After the oil coating process by the second oil coating mechanism 6, the spring a16 and the spring b18 need to be attached to the piston a15 and the piston b17, and after the attachment of the spring a16 and the spring b18 is completed, the piston a15 and the piston b17 can be attached to the left handle assembly 11 and the right handle assembly 12.
In the spring loading process, when the spring a16 and the spring b18 are loaded, the spring loading error is very easy to occur, so that the spring a16 and the spring b18 are synchronously clamped and loaded into the corresponding piston a15 and the piston b17 through the automatic clamping loading of the preassembly mechanism 7, and all the springs a16 and the spring b18 are synchronously loaded, so that the problem of manual loading error is avoided.

and the unlocking block 83 is arranged on the pushing end of the longitudinal unlocking cylinder 81, and the unlocking block 83 is used for shifting the shifting block 335, so that the positioning clamping block 333 is unlocked to tightly lock the left handle assembly 11 or the right handle assembly 12.
It should be noted that, in order to facilitate the synchronous loading and unloading of the left handle assembly 11 and the right handle assembly 12 by the operator, the unlocking mechanism 8 synchronously drives the left handle positioning unit 33 and the right handle positioning unit 34 to unlock, so that the left handle assembly 11 and the right handle assembly 12 can be unlocked synchronously and also loaded synchronously.
It is further described that the unlocking block 83 simultaneously blocks the shifting blocks 335 on the left handle positioning unit 33 and the right handle positioning unit 34, and then the shifting blocks 335 drive the positioning clamping blocks 333 to move under the driving of the transverse unlocking cylinder 82, so as to realize unlocking and locking.

2. The fully-automatic pre-assembling equipment for the steering wheel of the automobile as claimed in claim 1, wherein the loading mechanism (3) comprises:
a bottom plate (31), wherein the bottom plate (31) is horizontally arranged;
a base positioning unit (32), wherein the base positioning unit (32) is arranged on the bottom plate (31) and is used for bearing the horizontally placed base (13);
a left handle positioning unit (33), wherein the left handle positioning unit (33) is arranged on the bottom plate (31) and is used for bearing the left handle assembly (11) which is vertically arranged, and a left handle groove opening (111) which is used for assembling the piston a (15) on the left handle assembly (11) is arranged at the top;
the right handle positioning unit (34) is arranged on the bottom plate (31) and used for bearing the right handle assembly (12) which is vertically arranged, and a right handle notch (121) which is used for assembling the piston a (15) on the right handle assembly (12) is arranged at the top; and
the material loading seat (35) is installed on the bottom plate (31) and used for positioning and loading the piston a (15), the spring a (16), the piston b (17) and the spring b (18), and the piston a (15) and the piston b (17) are arranged in an inverted mode.
3. The fully-automatic pre-assembling device for the steering wheel of the automobile as set forth in claim 2, wherein the base positioning unit (32) comprises:
the mandrel (321) is vertically arranged and is used for being sleeved with the central hole in the base (13);
a support shaft (322), the support shaft (322) being disposed around the spindle (321) for supporting the base (13); and
the base comprises a first positioning block (323) and a second positioning block (324), wherein the first positioning block (323) and the second positioning block (324) are respectively located on two sides of the mandrel (321) and used for positioning the base (13).
4. The fully automatic assembling equipment for preassembling a steering wheel of an automobile according to claim 2, wherein each of the left handle positioning unit (33) and the right handle positioning unit (34) comprises:
a handle body support seat (331), said handle body support seat (331) for supporting a handle body of said left handle assembly (11) or right handle assembly (12);
a crown support base (332), the crown support base (332) being disposed parallel to the shank support base (331) and configured to support a crown of the left handle assembly (11) or the right handle assembly (12);
the positioning clamping block (333), the positioning clamping block (333) is arranged on the crown support seat (332) in a sliding mode, and the positioning clamping block abuts against the left handle assembly (11) or the right handle assembly (12);
the spiral spring (334) is installed on the positioning clamping block (333) and drives the positioning clamping block (333) to horizontally slide and reset; and
the shifting block (335) is slidably mounted on the crown support seat (332), and a shifting rod (336) for shifting the positioning clamping block (333) is arranged on the shifting block (335).

The fully automatic assembling device for preassembling a steering wheel of an automobile according to claim 4, wherein the left handle positioning unit (33) further comprises a rotor positioning seat (337), the rotor positioning seat (337) is disposed on top of the handle body supporting seat (331) and is used for positioning the rotor (112) on top of the left handle assembly (11).
6. The fully automatic pre-assembly device for the steering wheel of the vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the first oiling mechanism (4) comprises:
the transverse linear motor (41), the transverse linear motor (41) is arranged along the horizontal tangential direction of the turntable mechanism (2);
the longitudinal linear motor (42) is arranged on a moving part of the transverse linear motor (41), and the longitudinal linear motor (42) is vertically arranged on the transverse linear motor (41) along the horizontal direction;
a first oil jet (43), the first oil jet (43) being mounted on a moving portion of the longitudinal linear motor (42), and being disposed vertically downward; and
and the receiving cup (44) is arranged right below the first oil nozzle (43) and is used for receiving oil drops dropped by the first oil nozzle (43).
7. The fully automatic pre-assembling device for the steering wheel of the vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the press-fitting mechanism (5) comprises:
the lifting cylinder (51), the lifting cylinder (51) is arranged along the vertical direction in a downward pushing manner;
the mounting seat (52) is mounted at the pushing end part of the lifting cylinder (51), and the lifting cylinder (51) drives the mounting seat (52) to lift;
the press-fitting seat (53) is mounted on the mounting seat (52) in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, and an elastic piece (54) for elastically extruding the press-fitting seat (53) is arranged at the upper end of the press-fitting seat; and
the pressing block (55) is installed on the press-fitting seat (53), and presses down a stop gear shifter (14) pre-installed on the base (13).
8. The fully automatic pre-assembly device for the steering wheel of the vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the second oiling mechanism (6) comprises:
a three-axis robot arm (61);
the connector (62), the connector (62) is mounted on the end part of the three-axis mechanical arm (61) which can swing movably;
a second oil jet (63), the second oil jet (63) being mounted on the connecting head (62); and
and the waste cup (64) is arranged right below the second oil nozzle (63) and is used for receiving oil drops dropped from the second oil nozzle (63).
9. The fully automatic preassembly device for automobile steering wheels according to claim 5, wherein the preassembly mechanism (7) comprises:
the pushing arm (71), the pushing arm (71) is arranged in a pushing mode along the direction of pointing to the central point of the turntable mechanism (2) along the horizontal direction;
the lifting arm (72) is arranged on the pushing end of the pushing arm (71), is vertically perpendicular to the pushing arm (71) and is arranged in a pushing mode in the vertical direction;
a pre-assembly mounting plate (73), wherein the pre-assembly mounting plate (73) is mounted at the lifting end part of the lifting arm (72);
a first spring pneumatic clamping jaw (74), wherein the first spring pneumatic clamping jaw (74) is arranged on the preassembly mounting plate (73) and is used for clamping the spring a (16) arranged in the piston a (15); and
a second spring pneumatic jaw (75), the second spring pneumatic jaw (75) being mounted on the preassembly mounting plate (73), arranged side by side with the first spring pneumatic jaw (74), and configured to grip the spring b (18) placed inside the piston b (17).

the unlocking block (83) is installed on the pushing end of the longitudinal unlocking cylinder (81), and the shifting block (335) is shifted to enable the positioning clamping block (333) to unlock and tightly lock the left handle assembly (11) or the right handle assembly (12).
