Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
Before tempering the parts in the heat treatment process of the continuous mesh belt furnace, quenching oil on the surfaces of the parts can be cleaned by a drum-type cleaning machine. The cleaning machine body comprises a roller, a driving part and a transmission part, wherein the driving part and the transmission part drive the roller to rotate.
The drive division specifically can adopt the motor, and the drive division specifically can adopt the chain subassembly, and the drive sprocket of chain subassembly links to each other with the output shaft of motor, and driven sprocket sets up in the cylinder periphery, and the chain tensioning is between drive sprocket and driven sprocket. The driving transmission mode is stable and reliable.
As shown in fig. 1, the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the drum is provided with a spiral structure 105, and the spiral structure 105 is screwed from the inlet end of the drum to the outlet end of the drum along the axial direction of the drum. It is preferred to have the spiral 105 continuously spiraling from the inlet end of the drum to the outlet end of the drum.
When the quenching oil cleaning device is used, parts are conveyed to the inlet of the roller, cleaning liquid is introduced into the roller, the parts 01 rotate and move to the outlet end of the roller under the rotating action of the roller and the guiding action of the spiral structure 105, and the quenching oil on the surfaces of the parts is cleaned in the rotating and moving processes.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the peripheral wall of the drum has a near wall a close to the center of the drum and a far wall b far from the center of the drum, and the near wall a and the far wall b are staggered from each other in the radial direction of the drum, so that an installation opening c is formed in the radial direction of the drum, and a filter screen 101 is installed at the installation opening c. The filter screen 101 may be connected to the circumferential wall of the drum by means of threaded fasteners.
In the figure, the roller comprises four arc-shaped wall plates 102, and the four arc-shaped wall plates 102 are sequentially welded end to end along the circumferential direction and jointly enclose to form the circumferential wall of the roller. Of the adjacent curved wall plates 102, the rear end (i.e., trailing end) of the preceding curved wall plate 102 forms the near wall a, and the front end (i.e., leading end) of the succeeding curved wall plate 102 forms the far wall b. In fig. 2, four near wall positions a and four far wall positions b are formed together, so that four mounting openings c are formed, and the filter screens 101 are mounted at the four mounting openings c.
Of course, in practical implementation, the number of the curved wall plates 102 may be any number, including one, two or more, and is not limited to four. When only one curved wall plate 102 is provided, the curvature of the curved wall plate 102 is approximately 360 °, a proximal wall a is formed at the rear end of the curved wall plate 102, a distal wall b is formed at the front end, and a mounting opening c is formed between the front end and the rear end of the curved wall plate 102.
Relatively speaking, when a plurality of arc-shaped wall plates 102 are arranged, the radian of each arc-shaped wall plate 102 does not need to be too large, so that the arc-shaped wall plates 102 are easy to form and low in processing cost.
In the prior roller for cleaning the parts, drain holes are distributed on the peripheral wall for discharging the cleaning liquid, and the problem that the parts are clamped by the hole edges of the drain holes is easily caused by adopting the structure, so that the parts are easily clamped in the roller.
According to the invention, the mounting opening c is formed in the radial direction of the roller, and the filter screen 101 is mounted at the mounting opening c, so that the cleaning liquid is discharged from the filter screen 101, and a drain hole is not required to be arranged on the peripheral wall of the roller, thereby solving the problem that the drain hole blocks parts.
When the rotary drum is used, the rotary drum rotates from back to front (namely, the rotary drum rotates along the anticlockwise direction under the view angle of fig. 2), the part rotates forwards along with the rotary drum, and when the rotary drum rotates to a certain height, the part falls back under the action of gravity.
Since the near wall a is formed by the rear end of the arc-shaped wall plate 102 and the far wall b is formed by the front end of the arc-shaped wall plate 102 in the present invention, the parts can smoothly pass over the filter screen 101 without being caught by the filter screen 101 in the process of sliding the parts backward.
Specifically, it is preferable to make the filter screen 101 perpendicular to the near wall a and the far wall b of the corresponding curved wall plate 102, so that the discharge speed of the cleaning liquid can be relatively fast and the parts can easily pass over the filter screen 101.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a rib 103 is provided on the inner surface near the wall, the rib 103 extends in the axial direction of the drum, a guide surface 104 is formed on the rib 103, the guide surface 104 faces forward, and the inner end of the guide surface 104 is inclined rearward.
Set up bead 103 and guide surface 104, when part 01 falls backward through bead 103, can be along guide surface 104 towards the inner of bead 103, and in this process, the part is lifted by bead 103, like this, can avoid a surface of part to contact with the cylinder perisporium all the time and lead to the problem that this surface can't be effectively washd, makes each surface of part can both be effectively washd, consequently, has promoted the cleaning performance of cylinder.
In addition, the rib 103 and the guide surface 104 can change the falling track of the part 01 to make the falling track of the part 01 in a parabolic shape (as shown by a dotted line in fig. 2), so that the part 01 can fall to a position far away from the filter screen (the position of the part shown by the dotted line in fig. 2 is the falling position of the part), and the risk that the part is blocked by the filter screen can be further avoided.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the inner surface of the circumferential wall of the drum is uniformly provided with the protruding points 106, and the shape, size and number of the protruding points 106 can be flexibly set according to actual needs.
Because the surface of the part is provided with the quenching oil, the surface tension exists between the part and the peripheral wall of the roller, and the surface tension between the part and the peripheral wall of the roller can be reduced by arranging the salient points 106, so that the risk that the part is stuck on the inner surface of the roller due to the large surface tension can be avoided, and the clamping stagnation probability of the part can be further reduced.
The roller and the cleaning machine for cleaning parts for the heat treatment process of the continuous mesh belt furnace provided by the invention are described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
