiving groove extending in a horizontal direction, an opening direction of the cylindrical top receiving groove faces downward, and the sleeve of the top cover is inserted into the cylindrical top receiving groove along the opening.
8. The pickup truck soft top cover as set forth in claim 1, wherein said cloak has lips at left and right ends, said side brackets have a strip-shaped cloak receiving groove toward the outside of said car hopper, and said lip of said cloak is inserted into said strip-shaped cloak receiving groove.
9. The pickup truck soft top cover as set forth in claim 6, wherein a second waterproof groove is formed on a side of the side bracket facing the lining board of the pickup truck, and a third waterproof strip is provided in the second waterproof groove.
10. The pickup truck soft top cover as set forth in claim 1, wherein a locking mechanism is provided between said side bracket and said rear bracket, said locking mechanism being adapted to lock said rear bracket to said side bracket.
