Abstract

本发明公开了一种祛痘组合物,属于化妆品领域。本发明祛痘组合物包含长度为30‑150μm的针状硅石,将该祛痘组合物涂抹于痤疮部位时,针状硅石能在痤疮表皮上刺出微通道,加强氧气的进入,同时为其他成分提供渗透通道,从而加强祛痘效果。

一种祛痘组合物
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域,具体涉及一种祛痘组合物。
背景技术
痤疮,俗称青春痘,是一种慢性炎症性的皮肤病,一般表现为斑丘疹、丘疱疹、脓疱、囊肿等,发病部位常在面部、前胸和后背。痤疮的发生主要与皮脂分泌过多、毛囊皮脂腺导管堵塞、细菌感染和炎症反应等因素密切相关。
治疗痤疮的方法包括口服药物和外用药物。其中,口服药物一般疗程较长,效果不佳,易产生副作用;外用药物为将外用药物或化妆品直接涂抹在患者痤疮部位,药物或化妆品与皮肤接触后,其内的功效成分会快速渗入皮肤,大幅缩短治疗周期,而且副作用也相对较小,因此,痤疮患者大多选择涂抹的方式来治疗痤疮。
但是目前市场上治疗痤疮的化妆品效果有限,需要开发一种治疗痤疮效果更好的化妆品。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种祛痘效果更好的组合物。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种祛痘组合物,包含针状硅石,所述针状硅石的长度为30-150μm。所述针状硅石的长度与正常表皮层的厚度(100-300μm)接近,将该祛痘组合物涂抹于痤疮部位时,所述针状硅石能在痤疮表皮上刺出微通道,加强氧气的进入,将痤疮丙酸杆菌杀死,降低其繁殖;同时微通道还为其他成分提供了渗透通道,加强了这些成分的功效。优选所述针状硅石的重量为所述祛痘组合物重量的0.1~1%。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物包括互生叶白千层叶油和烟酰胺。互生叶白千层叶油和烟酰胺能通过针状硅石刺出的微孔通道,快速渗透进入到痤疮内部,起到直接快速的杀菌消炎作用。
优选地,所述互生叶白千层叶油和所述烟酰胺的重量比为互生叶白千层叶油:烟酰胺=(2-8):(0.5-4)。当互生叶白千层叶油和烟酰胺在上述特定配比范围时,对痤疮的治疗效果更加显著。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物中,互生叶白千层叶油的重量含量为2-8%,烟酰胺的重量含量为0.5-4%。
优选地,所述互生叶白千层叶油中,1,8-桉叶素的质量含量大于30%,4-松油醇的质量含量大于20%。1,8-桉叶素和4-松油醇是互生叶白千层叶油中的两种特征成分。
优选地,所述互生叶白千层叶油的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)采用超临界流体对互生叶白千层树叶进行提取,得到提取物;(2)采用分子蒸馏的方式对所述提取物进行精制,得到所述互生叶白千层叶油。
优选地,所述步骤(1)的工艺条件为:压力18-22Mpa,温度65-70℃,夹带剂流速为4mL/min,夹带剂为乙醇;所述步骤(2)的工艺条件为:蒸馏压力为60-100Pa,温度在60-90℃之间得到的馏分即为所述互生叶白千层叶油。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物还包含kappa型卡拉胶、卡波和葡甘露聚糖。所述祛痘组合物涂抹于皮肤上后,在kappa型卡拉胶、卡波和葡甘露聚糖作用下,能在皮肤表面形成半透明的薄膜,以封闭包裹住痤疮部位,避免外界污染物进入微通道内。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物中,kappa型卡拉胶的重量含量为0.2-0.4%,卡波的重量含量为0.3-0.8%,葡甘露聚糖的重量含量为0.1-1.5%。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物还包含葡糖酸锌。葡糖酸锌在化妆品中作皮肤调理剂使用,同时也有控油的作用。同时,葡糖酸锌能够起到维持上皮组织和粘膜完整的作用,从而对于防御细菌感染、促进伤口愈合以及痤疮等都有一定的治疗作用。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物中,葡糖酸锌的重量含量为0.1-0.2%。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物还包含丙二醇、甘油、透明质酸钠、苯氧乙醇、对羟基苯乙酮、泊洛沙姆188和水。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物中,丙二醇的重量含量为3-8%,甘油的重量含量为3-7%,透明质酸钠的重量含量为0.05-0.2%,苯氧乙醇的重量含量为0.3-0.6%,对羟基苯乙酮的重量含量为0.4-0.6%,泊洛沙姆188的重量含量为3-8%,余量为水。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物为凝胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:本发明祛痘组合物含有针状硅石,涂抹于皮肤时,针状硅石与皮肤摩擦,能在痤疮表皮上刺出微通道,加强氧气的进入,同时为其他成分提供渗透通道,从而加强了祛痘效果;通过在本发明祛痘组合物中进一步添加互生叶白千层叶油和烟酰胺,以起到直接快速的杀菌消炎作用;通过在本发明祛痘组合物中进一步添加kappa型卡拉胶、卡波和葡甘露聚糖,以在皮肤表面形成半透明的薄膜,从而封闭包裹住痤疮部位,避免外界污染物进入微通道内。

具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1~5
实施例1~5分别提供了一种祛痘凝胶。这些祛痘凝胶的组成如表1所示,制备方法均包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配比准确称量各原料成分,同时保持清洁;
(2)将A相原料投入主锅内,搅拌溶解并加热至80-85℃,其中A相原料包括水、丙二醇、甘油、苯氧乙醇、对羟基苯乙酮和透明质酸钠。
(3)将B相原料依次投入A相锅内,在80-85℃下搅拌溶解均匀,其中B相原料包括卡拉胶、卡波、葡甘露聚糖、硅石、葡糖酸锌和泊洛沙姆188;
(4)将A相和B相原料搅拌混合均匀后,在80-85℃下均质5min,再保温15-20min,然后降温至60℃;
(5)将C相原料加入主锅中,搅拌均匀,缓慢冷却至40℃出料,即得祛痘凝胶,其中C相组分包括互生叶白千层和烟酰胺。

对比例1~2
对比例1~2分别提供了一种祛痘凝胶。这些祛痘凝胶的组成如表1所示,制备方法均同实施例2。
实施例1~3和对比例1~2所用相同种类的原料来源相同,如硅石都为同一生产厂家同一批次生产的同一包装硅石原料,呈针状,长度为30-150μm;互生叶白千层叶油都为同一批次制备得到的同一罐原料,该互生叶白千层叶油的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)采用超临界流体(条件:以乙醇为夹带剂,压力18-22Mpa,温度65-70℃,夹带剂流速为4mL/min)对互生叶白千层树叶进行提取,得到提取物;(2)采用分子蒸馏的方式对上述提取物进行精制,蒸馏压力为60-100Pa,温度在60-90℃之间得到的馏分即为互生叶白千层叶油。
效果例
试验目的:为验证本发明的祛痘凝胶的祛痘效果,对实施例1-3和对比例1-2进行测试。
试验方法:选取75名有III级的痤疮的测试者,在痤疮部位分别使用实施例1-3、对比例1-2,每15个人使用一个样品,并采用Visia皮肤测试仪拍照对比观察,分别于测试使用前、使用7天、使用14天、使用28天拍照,与使用前对比,以痤疮分级来评估祛痘效果。
痤疮分级如下:
O级——正常(粉刺少于3个);
Ⅰ级——粉刺;
Ⅱ级——粉刺加丘疹;
Ⅲ级——出现脓疱;
Ⅳ级——出现结节、囊肿。
评判结果如下表2:

结果显示:本发明的祛痘凝胶具有很显著的效果。同时,将本发明祛痘凝胶与市场上普通的含水杨酸的产品进行祛痘效果对比,发现本发明祛痘凝胶祛痘效果明显强于市场普通的含水杨酸的产品。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述祛痘组合物包含针状硅石,所述针状硅石的长度为30-150μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述针状硅石的重量为所述祛痘组合物重量的0.1~1%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述祛痘组合物包括互生叶白千层叶油和烟酰胺,所述互生叶白千层叶油和所述烟酰胺的重量比为互生叶白千层叶油:烟酰胺=(2-8):(0.5-4)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述祛痘组合物中,互生叶白千层叶油的重量含量为2-8%,烟酰胺的重量含量为0.5-4%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述互生叶白千层叶油中,1,8-桉叶素的质量含量大于30%,4-松油醇的质量含量大于20%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述互生叶白千层叶油的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)采用超临界流体对互生叶白千层树叶进行提取,得到提取物;(2)采用分子蒸馏的方式对所述提取物进行精制,得到所述互生叶白千层叶油。
7.根据权利要求6所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的工艺条件为:压力18-22Mpa,温度65-70℃,夹带剂流速为4mL/min,夹带剂为乙醇;所述步骤(2)的工艺条件为:蒸馏压力为60-100Pa,温度在60-90℃之间得到的馏分即为所述互生叶白千层叶油。
8.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述祛痘组合物还包含以下重量含量的组分:kappa型卡拉胶0.2-0.4%,卡波0.3-0.8%,葡甘露聚糖0.1-1.5%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述祛痘组合物还包含以下重量含量的组分:葡糖酸锌0.1-0.2%,丙二醇3-8%,甘油3-7%,透明质酸钠0.05-0.2%,苯氧乙醇0.3-0.6%,对羟基苯乙酮0.4-0.6%,泊洛沙姆188 3-8%,余量为水。
10.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述祛痘组合物为凝胶。
