本发明公开了一种天然高分子护肤液的配方组合及其制备方法,其天然高分子护肤液的配方组合,包括纯化水50‑80%、聚乙二醇5‑20%、甘油10‑20%、羟乙基纤维素0.1‑1%、卡波姆0.1‑1%、双甘油1.0‑5.0%、橄榄油酸酯0.1‑1.0%、氢化蓖麻油0.1‑1%、芦荟胶0.1‑1%、芦芭油0.1‑1%、甜菜碱1.0‑5.0%、洋甘菊提取物0.1‑1%和苯氧乙醇0.1‑1%,其天然高分子护肤液的配方组合的制备方法,包括以下步骤,S1,制备芦荟胶,S2,兑入不同成分物质。本发明采用芦芭胶和芦荟胶两种天然高分子添加材料,芦芭胶配合上芦荟胶在按摩时易于皮肤吸收,改善微循环,促进细胞代谢,调整皮肤PH值,有效调节油脂分泌,收缩毛孔的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种天然高分子护肤液的配方组合及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤是人体最大的器官,覆盖体表全身。保持着人体内环境的稳定,在生理上起着保护功能,同时也参与人体的代谢过程。由于直接与外部环境接触,容易受化学、物理等因素刺激,产生生理反应,导致皮肤产生痘痘、暗沉。
目前市场上的护肤液种类繁多,虽然起到一定的护肤作用,但是伴随着一些副作用以及环境污染,并且大多具有保湿的作用,但不具备消除痘印的功效。随着生活水平的提高,但是其成分中具有很多成分不利于长期护肤使用,影响皮肤的保湿和油脂平衡。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种天然高分子护肤液的配方组合及其制备方法。
本发明提出的一种天然高分子护肤液的配方组合,所述天然高分子护肤液的组分及其组分的百分比如下:纯化水50-80%、聚乙二醇5-20%、甘油10-20%、羟乙基纤维素0.1-1%、卡波姆0.1-1%、双甘油1.0-5.0%、橄榄油酸酯0.1-1.0%、氢化蓖麻油0.1-1%、芦荟胶0.1-1%、芦芭油0.1-1%、甜菜碱1.0-5.0%、洋甘菊提取物0.1-1%和苯氧乙醇0.1-1%。
优选地,所述纯化水为温度大于25°C时,电阻率大于0.1x10^6Ω*cm的水。
优选地,所述聚乙二醇为主要溶剂和湿润剂,所述羟乙基纤维素为增稠剂和乳化剂,所述卡波姆为流变调节剂,所述甘油为主要保湿剂,且双甘油、芦芭油和甜菜碱均为辅助保湿剂,所述橄榄油酸酯为乳化剂,所述氢化蓖麻油为增溶剂,所述苯氧乙醇为防腐剂。
一种天然高分子护肤液的制备方法,是按照以下步骤进行的:
S1:取新鲜芦荟叶片,洗净去皮,冲洗凝胶得芦荟凝胶冲洗混合物,将凝胶和芦荟粉碎搅拌过滤得芦荟胶;
S2:取上述芦荟胶,兑入30-40%纯化水和5-20%聚乙二醇溶解作为基础液,再取0.1-1%洋甘菊提取物溶解至基础液内搅拌混合;
S3:依次再兑入10-20%甘油、1.0-5.0%双甘油、1.0-5.0%甜菜碱、0.1-1%羟乙基纤维素、0.1-1%卡波姆、0.1-1.0%橄榄油酸酯、0.1-1%氢化蓖麻油和0.1-1%芦芭油;
S4:最后兑入20-40%纯化水和0.1-1%苯氧乙醇调节护肤液的粘稠度,得成品护肤液。
本发明中的有益效果为:
1.本护肤液中采用芦芭胶和芦荟胶两种主要天然高分子添加材料,其中芦芭胶保湿性能绝佳,配合上芦荟胶成分按摩时易于与皮肤吸收,改善微循环,促进细胞代谢,调整皮肤PH值,有效调节油脂分泌,收缩毛孔,对皮肤保湿起到至关重要的作用;
2.本护肤液中采用甜菜碱,甜菜碱是两性离子,具有盖度的生物兼容性,极易溶于水,性质稳定,配合上甘菊提取液,不仅能均衡油脂分泌,抑脂抗痘,防止粉刺,消除黑斑,美白肌肤,而且对某些皮肤致病性真菌具有抑制及杀菌作用。

实施例1
参照图1,一种天然高分子护肤液的配方组合,其特征在于,所述天然高分子护肤液的组分及其组分的百分比如下:纯化水50-80%、聚乙二醇5-20%、甘油10-20%、羟乙基纤维素0.1-1%、卡波姆0.1-1%、双甘油1.0-5.0%、橄榄油酸酯0.1-1.0%、氢化蓖麻油0.1-1%、芦荟胶0.1-1%、芦芭油0.1-1%、甜菜碱1.0-5.0%、洋甘菊提取物0.1-1%和苯氧乙醇0.1-1%。
纯化水为温度大于25°C时,电阻率大于0.1x10^6Ω*cm的水。
其中各组成的作用如下:聚乙二醇为主要溶剂和湿润剂,羟乙基纤维素为增稠剂和乳化剂,卡波姆为流变调节剂,甘油为主要保湿剂,双甘油、芦芭油和甜菜碱均为辅助保湿剂,橄榄油酸酯为乳化剂,氢化蓖麻油为增溶剂,述苯氧乙醇为防腐剂。
一种天然高分子护肤液的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行的:
S1:取新鲜芦荟叶片,洗净去皮,冲洗凝胶得芦荟凝胶冲洗混合物,将凝胶和芦荟粉碎搅拌过滤得芦荟胶;
S2:取上述芦荟胶,兑入30-40%纯化水和5-20%聚乙二醇溶解作为基础液,再取0.1-1%洋甘菊提取物溶解至基础液内搅拌混合;
S3:依次再兑入10-20%甘油、1.0-5.0%双甘油、1.0-5.0%甜菜碱、0.1-1%羟乙基纤维素、0.1-1%卡波姆、0.1-1.0%橄榄油酸酯、0.1-1%氢化蓖麻油和0.1-1%芦芭油;
S4:最后兑入20-40%纯化水和0.1-1%苯氧乙醇调节护肤液的粘稠度,得成品护肤液。
实施例2
一种天然高分子护肤液的配方组合,其组分及其组分的百分比如下:纯化水50-80%、聚乙二醇5-20%、甘油10-20%、羟乙基纤维素0.1-1%、卡波姆0.1-1%、双甘油1.0-5.0%、橄榄油酸酯0.1-1.0%、氢化蓖麻油0.1-1%、芦荟胶0.1-1%、芦芭油0.1-1%、甜菜碱1.0-5.0%、洋甘菊提取物0.1-1%和苯氧乙醇0.1-1%。
其中各组成的作用如下:聚乙二醇为主要溶剂和湿润剂,羟乙基纤维素为增稠剂和乳化剂,卡波姆为流变调节剂,甘油为主要保湿剂,双甘油、芦芭油和甜菜碱均为辅助保湿剂,橄榄油酸酯为乳化剂,氢化蓖麻油为增溶剂。
一种天然高分子护肤液的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行的:
S1:取新鲜芦荟叶片,洗净去皮,冲洗凝胶得芦荟凝胶冲洗混合物,将凝胶和芦荟粉碎搅拌过滤得芦荟胶;
S2:同时按照以上步骤,选取乳木果,霍霍巴和柑橘中至少一种搅拌过滤形成过滤液兑入上述芦荟胶,是用天然植物萃取物提炼的成分研制而成的孕妇护肤品,其生产加工过程要求合乎绿色环保健康无添加原则,兑入30-40%纯化水和5-20%聚乙二醇溶解作为基础液,再取0.1-1%洋甘菊提取物溶解至基础液内搅拌混合;
S3:依次再兑入8-15%甘油、1.0-5.0%双甘油、1.0-5.0%甜菜碱、0.1-1%羟乙基纤维素、0.1-1%卡波姆、0.1-1.0%橄榄油酸酯、0.1-1%氢化蓖麻油和0.1-1%芦芭油;
S4:最后兑入20-40%纯化水和2-5%的甘油调节护肤液的粘稠度,得成品护肤液。

1.一种天然高分子护肤液的配方组合,其特征在于,所述天然高分子护肤液的组分及其组分的百分比如下:纯化水50-80%、聚乙二醇5-20%、甘油10-20%、羟乙基纤维素0.1-1%、卡波姆0.1-1%、双甘油1.0-5.0%、橄榄油酸酯0.1-1.0%、氢化蓖麻油0.1-1%、芦荟胶0.1-1%、芦芭油0.1-1%、甜菜碱1.0-5.0%、洋甘菊提取物0.1-1%和苯氧乙醇0.1-1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然高分子护肤液的配方组合,其特征在于,所述纯化水为温度大于25°C时,电阻率大于0.1x10^6Ω*cm的水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然高分子护肤液的配方组合,其特征在于,所述聚乙二醇为主要溶剂和湿润剂,所述羟乙基纤维素为增稠剂和乳化剂,所述卡波姆为流变调节剂,所述甘油为主要保湿剂,且双甘油、芦芭油和甜菜碱均为辅助保湿剂,所述橄榄油酸酯为乳化剂,所述氢化蓖麻油为增溶剂,所述苯氧乙醇为防腐剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种天然高分子护肤液的配方组合的制备方法,其特征在于天然高分子护肤液的配方组合的制备方法是按照以下步骤进行的:
S1:取新鲜芦荟叶片,洗净去皮,冲洗凝胶得芦荟凝胶冲洗混合物,将凝胶和芦荟粉碎搅拌过滤得芦荟胶;
S2:取上述芦荟胶,兑入30-40%纯化水和5-20%聚乙二醇溶解作为基础液,再取0.1-1%洋甘菊提取物溶解至基础液内搅拌混合;
S3:依次再兑入10-20%甘油、1.0-5.0%双甘油、1.0-5.0%甜菜碱、0.1-1%羟乙基纤维素、0.1-1%卡波姆、0.1-1.0%橄榄油酸酯、0.1-1%氢化蓖麻油和0.1-1%芦芭油;
S4:最后兑入20-40%纯化水和0.1-1%苯氧乙醇调节护肤液的粘稠度,得成品护肤液。
