背景技术
毛发是皮肤的特殊衍生结构,其在美学和维持体温方面发挥重要作用。正常人平均每天脱落约70~100根头发,同时也有等量的头发再生,这样的动态平衡可维持正常的头发数量。脱发为临床上常见的一类以毛发减少为特征的皮肤疾病,其影响人群在男性和女性中高达70%和40%。
毛囊是一个具有独特结构且能自我更新的微小器官,其生长经历三个阶段:生长期、退行期和休止期。一般来说,头发的生长期约三年,退行期约3周,休止期约3个月。正常情况头发中的85%~95%处于生长期,10%~15%处于退行期和休止期。真皮乳头(dermalpapilla,DP)位于毛囊底部,是毛乳头和基质细胞层,毛乳头主要功能是诱导毛囊再生。
脂溢性脱发又称雄激素源性脱发,是临床上最常见的一种脱发类型,多见于男性,该病与遗传、内分泌失调、情绪、应激、人们生活习惯、饮食结构的改变、外界致病菌及自身免疫因素有关。是始于青春期或青春后期的一种进行性毛囊未消化的脱发疾病,也是皮肤科的常见病及难治性疾病。其特征是雄激素引起毛囊微型化,进而引起进行性脱发,并且随着年龄的增长发病率逐渐增加。因头皮皮质分泌过盛,大量皮质积聚在毛囊口,故发根部受其影响致头发生长缓慢且干枯无泽,日久毛囊营养供给异常,进而毛囊出现了萎缩。临床表现为头部出油瘙痒,头皮脱屑,头发干燥。脱发部位多从顶额部开始,逐渐延发际线上移,继而形成高额,因其治疗困难又有碍美观,对患者的心理健康影响较大,并且发病率又在逐年升高。
马拉色菌感染引起的炎症反应也是导致脂溢性脱发的因素之一。马拉色菌属是一类嗜脂性的条件致病真菌,皮脂溢出增多会导致马拉色菌大量繁殖,将皮脂腺中的甘油三酸酯分解,释放出游离脂肪酸,游离脂肪酸渗透至角质层,进而损伤皮肤的屏障功能。屏障的损伤导致表皮过度增生和皮脂分泌增多,而后者又为马拉色菌增殖提供了适宜的微环境。
临床上应用了多种治疗脱发的策略,但仍缺乏高效安全的治疗方法。获得FDA批准的药物仍是几十年前就已经开发出的非那雄胺与米诺地尔。现在的在某些国家获得批准的药物,多与非那雄安类似并无更加显著的效果。仅可减轻症状,副作用较多,复发率高,疗效不稳定,使用上受到诸多限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防脱发组合物,在达到治愈疾病的前提下,安全、有效、不会产生抗药性和耐药性、不会对人体产生创伤,其可以降低药物的毒副作用给身体带来的危害,建立健康的头皮生态环境,延缓头发脱落,对头皮上毛囊进行修复,进而起到固发、消炎、生发的功效、从根本上解决脱发的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防脱发组合物,由以下原料按重量份配比制成:

防脱发组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按防脱发组合物的重量份配比取各原料药,研磨,混合均匀过100目筛,取筛下物,干燥。
本发明提供的组合物在制备防脱发药物中的应用。
优选的,所述脱发为脂溢性脱发或由马拉色菌引起的脱发。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明,组合物中采用了维生素C衍生物——L-抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯(L-AP),L-抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯是用棕榈酸对维生素C进行包裹制得,保证了维生素C的活性,具有亲脂近水,不怕光、不怕潮,增强对细菌、病毒的抵御能力。同时L-AP还具有极强生物抗炎性,增强体内白细胞吞噬细菌和病毒的能力,减轻人体因各种原因而引起的疼痛感,预防有害感染,快速愈合伤口,提升解毒能力。L-AP分子小,分解温度高,能快速穿透细胞膜,清除细胞内脂溶性毒素,存留36--48小时,其利用度较高。
2、本发明,利用L-AP的特殊性能,对胶原蛋白的生物合成至关重要,外用L-AP可以促进头皮胶原蛋白合成,头发的主要成分为胶原蛋白,补充胶原蛋白、B族维生素及维生素C。
3、本发明,添加维生素C,可加速体内毛发的生长速度,胶原蛋白可以给皮肤层所必需的的养分,改善细胞生存环境和促进头皮组织新陈代谢,增强循环,达到养发的目的,并与周围组织亲和性好具有独特的修复组织的功能,减少各种表面活性剂、酸、碱等刺激性物质对毛发的损害。
4、本发明,利用胶原蛋白对头发表面的蛋白质分子有较大的亲和力,相对分子量小的分子则可渗入头发的表皮,达到营养头发增加头皮弹性的作用。
5、本发明,采用了维生素B6,维生素B6又称盐酸吡哆醇,是一种水溶性的,光照易变黄的小分子维生素。它可以改善头皮的蛋白质和氨基酸代谢,调节头皮皮脂腺的活力;还可以降低皮脂量,改善油性头皮的状况。采用扫描电镜结合能量弥散X射线微量分析,检测脂溢性脱发患者病发中微量元素的含量,发现锌在脂溢性脱发中起着重要作用。有研究表明,维生素B6与锌离子合用对抗脂溢性和抗菌性有协同增效的作用,因此维生素B6与锌离子用在防脱固发产品中针对毛发生长规律和过程,防脱发育发活性成分主要有维生素例及具有抑菌消炎功效的原料可抑菌消炎的植物提取物等。
6、本发明,添加了蛇床子,地肤子,苦参和薄荷脑。《本草纲目》记载:“苦参,大苦大寒,退热泄降,荡涤湿火,能杀湿热所生之虫”。《滇南本草》有:苦参“解热毒,疗皮肤瘙痒,血风癣疮,顽皮白屑”之说。地肤子能清除皮肤中之湿热与风邪而止痒。祛除头屑使头皮富有营养,有利于头发的生长,蛇床子能抑制肥大细胞释放组胺。组胺是重要的致痒物质,抑制肥大细胞释放组胺间接达到抑制瘙痒的效果,其次蛇床子具有抗炎症作用,也可以间接抑制皮炎造成的瘙痒。薄荷脑,别名薄荷醇,局部外用时能选择性地作用于皮肤的冷觉感受器,产生冷觉反射,引起皮肤血管收缩,具有清凉、止痒作用。薄荷脑性凉味辛,有杀虫止痒之功效,可用于皮肤瘙痒。此外,薄荷脑还有透皮促渗透的作用。
本发明制备的组合物,在对人体无任何创伤、无刺激、无激素、无任何毒副作用的前提下,通过建立头皮的油脂平衡、菌群平衡、代谢平衡,控制增加血液微循环,促进细胞活力,使代谢正常化,同时,胶原蛋白等营养成分滋养头皮,为头发的合成提供原料。在头发表面形成一层保护膜,清除头皮油脂修复损伤的毛表皮。增加头发的可梳理性,提高头发的光泽度,使头发达到健康自然的状态。本发明制备的组合物通过微量元素,维生素达到治愈疾病的前提下,其不会产生抗药性和耐药性,不会对人体产生创伤,同时,其可以降低药物的毒副作用给身体带来的危害,通过提升自身免疫机能,让患者摆脱药物的毒副作用,提供更好更安全的解决方法。

下面对本发明作进一步详细的说明,但应当说明,本发明的保护范围不仅仅限于此。
实施例1一种防脱发组合物
(一)配方:由以下原料按重量份配比制成

按上述的重量份配比取各原料药,研磨,混合均匀过100目筛,取筛下物,干燥后分装于小瓶中。
(三)使用方法
洗发时,取平时洗发液正常量,然后加入1g本实施例的组合物,混合均匀,洗发时涂抹于头发,揉5~10min后洗净,每3天一次,5次左右即可见效。
实施例2一种防脱发组合物

实施例4
(一)抑菌环实验
方法:选取3种不同品牌洗发水,用无菌吸管吸取少量洗发水滴在无菌并干燥的5mm滤纸片上,并涂抹均匀,同方法用无菌蒸馏水制备阴性对照样片,以及三种洗发水和蒸馏水分别同本发明实施例1防脱发组合物混合制备样片,同置于室温下自然干燥后备用。
用无菌棉拭子蘸取浓度为5*105~5*106cfu/ml马拉色菌悬浊液,在Leeming和Notman培养基平板表面均匀涂抹均匀。盖好平皿,置室温干燥5min。
每次贴放1个染菌平板,每个平板贴放4片试验样片,一片阴性对照样片。用无菌镊子贴放于平板表面。置32℃培养箱,培养7~10d观察结果。用游标卡尺测量抑菌环的直径并记录。结果如表1。

由表1可见,洗发水添加本防脱发组合物后,抑菌环直径增大,实验结果显示添加本组合物的洗发水对马拉色菌的抑菌能力要优于单独使用洗发水。
(二)
方法:选取马拉色菌引起头屑的患者男性40例、女性40例,年龄18-45岁,病程2-7个月,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。使用同一品牌的洗发液。
实验组:洗发时,取平时洗发液正常量,然后加入1g实施例1的组合物,混合均匀,洗发时涂抹于头发,揉5~10min后洗净,每3天一次,使用5次。结果如表2。
对照组:洗发时,取平时洗发液正常量洗发,正常洗发,每3天一次,洗发5次。结果如表2。

由表2可见,使用本发明的防脱发组合物,实验组患者马拉色菌清除率为97.5%,高于对照组的70%。
(三)
方法:选取脂溢性脱发患者男性80例、女性80例,年龄18-45岁,病程2-7个月,随机分为实验组1、实验组2、实验组3和对照组,每组40例。使用同一品牌的洗发液。
实验组1、2、3:洗发时,取平时洗发液正常量,然后分别加入1g实施例1、2、3的组合物,混合均匀,洗发时涂抹于头发,揉5~10min后洗净,每3天一次,使用5次。结果如表3。
对照组:洗发时,取平时洗发液正常量洗发,正常洗发,每3天一次,洗发5次。结果如表3
表3四组患者的脱发情况比较
由表3可见,使用本发明的防脱发组合物,实验组患者有效率均达到80%以上,高于对照组,结果表面使用本组合物患者脱发情况明显改善,防脱能力优于单独使用洗发水。

5.权利要求1-4任意一项所述的防脱发组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按权利要求1-4任意一项所述的防脱发组合物的重量份配比取各原料,研磨,混合均匀过100目筛,取筛下物,干燥。
6.权利要求1-4任意一项所述的组合物在制备防脱发药物中的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述脱发为脂溢性脱发或由马拉色菌引起的脱发。
