Abstract
The invention discloses a protection device of a graphite heating tube and an electric appliance. The protection device includes: the buffering soft sleeve is provided with a fixing part which is suitable for fixing the graphite heating tube; the fixing plate is provided with a soft buffering sleeve fixing hole and a fixing piece, and at least part of the soft buffering sleeve is positioned in the soft buffering sleeve fixing hole. Therefore, stress transmitted from the electric appliance shell with the heating tube can be relieved through the buffering soft sleeve, and the electric appliance is prevented from falling or being damaged at the positions of the heating piece and the like of the heating tube when colliding.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electric appliances, in particular to a protection device for a graphite heating tube and an electric appliance.
Background
At present, heating tubes in electric appliances such as electric ovens, microwave ovens, steam ovens and the like are mainly metal, quartz heating tubes or graphite heating tubes. However, the heat generating tube is generally rigidly fixed to the housing of the electric appliance. Particularly, when the heating tube is made of relatively brittle graphite, the heating tube rigidly fixed to a wall surface of the oven is easily subjected to mechanical impact, which may cause breakage of the heating sheet of the graphite heating tube. Specifically, for example, during a fall, the graphite heat pipe is subjected to stress transmitted from the oven wall, so that the graphite heat sheet is easily broken.
Therefore, the fixing structure of the graphite heating tube and the electric appliance with the graphite heating tube still need to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to alleviate or solve at least to some extent at least one of the above mentioned problems.
In one aspect of the invention, the invention provides a protection device for a graphite heating tube. The protection device includes: the buffering soft sleeve is provided with a fixing part which is suitable for fixing the graphite heating tube; the fixing plate is provided with a soft buffering sleeve fixing hole and a fixing piece, and at least part of the soft buffering sleeve is positioned in the soft buffering sleeve fixing hole. Therefore, stress transmitted from the electric appliance shell with the heating tube can be relieved through the buffering soft sleeve, and the electric appliance is prevented from falling or being damaged at the positions of the graphite heating sheet and the like of the heating tube when colliding.
Furthermore, the buffering soft sleeve is formed by high-temperature-resistant silica gel.
Furthermore, the buffering soft sleeve is provided with a through hole, and the fixing part is of a stepped structure located in the through hole.
Furthermore, the fixed plate comprises a first surface and a second surface which are connected, an included angle is formed between the first surface and the second surface, the fixing piece is located on the first surface, and the buffering soft sleeve is located on the second surface.
Further, the fixing part comprises a screw hole on the fixing plate and a screw matched with the screw hole.
Further, the fixing member further includes a card slot.
In another aspect of the invention, the invention proposes an electrical appliance comprising: a housing; the graphite heating tube is fixedly arranged on the shell through the protection device, and the protection device is as described above. Thus, the electric appliance has all the features and advantages of the protection device described above, which are not described in detail herein.
Further, the electric appliance includes an electric oven, a microwave oven, or a steam oven.
Further, a gap of not less than 1mm is formed between the heating tube and the housing.
Further, a fixing plate of the protection device is provided with a screw hole, and a portion of the shell covered by the fixing plate is provided with a second card slot.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
The invention provides a protection device for a heating tube. Referring to fig. 1, the protection device includes a soft buffer sleeve 100 and a fixing plate 200, wherein the soft buffer sleeve 100 has a fixing portion adapted to fix a graphite heating tube (hereinafter, referred to as a heating tube), the fixing plate has a soft buffer sleeve fixing hole and a fixing member 10, at least a portion of the soft buffer sleeve 100 is located in the soft buffer sleeve fixing hole, and the fixing member can fix the soft buffer sleeve and the fixing plate to an electrical appliance requiring the heating tube. Therefore, stress transmitted from the electric appliance shell with the heating tube can be relieved through the buffering soft sleeve, and the electric appliance is prevented from falling or being damaged at the positions of the heating piece and the like of the heating tube when colliding.
For ease of understanding, the principle by which the protection device functions will first be briefly explained below:
taking an electric oven with graphite heating tubes as an example, referring to fig. 2, during the assembly process of the heating tubes 1200 in the electric oven, the heating tubes 1200 are in rigid contact with the wall of the electric oven, i.e. the heating tubes 1200 can be simplified to a fixed beam structure. Referring to fig. 3, the stress of the heating tube is analyzed, and the heating tube bears the load transferred from the wall surface of the oven when the electric oven falls, and the load can be considered to be uniformly distributed on the heating tube, so that the stress at any position on the heating tube, such as the position x away from the end of the heating tube, is:wherein q is the load that the heating tube bears and comes from the oven wall to transmit in the electric oven falls the in-process, and l is the total length of heating tube. According to the protective device capable of being installed at the end part of the graphite heating tube, the soft buffer sleeve is arranged at the end part of the fixed graphite heating tube, so that the shear stress borne by the end part structure of the heating sheet is reduced, the impact resistance of the heating sheet is improved, and the heating sheet in the heating tube is prevented from being broken in the falling process, so that the heating tube loses the heating performance.
The various components of the protection device are described in detail below according to a specific embodiment of the invention:
according to the embodiment of the present invention, the material of the cushion sock is not particularly limited as long as it has certain flexibility and can withstand high temperature (e.g., heating temperature of an electric appliance such as an oven, a microwave oven, etc.). Therefore, the soft buffering sleeve can be used for buffering the heating tube, and the stress transmitted by the side wall of the shell of the electric appliance is relieved. Specifically, the cushion sock 100 may be formed of high temperature resistant silicone. Therefore, the buffer performance can be realized, and the food safety is higher. The specific temperature that the high temperature resistant silica gel can withstand is not limited, and can be selected according to the heating temperature of an electric appliance, for example, the temperature can be 150 degrees, 180 degrees, and the like.
Referring to fig. 7, the buffering soft sleeve 100 may have a through hole, so that the heating tube may be fixed inside the through hole, both ends of the heating tube may be exposed to the outside, and thus, the connection of the ceramic member at the end of the heating tube and an external circuit for controlling the heating of the heating tube may be achieved. The fixing portion 110 of the cushion sleeve may have a stepped structure located in the through hole, and specifically, may have a shape matching the stepped ceramic head at the end of the heating tube, so that the heating tube may be fixed by the fixing portion 110.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the fixing plate 200 may include a first face 210 and a second face 220 connected with each other, the first face 210 and the second face 220 having an included angle therebetween, the fixing member 10 may be located on the first face 210, and the cushion sock 100 (not shown in fig. 3) may be located on the second face 220. That is, the second surface 220 may have a buffer soft cover fixing hole thereon. Therefore, the first surface 210 and the second surface 220 can be used for forming a shape consistent with the electric appliance shell where the heating tube needs to be fixed, thereby improving the fixing effect of the protection device.
Specifically, the specific form of the fixing member 10 is not particularly limited as long as the fixing plate can be fixed to the housing. For example, the fixing member 10 may include a screw hole formed on the fixing plate, and a screw fitted to the screw hole. Thus, the fixing between the fixing plate and the housing can be realized by the screw. In order to further improve the performance of this protection device, this mounting can still further include card groove 20, from this, the accessible screw is fixed plate and casing, and the card groove can play and prevent when boring the screw, and the fixed plate takes place to rotate suddenly, causes the effect of damage to the heating pipe.

Thus, the electric appliance has all the features and advantages of the protection device described above, which are not described in detail herein.
Specifically, the graphite heat generating tube 1200 may be fixed by the buffer soft sleeve 100, and further fixed on the casing 1100 by the fixing plate 200. Therefore, the stress transmitted from one side of the shell 1100 can not directly act on the graphite heating tube 1200, so that the effect of protecting the heating tube can be achieved, and the service life of the electric appliance can be prolonged.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the specific type of the electric appliance is not particularly limited, and may be an electric appliance that requires heating using a heating pipe. In particular, the appliance may comprise an electric oven, a microwave oven or a steam oven.
According to the embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 9, in order to further improve the service life of the electric appliance and prevent the heating tube from being damaged in the bumping or dropping process, the gap D between the graphite heat-emitting tube 1200 and the shell 1100 can be not less than 1mm by adjusting parameters including, but not limited to, the thickness, shape and fixing position of the soft buffer sleeve 100. This can further improve the protective effect on the heat-generating tube.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 10, in addition to the screw holes on the fixing plate of the protection device, auxiliary fixing members may be provided on the case 1100. For example, only screw holes may be formed in the fixing plate, and a second card slot may be formed in a portion of the case 1100 covered by the fixing plate to prevent the heat generating tube from being damaged due to sudden rotation during installation of the fixing plate.

the buffering soft sleeve is provided with a fixing part which is suitable for fixing the graphite heating tube;
the fixing plate is provided with a soft buffering sleeve fixing hole and a fixing piece, and at least part of the soft buffering sleeve is positioned in the soft buffering sleeve fixing hole.
2. The protective device of claim 1, wherein the cushion sock is formed from high temperature resistant silicone.
3. The protective device according to claim 1, wherein the soft buffer sleeve is provided with a through hole, and the fixing part is of a stepped structure positioned in the through hole.
4. The protective device of claim 1 wherein the retaining plate includes a first face and a second face joined to one another, the first face and the second face defining an included angle therebetween, the anchor being located on the first face, and the cushion boot being located on the second face.
5. A protective device according to any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the fixing means comprises a threaded bore in the fixing plate and a screw adapted to the threaded bore.
6. The protective device of claim 5 wherein the securing member further comprises a card slot.
7. An electrical appliance, comprising:
a housing;
the graphite heating tube and the protection device, the graphite heating tube is fixedly arranged on the shell through the protection device, and the protection device is as set forth in any one of claims 1-6.
8. The appliance according to claim 7, characterized in that the appliance comprises an electric oven, a microwave oven or a steam oven.
9. The electrical appliance according to claim 7, wherein the graphite heat generating tube and the housing have a gap therebetween of not less than 1 mm.
10. The electrical apparatus of claim 7, wherein the fixing plate of the protection device has a screw hole, and a portion of the housing covered by the fixing plate has a second card slot.
