The computer CPU heat sink decontamination apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the upper end surface of the bearing table (18) is provided with a plurality of collecting ports, and the collecting ports are all downwards communicated into an arc temporary storage space at the bottom of the bearing table (18);
the cross section of the collecting port is of an arc-shaped structure; and the two are uniformly distributed on the outer circumference of the upper end surface of the bearing table (18);
and an annular baffle (29) is arranged on the outermost circumference of the upper end surface of the bearing table (18).
8. The computer CPU heat sink decontamination apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the inclined brush device (16) comprises a rotating motor (21) and a brush head (22), wherein the brush head (22) is fixedly connected to the tail end of an output shaft of the rotating motor (21);
the tail part of the rotating motor (21) is rotatably connected to the bearing table (18), and a protective shell is sleeved outside an output shaft of the rotating motor;
the lower extreme middle part of protective housing rotates and is connected with electric telescopic handle two (23), electric telescopic handle two (23) rotate to be connected on plummer (18).

soft brushes are uniformly distributed on one surface, far away from the second spring (26), of the buffer plate (24), the cross section of each soft brush is of a symmetrical arc structure from the middle part to two sides, and the single side of each soft brush tends to be high in the middle part and low in the edge;
the right end face of the circular disc body (23) is also provided with a soft brush, and the soft brush is only distributed on the circumferential surface which is inclined to the outer side.

The computer CPU heat sink decontamination apparatus of claim 9, wherein: the fine adjustment mechanism (25) comprises a sliding rod (27), a third spring (28) and an arc-shaped plate (31), the bottom end of the sliding rod (27) is connected to the circular disc body (23) in a sliding mode through the third springs (28), and the arc-shaped plate (31) is fixed to the other end of the sliding rod (27) through a connecting rod;
the soft brush is distributed on one surface, away from the sliding rod (27), of the arc-shaped plate (31), the occupied range of the soft brush is matched with the lake arc surface of the arc-shaped plate (31), and the cross section of the soft brush is also of an arc-shaped structure.
