The method comprises the following steps: s1 dipping the kraft paper printed with patterns in a glue pool, drying the kraft paper by an oven, cutting the kraft paper into 1.2 x 2.4 meters, spreading the kraft paper on a steel plate of a pressing machine, and spreading 6 layers in total; s2 dipping common kraft paper in glue pond, drying in oven, cutting into 1.2 x 2.4 m, spreading on the kraft paper printed with pattern, and spreading 28 layers; s3, dipping the craft paper printed with pattern into glue through a glue pool, cutting into 1.2 x 2.4 meters after drying through a baking oven, spreading on a steel plate of a pressing machine, and spreading 6 layers; and S4 pressing the paper sheets by covering a steel plate after the paper sheets are laid. The chopping board disclosed by the invention can resist high temperature of 176 ℃ after being cured, can be washed by a dish washing machine, has the surface hardness of 90 ℃ in shore hardness, is durable, does not absorb water, has shallow knife mark, does not deform, does not need to be colored at a later stage, and does not fade.
