Step four: and (3) concentrating, namely introducing the clear acerola stock solution into a film evaporator for concentrating to obtain concentrated liquid with the solid content of 35-40%.
Step five: freeze drying, namely putting the concentrated liquid obtained in the fourth step into a vacuum freeze dryer for drying to obtain acerola cherry extract powder with the water content of 0.8-1.3%.

Example two
As shown in FIG. 1, in this example, basically the same as example 1, it is preferable that the mass ratio of water to ethanol is 1:4, the mass ratio of mixture A to mixture A is 1:0.05, the pH of mixture B is 4.3 to 5.8, and the standing time after mixing mixture B with pectinase is 5 to 6.5 hours.
In the embodiment, the extraction and separation effects of the acerola cherry extract are well ensured by setting the mass ratio of water to ethanol to be 1:4, the mass ratio of water to ethanol to be 1:4 and the pH value of the mixed liquid B to be 4.3-5.8.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, four mounting seats 11 are provided and fixed on the working surface in a rectangular shape, and a plurality of cleaning nozzles 101 are provided and distributed on the bottom surface of the liquid distribution plate 19 in a matrix shape.
In this embodiment, the cleaning nozzles 101 are arranged in a plurality and distributed on the bottom surface of the liquid separation disc 19 in a matrix shape, so that the acerola cherries can be completely washed, and the washing quality of the acerola cherries can be well ensured.
Example four
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, in this embodiment, basically the same as that in embodiment 1, preferably, a sealing ring is further fixed at the bottom end of the inner wall of the extraction pipe 27, and the periphery of the screening net 311 is attached to the inner wall of the deslagger 39.
In the embodiment, the sealing ring is further fixed at the bottom end of the inner wall of the extraction pipe 27, so that the sealing performance of extracting the acerola stock solution is well ensured.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, basically the same as embodiment 1, it is preferable that the guide material guiding plate 4 is inclined downward from the conveyor belt 12 toward the crushing barrel 32 side.
In this embodiment, the material guide plate 4 is disposed to be inclined downward from the conveyor belt 12 toward the crushing barrel 32, so that the autonomous blanking operation of the acerola cherry is facilitated.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 1, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, the control ends of the first electric telescopic rod 15, the first servo motor 22, the first electromagnetic valve 26, the second electric telescopic rod 210, the second servo motor 33, the second electromagnetic valve 212 and the third electromagnetic valve 38 are all electrically connected to the output end of the controller, and the model of the controller is KY 02S.
In this embodiment, the control ends of the first electric telescopic rod 15, the first servo motor 22, the first electromagnetic valve 26, the second electric telescopic rod 210, the second servo motor 33, the second electromagnetic valve 212 and the third electromagnetic valve 38 are electrically connected to the output end of the controller, so that the working states of the first electric telescopic rod 15, the first servo motor 22, the first electromagnetic valve 26, the second electric telescopic rod 210, the second servo motor 33, the second electromagnetic valve 212 and the third electromagnetic valve 38 can be conveniently controlled, and further, automatic production operation is realized.

step four: concentrating, namely introducing the clear acerola stock solution into a film evaporator for concentrating to obtain concentrated liquid with the solid content of 35-40%;
step five: freeze drying, namely putting the concentrated liquid obtained in the fourth step into a vacuum freeze dryer for drying to obtain acerola cherry extract powder with the water content of 0.8-1.3%.
