The brewing device 3 has the specific working mode that: in order to ensure the cleanness of the interior of the brewing tank 33, the brewing tank 33 is positioned right below the pressing brewing assembly 32, and the pressing brewing assembly 32 is in an initial state of the brewing tank 33 when extending into the brewing tank 33, when brewing is performed, firstly the pressing brewing assembly 32 is driven by the first driving mechanism 36 to exit from the brewing tank 33, then the transposition assembly 35 drives the brewing tank 33 to move right below the coffee powder outlet 210 of the grinder 2, powder is added into the brewing tank 33 through the coffee powder outlet 210, and then the brewing tank 33 is driven by the transposition assembly 35 to move right below the pressing brewing assembly 32; the first driving mechanism 36 drives the downward pressing brewing assembly 32 to extend downwards into the brewing tank 33, and meanwhile, the second driving mechanism 37 drives the upward pressing brewing assembly 34 to move upwards in the brewing tank 33 until the downward pressing brewing assembly 32 and the upward pressing brewing assembly 34 are matched to compress powder materials into cakes; after the cake is formed, hot water is filled into the brewing tank 33 (between the lower pressing brewing assembly 32 and the upper pressing brewing assembly 34) through a liquid filling channel in the upper pressing brewing assembly 34 to brew the cake, and the hot water passes through the cake under the action of pressure to form coffee liquid which is discharged through a liquid discharging channel in the lower pressing brewing assembly 32; after the coffee liquid is completely discharged, the downward pressing brewing assembly 32 is driven by the first driving mechanism 36 to upwards exit from the top end of the brewing tank 33, and meanwhile, the upward pressing brewing assembly 34 is driven by the second driving mechanism 37 to upwards move again until the residual cake after brewing is pushed out of the top end of the brewing tank 33; then the transposition assembly 35 drives the brewing tank 33 to move towards the position right below the coffee powder outlet 210 of the grinder 2, and the residue cake is scraped into the waste material barrel 5 of the coffee machine by the residue scraping plate 31 in the moving process; the upper-pressure brewing assembly 34 is driven by the second driving mechanism 37 to move to the bottom end of the brewing tank 33; the powder can be added into the feed inlet 11 again for the next brewing operation, and the brewing tank 33 is restored to the initial state after the brewing operation is finished.
It should be understood that the above working process is suitable for continuous brewing operation of multiple cups of coffee, if the single operation is performed, that is, only one or one cup of coffee needs to be brewed, after the brewing completion upper pressure brewing assembly 34 exits from the brewing tank 33, the transposition assembly 35 firstly drives the brewing tank 33 to be transferred to the position right below the material inlet 11, then the second driving mechanism 37 drives the upper pressure brewing assembly 34 to push the cake out of the top end of the brewing tank 33, then the transposition assembly 35 drives the brewing tank 33 to move downwards right below the brewing assembly 32, meanwhile, the residue scraping plate 31 scrapes the cake into the waste material barrel 5, after the brewing tank 33 moves right below the lower pressure brewing assembly 32, the cake scraping is completed, and the device 3 returns to the initial state, thereby improving the efficiency of brewing coffee for one time.
Because the transposition assembly 35 can drive the brewing tank 33 to horizontally move in the shell 1, the residue cake which extends out of the top end of the brewing tank 33 under the pushing of the upper pressing brewing assembly 34 can be hung in the waste material barrel 5 by utilizing the residue scraping plate 31 which is parallel to the top end of the brewing tank 33, and the cake removing structure is simple; because the pressing brewing assembly 32 is independently driven by the first driving mechanism 36, and the pressing brewing assembly 34 is independently driven by the second driving mechanism 37, the position switching assembly 35 can drive the brewing tank 33 to switch positions, and the pressing brewing assembly, the pressing brewing assembly and the position switching assembly are independently driven and independently operated, so that the whole transmission structure is simplified, the control requirement on the operation precision is reduced, and the equipment manufacturing difficulty and the processing cost can be reduced.

The second gear 3611 at the output end of the first motor 361 drives the transmission wheel set 362 to rotate, and then drives the power gear which presses the brewing component 32 to rotate, and the rotation of the first motor 361 is controlled, so that the action that the brewing component 32 extends into or exits from the brewing tank 33 is realized, the third gear 3711 at the output end of the second motor 371 drives the intermediate gear 372 to rotate, and then the power gear which presses the brewing component 34 to rotate is driven, and the up-and-down movement of the brewing component 34 in the brewing tank 33 can be realized by controlling the rotation of the second motor 371.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 6 or fig. 7, one end of the scraper 31 is provided with a material stopping portion 310 bending towards the periphery of the material inlet 11, and the material stopping portion 310 is used for guiding the powder material to fall into the brewing tank 33. Claims (10)

1. A coffee machine, characterized in that it comprises:
the shell is provided with a front opening door, and the top wall of the shell is provided with a charging hole;
the grinder is arranged in the shell, a coffee bean inlet of the grinder is vertically aligned with the charging port, and the grinder is used for grinding coffee beans into coffee powder;
the brewing device is arranged in the shell and is positioned below the grinder, a coffee powder inlet of the brewing device is vertically aligned with a coffee powder outlet of the grinder, and the brewing device is used for connecting a hot water pipeline and extruding coffee powder into cakes and brewing to generate coffee liquid;
the liquid outlet assembly is connected to the inside of the shell and extends out of the shell through the front opening door, and the liquid outlet assembly is connected with a coffee liquid outlet of the brewing device;
the waste material barrel is connected to the inner bottom wall of the shell in a sliding mode along the direction perpendicular to the front opening door, is positioned right below the residue discharge port of the brewing device and is used for receiving residue cakes discharged by the brewing device; a fixing frame is arranged on the end wall of the waste bucket facing the front opening door, extends to the outside of the shell below the front opening door and is connected with the inner wall of the shell through an elastic clamping piece;
the drip tray is inserted on the fixed frame, is positioned right below the liquid outlet assembly, is used for bearing the coffee cup and is also used for receiving the spilled coffee liquid or waste water;
and the control system is arranged on the front opening door and is electrically connected with the grinder and the brewing device respectively.
2. A coffee machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the fixing frame is provided on both sides with respective concealing boxes which abut against the outer wall of the housing at a position below the front opening door, towards the side wall of the waste bin; the two inner side walls of the shell adjacent to the front opening door are respectively provided with a baffle, the two elastic clamping pieces are respectively arranged in the two hidden boxes and are respectively clamped with the two baffles.

A coffee machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the two hidden boxes are provided with respective avoidance notches on opposite side walls thereof, when the drip tray is inserted into the fixed frame, the avoidance notches are covered by the two side walls of the drip tray, and when the drip tray is removed from the fixed frame, the avoidance notches are exposed for allowing fingers of an operator to extend into the hidden boxes to press the elastic fasteners, so that the fastening ends of the elastic fasteners are separated from the baffle plate, and the fixed frame and the waste bucket slide out of the housing.
4. A coffee machine according to claim 3, characterized in that said elastic catch comprises:
the pin shaft is arranged in the hiding box, one end of the pin shaft is connected with the top wall of the hiding box, and the other end of the pin shaft vertically extends downwards and is connected with the bottom wall of the hiding box;
the middle part of the swing rod is rotatably sleeved on the pin shaft, one end of the swing rod extends to the outside of the hidden box and is provided with a clamping table, the clamping table is clamped with the baffle, and the other end of the swing rod is aligned with the avoidance gap;
the first elastic piece is sleeved on the pin shaft, one end of the first elastic piece is connected with the hidden box in a clamped mode, the other end of the first elastic piece is connected with the swing rod in a clamped mode, and the first elastic piece is used for applying elastic force for enabling the clamping table and the baffle to be clamped to the swing rod.

The coffee machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the brewing device comprises a scraping plate and a pressing brewing assembly arranged on the top wall of the shell, a transposition assembly connected inside the shell in a sliding manner, a brewing tank and a pressing brewing assembly arranged on the transposition assembly, and a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism arranged on the transposition assembly;
wherein the scum board is positioned between the coffee powder outlet of the grinder and the pressing brewing assembly, and the bottom end of the scum board is flush with the top end of the brewing tank; the transposition assembly is used for driving the brewing tank to be switched between the position under the pressing brewing assembly and the position under the coffee powder outlet of the grinder; the first driving mechanism is used for driving the pressing brewing assembly to extend into or withdraw from the top end of the brewing tank; the second driving mechanism is used for driving the upward pressing brewing assembly to slide up and down in the brewing tank.
6. A coffee machine as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that a first slide rail extending horizontally in a direction perpendicular to the height of said scraper bar is provided in said housing; the transposition subassembly includes:
the shifting frame is connected to the first sliding rail in a sliding manner along the axial direction of the first sliding rail and is used for bearing the brewing tank, the upward-pressure brewing assembly and the second driving mechanism;
the third motor is connected to the transposition frame, and the output end of the third motor is provided with a first gear;
the rack is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the shell along the extending direction of the first sliding rail and meshed with the first gear.

A coffee machine according to claim 5, characterized in that said first driving means comprise a first motor and a set of driving wheels fixedly connected to the top wall of said housing; the output end of the first motor is provided with a second gear, and the transmission wheel set is respectively in meshed connection with the second gear and a power gear of the downward pressing brewing assembly;
the second driving mechanism comprises a second motor and an intermediate gear, and the second motor and the intermediate gear are fixedly connected to the transposition assembly; the output end of the second motor is provided with a third gear, and the intermediate gear is respectively in meshed connection with the third gear and the power gear of the upward pressing brewing assembly.
8. A coffee machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said grinder comprises:
the top end of the grinding tank is open, and the coffee powder outlet is formed in the side wall of the grinding tank;
the fixed grinding assembly is connected to the open end of the grinding tank in a sliding mode along the axial direction of the grinding tank, and a blanking hole is formed in the center of the fixed grinding assembly;
the movable grinding assembly is rotatably connected into the grinding tank along the axial direction of the grinding tank, the top end of the movable grinding assembly and the bottom end of the fixed grinding assembly correspond to each other up and down to form a grinding cavity, a grinding gap is formed between the edge of the top end of the movable grinding assembly and the edge of the bottom end of the fixed grinding assembly, the grinding gap is aligned with the coffee powder outlet, and the grinding cavity is communicated with the coffee powder outlet;
the power mechanism is fixedly connected with the grinding tank, and a power output end is connected with a power input end of the movable grinding assembly and used for driving the movable grinding assembly to rotate, so that the movable grinding assembly and the fixed grinding assembly are matched to grind coffee beans in the grinding cavity, and the ground coffee powder is thrown to the coffee powder outlet through the grinding gap by using the rotating centrifugal force of the movable grinding assembly and is discharged;
and the adjusting assembly is arranged on the grinding tank, is connected with the fixed grinding assembly and is used for driving the fixed grinding assembly to slide up and down, so that the distance between the fixed grinding assembly and the movable grinding assembly is adjusted, and the granularity of the powder obtained by grinding is adjusted.

A coffee machine according to claim 8, characterized in that the inner wall of the open end of the grinding pot is provided with a ring platform, a plurality of second elastic members are arranged between the top surface of the ring platform and the fixed grinding assembly along the circumferential interval of the ring platform, and the second elastic members are used for applying upward elastic force to the fixed grinding assembly;
