Step S1: overprinting detection marks of the front and back sides of the printed book text; in step S1, the overprint detection mark is printed in a cut-out area of the book text, which is cut out after the book text printing is completed.
Step S2: overprint detection marks printed on the front and back sides of a book text are collected.
And step S3: and analyzing the horizontal spacing and the vertical spacing of overprint detection marks printed on the front side and the back side of the book text, and judging whether the horizontal spacing and the vertical spacing meet the requirement of printing errors. In step S3, the printing error of the vertical pitch is, for example, ± 0.15mm, and the printing error of the horizontal pitch is, for example, ± 0.15mm.
And step S4: if the horizontal spacing and the vertical spacing meet the requirement of printing errors, continuing printing; and if the horizontal spacing and the vertical spacing do not meet the printing error requirement, giving an alarm and stopping printing.
According to the method, the overprint detection marks are printed on the front side and the back side of the book text, and the horizontal spacing and the vertical spacing of the overprint detection marks printed on the front side and the back side of the book text are analyzed, so that the dislocation detection of the front printed page and the back printed page is carried out in real time, and the printing effect and the reading experience of the book are guaranteed.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for detecting the overprinting of the printed front and back sides of a book according to a second embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the step of collecting the overprint detection marks printed on the front and back sides of the book text in step S2 includes:
step S21: and collecting overprint detection marks printed on the front side of the book text.
Step S22: and illuminating the overprint detection marks printed on the reverse side of the book text, and collecting the overprint detection marks printed on the reverse side of the book text.
According to the embodiment, the reverse side of the book text is illuminated, the overprint detection identification of the reverse side is identified by utilizing the backlight perspective principle, two visual detection modules do not need to be arranged, the book text does not need to be turned over, and the detection efficiency is improved.
The present embodiment provides two possibilities for step S4. Step S4 comprises the following steps:
step S41: if the horizontal spacing and the vertical spacing simultaneously meet the requirement of printing errors, continuing to print;
step S42: and if the horizontal spacing and/or the vertical spacing do not meet the printing error requirement, giving an alarm and stopping printing.
In the embodiment, only when the horizontal distance and the vertical distance are met within the error range, the printing is continued, and the printing effect and the reading experience of the books are guaranteed.
